Abstract
本发明涉及一种窗帘发泡阻燃涂层,包含下列组分:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂组成的基体乳液、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯、缔合型水性聚氨酯乳液、聚丙烯酸酯乳液、气相二氧化硅、磺基琥珀酸酯、磺基琥珀酰胺、硅氮化合物、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、改性剂、木纤维粉、铝酸酯。本发明提供的窗帘发泡阻燃涂层整理工艺,其能够满足厚重织物整理工艺的要求,可通过机械发泡机直接对其进行物理发泡后进行涂层整理,同时克服原有窗帘面料吸湿性差、易带静电、透气性差等缺点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种窗帘发泡阻燃涂层,属于一种功能性织物的制造方法。
背景技术
多种化学品已被用于使各种非织造织物基材具备各种功能性。这些化学品最常采用局部应用,例如,通过喷雾、填料,或成品浴浸;所形成的抵防性织物已在重视满足某些特殊使用要求的领域中得到了广泛应用,如用拒水拒油整理剂、抗菌整理剂、抗静电整理剂、防紫外线整理剂、阻燃整理剂、酶整理剂等采用通用的浸轧工艺制备的医用三防功能性基材,例如用于医疗技术员和实验室工人穿的防护服,在这里期望其能防止血液、血源性病原体,及其它体液穿过织物,即阻断与化学毒性或传染性物质的接触。
目前功能性非织造织物主要是通过渍轧方式进行功能性的整理,即将织物全部浸入防护功能的整理剂溶液,再经轧压、烘干,可加工较多的防护功能整理的非织造基材,但存在以下缺点:
1.浸轧方式实现防液性能,同时也降低了亲水、透气性,穿着舒适性降低。
2.浸轧方式要浸透纤维,一般采用水溶液,同浴中只能配制性能相近功能性整理剂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的不足而提供一种窗帘发泡阻燃涂层,其能够满足厚重织物整理工艺的要求,可通过机械发泡机直接对其进行物理发泡后进行涂层整理,同时克服原有窗帘面料吸湿性差、易带静电、透气性差等缺点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种窗帘发泡阻燃涂层整理工艺,所述阻燃涂层胶包含下列重量份的组分:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂组成的基体乳液100份
三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯10-23份
缔合型水性聚氨酯乳液1-3份
聚丙烯酸酯乳液5-10份
气相二氧化硅2-4份
磺基琥珀酸酯1-1.5份
磺基琥珀酰胺0.3-0.8份
硅氮化合物6-16份
环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物5-13份
改性剂12-20份
木纤维粉20-35份
铝酸酯1-10份;
所述改性剂由下列重量份的原料制成:琥珀酸酯0.5-1,柠檬酸0.5-1,乙二醇4-8,玻璃纤维4-8,黄麻纤维2-4,小麦秸秆2-4,硅烷偶联剂KH5500.2-0.5,三异丙醇胺3-6,甘油油酸酯25-50;
窗帘发泡阻燃涂层的制备包括如下工艺步骤:进布→涂层→烘干→压泡→落布,其中涂层时采用对阻燃涂层胶进行机械发泡达到增稠,再经过刮刀涂层后,在刮涂挤压过程中泡沫破碎变成低粘的阻燃胶渗透到被涂层基材中,然后烘干而制得;上述阻燃涂层胶通过管道施于涂层平台上的待加工布面上,刀口的向下刀距1-30mm,前后刀距1-30mm,车速5-50m/min,温度110-170℃。
优选地,所述阻燃涂层胶的含固量为30-50%,粘度为1000-5000mpa·s。
优选地,发泡比控制在1∶1.2-10之间。
优选地,所述压泡压力控制在58.9-68.7N/m2左右。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、增加了窗帘织物的阻燃防护功能,保证使用的安全性,同时具有防水、抗酒精、抗血液、抗油污、阻燃、防射线、防静电防护功能涂层,一面是非织造织物产生亲水、透气、透湿性能,大大改善了穿着的舒适性。
2、该阻燃面料性价比高,经久耐用,在确保品质的同时,又大大降低了生产成本。
3、克服了以前的涂层窗帘主要采用多层水性涂层直接刀涂,手感硬挺,或采用有塑感的溶剂型产品,外观效果不理想等缺陷;
4、根据织物的要求,涂层胶可经机械发泡机将其发泡密度控制在0.33-0.67g/cm3范围;
5、采用了改性剂改性涂层胶,实现了基体乳液在粉末粒子表面的物理/化学包覆,使得涂层胶具有很好的储存稳定性;
6、采用的生产设备简单,能够批量式、间歇式地进行生产,生产成本低、效率高、应用面广。
