Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品用整理剂,具体地说是一种涤纶织物发泡阻燃涂层胶的制备方法。
背景技术
随着纺织工业的不断发展,工业和民用纺织品迅速增长,由纺织品引起的火灾也不断增加,时刻威胁着人类生命和财产的安全。因此,纺织品的阻燃功能对消除火灾隐患,延缓火势蔓延,降低人类生命和财产的损失极为重要。目前工业发达国家制定了相应的纺织品阻燃标准及测试方法,有些国家还将纺织品阻燃性能标准结合相关的法律强制执行。这促进了各国工业部门和研究部门近20年来都在竞相从事纺织品阻燃研究,因此推动了阻燃整理剂的发展。
我国对阻燃纺织品的开发较晚,近几年才大力开展对阻燃纺织品的研究开发,并已取得相当的进展。同时,国家相关部门于2006年制定了强制性国家标准GB20286-2006《公共场所阻燃制品及组件阻燃性能要求和标识》,对7种家用装饰织物阻燃性能特征都有明确规定,并且于2007年3月1日正式实施。显然,今后国内对阻燃纺织品的市场需求是非常广阔的,开发潜力巨大,因此加快纺织品的阻燃整理方面的技术研究已刻不容缓。目前,采用发泡阻燃涂层胶对织物阻燃整理是织物阻燃整理的主要发展方向,这归咎于该方法可以大大减少污水排放量,节约能源,具有很好的环保优势。
中国专利申请号93115328.X公开了一种可用于织物底涂的阻燃涂料,中国专利申请号CN200480025533.X公开了一种用于一般织物涂覆的阻燃组合物,但是它们不能满足发泡整理工艺的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的不足而提供一种具有良好阻燃效果的复合型发泡阻燃涂层胶体系的制备方法,同时提高阻燃涂层胶在织物上的耐水洗性能,耐机械性能。
为此,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种涤纶织物发泡阻燃涂层胶的制备方法,其包含下列重量份的组分:由20-50份醋酸乙烯酯聚合物、50-80份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂组成的基体乳液100份,三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯10-23份,三-(氯异丙基)磷酸酯5-8份,缔合型水性聚氨酯乳液1-3份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液5-10份,气相二氧化硅2-4份,有机硅乳液0.5-1.0份,直链醇硫酸盐0.5-2份,磺基琥珀酸酯1-1.5份,磺基琥珀酰胺0.3-0.8份,硅氮化合物6-16份,环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物5-13份,改性剂12-20份;木纤维粉20-35份;铝酸酯1-10份;所述改性剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
琥珀酸酯0.5-1,柠檬酸0.5-1,乙二醇4-8,玻璃纤维4-8,黄麻纤维2-4,小麦秸秆2-4,硅烷偶联剂KH5500.2-0.5,三异丙醇胺3-6,甘油油酸酯25-50;
所述改性剂的制备方法是:将玻璃纤维、黄麻纤维和小麦秸秆混合后加入三异丙醇胺初步研磨至50-100目,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,60-80℃、600-800r/min搅拌10-30min,干燥后研磨至500-800目,加入其余组分,140-180℃、400-600r/min搅拌5-10h,冷却后即得;
所述发泡阻燃涂层胶的制备步骤如下:
1)在反应釜内加入醋酸乙烯酯聚合物和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂,充分搅拌混合;2)依次向反应釜内加入三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯、三-(氯异丙基)磷酸酯和阻燃增效剂硅氮氧化物,搅拌均匀;
3)对混合物进行超细化处理,使复合后乳胶粒径的细化度在600-1000目;
4)依次向反应釜内加入改性剂高速分散1-3h,最后加入其余组分充分搅拌,过滤后即得成品。
优先地,所述的聚丙烯酸酯乳液的质量浓度为20-30%的水溶液。
优选地,所述组分的原料中还包含着色剂,其用量为1-5份。
优选地,所述木纤维粉粒度为300~800目,含水量0.01~1.0%。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
1、制得的涂层胶能够满足发泡整理技术要求,通过机械发泡机直接对其进行物理发泡后,对织物进行涂层整理,满足了纺织品涂层整理的新要求;
2、通过调节其组成和比例,可以制得满足不同织物对阻燃、柔软度等性能要求的涂层胶,应用于窗帘、沙发等家纺类织物的涂层整理;
3、根据织物的要求,涂层胶可经机械发泡机将其发泡密度控制在0.33-0.67g/cm3范围;
4、采用添加改性剂实现了基体乳液在粉末粒子表面的物理/化学包覆,使得涂层胶具有很好的储存稳定性;
5、能够批量式、间歇式地进行生产,生产成本低、效率高、应用面广。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例一:
一种涤纶织物发泡阻燃涂层胶的制备方法,其包含下列重量份的组分:由50份醋酸乙烯酯聚合物、50份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂组成的基体乳液100份,三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯10份,三-(氯异丙基)磷酸酯5份,缔合型水性聚氨酯乳液1份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液5份,气相二氧化硅2份,有机硅乳液0.5份,直链醇硫酸盐0.5份,磺基琥珀酸酯1份,磺基琥珀酰胺0.3份,硅氮化合物6份,环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物5份,改性剂12份;木纤维粉20份;铝酸酯1份;所述改性剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
