Abstract
本发明公开了一种含纳米硅藻土-二氧化钛的抗菌净化型涂层的墙纸,该墙纸是由基纸以及涂覆于基纸表面的抗菌净化型改性水性聚氨酯涂层组成,其中的涂层材料不仅秉承了水性聚氨酯涂层的无毒、耐热、环保等特点,还具有耐水、耐污、手感爽滑等等优点,加入的以聚乙烯醇作为保护胶体的纳米硅藻土-二氧化钛粉体,与聚氨酯乳液亲和性好,具有天然的抗菌、净化室内空气等功效,还能增加涂层的气孔率,形成多孔透气的结构,防止基纸变质。以这种涂层制备的墙纸安全耐用,涂布、干燥快速,表面易于清洁,具有很强的市场竞争力。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保墙纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种含纳米硅藻土-二氧化钛的抗菌净化型涂层的墙纸。
背景技术
墙纸又名壁纸,因其具有色彩多样,图案丰富,豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等优势在家装中应用越来越广泛,壁纸大都是由壁纸原纸以及刮涂于原纸表面的涂层组成,而涂层的性质极大的决定了壁纸的功能,目前室内装饰用壁纸主要倾向于环保、安全的发展方向,涂层材料的选择也以环保、安全为主,市场上也涌现了多种多样的多功能型涂层装饰的环保壁纸,比如PVC树脂涂层、阻燃涂层、硅藻土净化涂层等等,然而在实际的使用中这些涂层还是存在不够环保、与基材贴合度差,受环境影响易剥落、施工难度较高等等问题,无法安全满足施工及使用要求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种含纳米硅藻土-二氧化钛的抗菌净化型涂层的墙纸。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含纳米硅藻土-二氧化钛的抗菌净化型涂层的墙纸,该墙纸是由基纸以及涂覆于基纸表面的抗菌净化型改性水性聚氨酯涂层组成,所述的抗菌净化型改性水性聚氨酯涂层由以下重量份的原料制成:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25-30、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇12-15、二羟甲基丙酸4-6、1,4-丁二醇6-8、三乙胺4-5、纳米硅藻土6-8、纳米二氧化钛4-5、聚醚硅油1-2、聚乙烯醇1-1.5、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.01-0.02、去离子水适量。
所述的抗菌净化型改性水性聚氨酯涂层制备方法为:
(1)先将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙烯醇完全溶解于20-30重量份的去离子水中,配制成混合溶液,随后将纳米硅藻土、纳米二氧化钛加入溶液中,高速剪切分散40-50min后静置,制成以聚乙烯醇为保护胶体的纳米硅藻土-二氧化钛分散液备用;
(2)向四口瓶中加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,在温度为120℃、真空度为-0.05-0.09MPa的条件下脱水1-2h,脱水结束后冷却至室温,接着加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加热至70-75℃,混合反应50-60min后加入二羟甲基丙酸、1,4-丁二醇,继续混合反应3-4h,反应结束后加入聚醚硅油反应25-35min,反应结束后冷却至室温,加入三乙胺中和,随后加入适量的去离子水合步骤(1)制备的纳米粉体分散液,高速剪切乳化得到固含量为40-45%的聚醚硅油改性水性聚氨酯乳液,即得所述涂层浆料。
本发明的优点是:本发明制备了一种聚醚硅油改性的水性聚氨酯涂层浆料,这种涂层材料不仅秉承了水性聚氨酯涂层的无毒、耐热、环保等特点,还具有耐水、耐污、手感爽滑等等优点,加入的以聚乙烯醇作为保护胶体的纳米硅藻土-二氧化钛粉体,与聚氨酯乳液亲和性好,具有天然的抗菌、净化室内空气等功效,还能增加涂层的气孔率,形成多孔透气的结构,防止基纸变质。以这种涂层制备的墙纸安全耐用,涂布、干燥快速,表面易于清洁,具有很强的市场竞争力。
具体实施方式
一种含纳米硅藻土二氧化钛的抗菌净化型涂层的墙纸是由无纺布基纸以及涂覆于基纸表面的抗菌净化型改性水性聚氨酯涂层组成,其中抗菌净化型改性水性聚氨酯涂层由以下重量份的原料制成:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇12、二羟甲基丙酸4、1,4丁二醇6、三乙胺4、纳米硅藻土6、纳米二氧化钛4、聚醚硅油1、聚乙烯醇1、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.01、去离子水适量。
其中抗菌净化型改性水性聚氨酯涂层制备方法为:
(1)先将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙烯醇完全溶解于20重量份的去离子水中,配制成混合溶液,随后将纳米硅藻土、纳米二氧化钛加入溶液中,高速剪切分散40min后静置,制成以聚乙烯醇为保护胶体的纳米硅藻土二氧化钛分散液备用;
(2)向四口瓶中加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,在温度为120℃、真空度为-0.05MPa的条件下脱水1h,脱水结束后冷却至室温,接着加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加热至70℃,混合反应50min后加入二羟甲基丙酸、1,4丁二醇,继续混合反应3h,反应结束后加入聚醚硅油反应25min,反应结束后冷却至室温,加入三乙胺中和,随后加入适量的去离子水合步骤(1)制备的纳米粉体分散液,高速剪切乳化得到固含量为40%的聚醚硅油改性水性聚氨酯乳液,即得所述涂层浆料。
将涂层浆料涂覆在无纺布基纸表面,控制厚度为3mm,待涂层完全干燥后利用该墙纸成品进行性能检测的结果为:
甲醛去除率:88%;对大肠杆菌/金黄色葡萄球菌/枯草芽孢杆菌的平均抗菌率:94%;异味去除率:90%。抗霉等级:0级;阻燃等级:B1级,表面吸水率低于0.1%。
Claims (2)
1.一种含纳米硅藻土-二氧化钛的抗菌净化型涂层的墙纸,该墙纸是由基纸以及涂覆于基纸表面的抗菌净化型改性水性聚氨酯涂层组成,其特征在于,所述的抗菌净化型改性水性聚氨酯涂层由以下重量份的原料制成:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯25-30、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇12-15、二羟甲基丙酸4-6、1,4-丁二醇6-8、三乙胺4-5、纳米硅藻土6-8、纳米二氧化钛4-5、聚醚硅油1-2、聚乙烯醇1-1.5、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.01-0.02、去离子水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含纳米硅藻土-二氧化钛的抗菌净化型涂层的墙纸,其特征在于,所述的抗菌净化型改性水性聚氨酯涂层制备方法为:
(1)先将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙烯醇完全溶解于20-30重量份的去离子水中,配制成混合溶液,随后将纳米硅藻土、纳米二氧化钛加入溶液中,高速剪切分散40-50min后静置,制成以聚乙烯醇为保护胶体的纳米硅藻土-二氧化钛分散液备用;
