Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其组分包括乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚物基体乳液,渗透剂,发泡剂,有机硅溶胶,环状磷酸酯,聚磷酸铵,成炭剂,可膨胀石墨和分散剂。本发明提供了一种具有良好阻燃效果的复合膨胀型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,同时提高了阻燃涂层在织物上的耐水洗性。本发明的耐久型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶分散稳定,施工方便,通过机械发泡机直接物理发泡后,对织物进行涂层整理,可用于服装、窗帘、地毯和床上用品等家用纺织品以及飞机、汽车等运输工具的内饰织物的阻燃整理。

Description

一种耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶
技术领域:
本发明涉及涤纶织物整理剂,特别是涉及一种耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶。
背景技术:
涤纶织物广泛应用于服装、窗帘、家具覆盖物、地毯和床上用品等家用纺织品以及飞机、汽车等运输工具的内饰,是现今产量最大、也是发展最快的合成纤维。但是,涤纶织物易熔融燃烧的缺点,时刻威胁着人类生命和财产的安全。因此,涤纶纺织品的阻燃整理对消除火灾隐患,延缓火势蔓延,降低人类生命和财产损失极为重要。
涤纶织物阻燃整理作为表面处理改性方法之一,具有工艺简单、成本低等优点。中国专利CN200480025533公开了一种用于一般织物涂敷的阻燃组合物,但是不能满足发泡整理工艺的要求。中国发明专利CN105507004公开了一种涤纶织物发泡阻燃涂层胶,但阻燃效果差,织物点然后自熄时间长。另外,涤纶织物的阻燃整理普遍遇到的难题是织物阻燃耐久性差,并且织物本身的熔滴性无法克服,因而难以应用于飞机、高速列车面料等防火等级要求高的场合。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种具有良好阻燃效果的发泡阻燃整理胶,同时提高阻燃涂层胶在织物上的耐水洗性和耐机械性能。
为了实现如上所述的发明目的,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案:
一种耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物基体乳液50-80份,渗透剂2-4份,发泡剂3-5份,有机硅溶胶3-10份,环状磷酸酯1-10份,聚磷酸铵1-10份,成炭剂1-3份,可膨胀石墨1-5份,分散剂1-3份。
所述的渗透剂为渗透剂SF、渗透剂JFC、快速渗透剂T中的一种。
所述的发泡剂为阴离子表面活性剂或/和非离子表面活性剂,所述的发泡剂配制成质量浓度为10-20%的水溶液。
所述的环状磷酸酯为双环笼状磷酸酯或双螺环磷酸酯中的一种。
所述的成炭剂为季戊四醇、双季戊四醇、淀粉、酚醛树脂、三嗪成炭剂CFA中的一种。
所述的分散剂为聚乙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸酯中的一种。
采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.制得的涂层胶能够满足发泡整理技术要求,通过机械发泡机直接对其进行物理发泡后,对织物进行涂层整理,满足了纺织品涂层整理的新要求;
2.采用添加改性实现了整理胶良好的阻燃性和耐水洗性;
3.能够批量式、间歇式进行生产,生产成本低,产品稳定,储存期长。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物基体乳液80份,渗透剂JFC2份,20%烷基硫酸盐5份,有机硅溶胶10份,双环笼状磷酸酯10份,聚磷酸铵1份,季戊四醇3份,可膨胀石墨1份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份。
实施例2:
一种耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物基体乳液50份,渗透剂SF 3份,10%烷基磺酸盐3份,有机硅溶胶3份,双螺环磷酸酯1份,聚磷酸铵10份,双季戊四醇1份,可膨胀石墨2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2份。
实施例3:
一种耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物基体乳液60份,快速渗透剂T 4份,15%烷基硫酸盐4份,有机硅溶胶5份,双环笼状磷酸酯5份,聚磷酸铵5份,淀粉3份,可膨胀石墨3份,聚乙烯醇3份。
实施例4:
一种耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物基体乳液70份,渗透剂JFC 4份,20%烷基硫酸盐5份,有机硅溶胶7份,双螺环磷酸酯7份,聚磷酸铵8份,酚醛树脂1份,可膨胀石墨4份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2份。
实施例5:
一种耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物基体乳液80份,快速渗透剂T 2份,10%烷基硫酸盐5份,有机硅溶胶9份,双环笼状磷酸酯10份,聚磷酸铵10份,三嗪成炭剂CFA 3份,可膨胀石墨5份,聚丙烯酸酯3份。
上述实施例的制备方法如下:
首先,在反应釜内加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物基体乳液和有机硅溶胶,充分搅拌均匀;
其次,依次向反应釜内加入环状磷酸酯、聚磷酸铵、成炭剂、可膨胀石墨、分散剂,搅拌均匀;
然后,对混合物进行超细化处理,使复合乳胶粒径在500-1000目;
最后,依次向反应釜内加入发泡剂和渗透剂,充分搅拌,即得成品。
经本发明实施例1制备的一种耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶处理后的涤纶地毯具有明显的阻燃效果(见图1)。

Claims (7)

1.一种耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其特征在于:其包括以下重量份组分:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物基体乳液50-80份,渗透剂2-4份,发泡剂3-5份,有机硅溶胶3-10份,环状磷酸酯1-10份,聚磷酸铵1-10份,成炭剂1-3份,可膨胀石墨1-5份,分散剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其特征是:所述的渗透剂为渗透剂SF、渗透剂JFC、快速渗透剂T中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其特征是:所述的发泡剂为阴离子表面活性剂或/和非离子表面活性剂,所述的发泡剂配制成质量浓度为10-20%的水溶液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其特征是:所述的环状磷酸酯为双环笼状磷酸酯或双螺环磷酸酯中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其特征是:所述的成炭剂为季戊四醇、双季戊四醇、淀粉、酚醛树脂、三嗪成炭剂CFA中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其特征是:所述的分散剂为聚乙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸酯中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐久性型涤纶织物阻燃整理胶,其特征是:其制备方法包括以下步骤:1)在反应釜内加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物基体乳液和有机硅溶胶,充分搅拌均匀;2)依次向反应釜内加入环状磷酸酯、聚磷酸铵、成炭剂、可膨胀石墨、分散剂,搅拌均匀;3)对混合物进行超细化处理,使复合乳胶粒径在500-1000目;4)依次向反应釜内加入发泡剂和渗透剂,充分搅拌,即得成品。