琥珀酸酯0.5,柠檬酸0.5,乙二醇4,玻璃纤维4,黄麻纤维2,小麦秸秆2,硅烷偶联剂KH5500.2,三异丙醇胺3,甘油油酸酯25;
所述改性剂的制备方法是:将玻璃纤维、黄麻纤维和小麦秸秆混合后加入三异丙醇胺初步研磨至50-100目,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,60-80℃、600-800r/min搅拌10-30min,干燥后研磨至500-800目,加入其余组分,140-180℃、400-600r/min搅拌5-10h,冷却后即得。所述的聚丙烯酸酯乳液的质量浓度为20%的水溶液。所述组分的原料中还包含着色剂,其用量为1份。所述木纤维粉粒度为800目,含水量0.01~1.0%。所述发泡阻燃涂层胶的制备步骤如下:
1)在反应釜内加入醋酸乙烯酯聚合物和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂,充分搅拌混合;2)依次向反应釜内加入三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯、三-(氯异丙基)磷酸酯和阻燃增效剂硅氮氧化物,搅拌均匀;
3)对混合物进行超细化处理,使复合后乳胶粒径的细化度在600-1000目;
4)依次向反应釜内加入改性剂高速分散1-3h,最后加入其余组分充分搅拌,过滤后即得成品。
实施例二:
一种涤纶织物发泡阻燃涂层胶的制备方法,其包含下列重量份的组分:由20份醋酸乙烯酯聚合物、80份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂组成的基体乳液100份,三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯23份,三-(氯异丙基)磷酸酯8份,缔合型水性聚氨酯乳液3份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液10份,气相二氧化硅4份,有机硅乳液1.0份,直链醇硫酸盐2份,磺基琥珀酸酯1.5份,磺基琥珀酰胺0.8份,硅氮化合物16份,环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物13份,改性剂20份;木纤维粉35份;铝酸酯10份;所述改性剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
琥珀酸酯1,柠檬酸1,乙二醇8,玻璃纤维8,黄麻纤维4,小麦秸秆4,硅烷偶联剂KH5500.5,三异丙醇胺6,甘油油酸酯50;
所述改性剂的制备方法是:将玻璃纤维、黄麻纤维和小麦秸秆混合后加入三异丙醇胺初步研磨至50-100目,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,60-80℃、600-800r/min搅拌10-30min,干燥后研磨至500-800目,加入其余组分,140-180℃、400-600r/min搅拌5-10h,冷却后即得。所述的聚丙烯酸酯乳液的质量浓度为30%的水溶液。所述组分的原料中还包含着色剂,其用量为5份。所述木纤维粉粒度为300目,含水量0.01~1.0%。所述发泡阻燃涂层胶的制备步骤如下:
1)在反应釜内加入醋酸乙烯酯聚合物和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂,充分搅拌混合;2)依次向反应釜内加入三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯、三-(氯异丙基)磷酸酯和阻燃增效剂硅氮氧化物,搅拌均匀;
3)对混合物进行超细化处理,使复合后乳胶粒径的细化度在600-1000目;
4)依次向反应釜内加入改性剂高速分散1-3h,最后加入其余组分充分搅拌,过滤后即得成品。
本发明实施例1和2制得的涤纶织物发泡阻燃涂层胶具有如下物理指标:
外观:乳白色粘稠体,
固含量:50-58%,
pH值:8.0-10.0,
密度:0.8-1.0g/cm3,
黏度:200-600mPa.s,
放置稳定性:24个月。

所述改性剂的制备方法是:将玻璃纤维、黄麻纤维和小麦秸秆混合后加入三异丙醇胺初步研磨至50-100目,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,60-80℃、600-800r/min搅拌10-30min,干燥后研磨至500-800目,加入其余组分,140-180℃、400-600r/min搅拌5-10h,冷却后即得;
所述发泡阻燃涂层胶的制备步骤如下:
1)在反应釜内加入醋酸乙烯酯聚合物和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂,充分搅拌混合;2)依次向反应釜内加入三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯、三-(氯异丙基)磷酸酯和阻燃增效剂硅氮氧化物,搅拌均匀;
3)对混合物进行超细化处理,使复合后乳胶粒径的细化度在600-1000目;
4)依次向反应釜内加入改性剂高速分散1-3h,最后加入其余组分充分搅拌,过滤后即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶织物发泡阻燃涂层胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的聚丙烯酸酯乳液的质量浓度为20-30%的水溶液。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的一种涤纶织物发泡阻燃涂层胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述组分的原料中还包含着色剂,其用量为1-5份。
4.根据权利要求1和2所述的一种涤纶织物发泡阻燃涂层胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述木纤维粉粒度为300~800目,含水量0.01~1.0%。
