本发明公开了一种防腐蚀聚氨酯合成革,包括基布层、发泡层和面层,其面层由下述重量份的原料制得:水性聚氨酯树脂60-80,核桃壳粉1-3,骨粉3-6,重晶石粉2-4,氮化硅粉0.5-1,凡士林0.1-0.3,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5-1,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.1-0.5,钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201 0.1-0.2,聚丙烯酸钠0.1-0.3,亚麻籽油0.5-1,色膏1-2,复合助剂2-6;本发明的合成革外观、质感接近真皮,透湿、透气性能优良、手感柔软,物理性能达标,且具有良好的耐酸碱性能,提高了产品的耐用度,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及合成革加工技术领域,具体涉及一种防腐蚀聚氨酯合成革及其生产方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯(PU)合成革,由于其具有优异的耐磨性、良好的抗撕裂强度和伸长率,同时具有表面平坦、手感丰满、舒适、回复性良好、价格适中等优点,已经成为价格昂贵的天然皮制品的最佳替代品,并且广泛应用于服装、制鞋、箱包、家具等行业。达到要求的聚氨酯合成革不仅需要良好的物理性能,还需要具有良好的透湿、透气性能、柔软、丰满、轻盈的手感以及更富于天然皮革的风格和外观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防腐蚀聚氨酯合成革。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防腐蚀聚氨酯合成革,包括基布层、发泡层和面层,其中:
面层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂60-80,核桃壳粉1-3,骨粉3-6,重晶石粉2-4,氮化硅粉0.5-1,凡士林0.1-0.3,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5-1,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.1-0.5,钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201 0.1-0.2,聚丙烯酸钠0.1-0.3,亚麻籽油0.5-1,色膏1-2,复合助剂2-6;
发泡层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂60-80,轻质碳酸钙2-4,白炭黑1-2,聚乙二醇2-6,三乙醇胺1-2,氧化铝0.1-0.3,硅藻土1-2,椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1-2,拉开粉0.5-1,碳酸氢钠1-3,硼酸1-2,瓜尔豆胶1-3;
其中复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
单宁酸0.5-1,草酸0.5-1,山梨醇4-8,苎麻纤维4-8,黄麻纤维2-4,小麦秸秆2-4,硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.2-0.5,三异丙醇胺3-6,甘油25-50;
复合助剂的制备方法是:
将苎麻纤维、黄麻纤维和小麦秸秆混合后加入三异丙醇胺初步研磨至50-100目,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,60-80℃、600-800r/min搅拌10-30min,干燥后研磨至500-800目,加入草酸、单宁酸、山梨醇和甘油,140-180℃、400-600r/min搅拌5-10h,冷却后即得;
一种防腐蚀聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取面层原料,将骨粉、核桃壳粉与重晶石粉混合后研磨至100-200目,加入钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201 100-150℃处理10-30min,冷却后加入适量2-6%的醋酸溶液40-50℃处理6-8h,冷冻干燥后研磨至500-600目,加入其余原料600-800r/min、40-60℃搅拌30-60min,得面层浆料;将面层浆料均匀涂覆在离型纸上,100-120℃干燥后形成面层;
(2)称取发泡层原料,将氧化铝和硅藻土混合后800-1000℃煅烧2-4h,将温度降至400-600℃,加入白炭黑和轻质碳酸钙后处理1-2h,冷却后加入三乙醇胺、碳酸氢钠和硼酸,研磨至500-800目,加入其余原料60-80℃、600-800r/min搅拌3-6h,得发泡层浆料;将配制好的发泡层浆料机械发泡后均匀涂覆在面层上,100-140℃烘干;
(3)在发泡层上涂覆水性聚氨酯粘结浆料,与基布层粘接后120-140℃烘干;
(4)将离型纸剥离,切边收卷,得到合成革成品。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的合成革具有良好的耐酸碱腐蚀性能,适用范围广泛;外观、质感接近真皮,透湿、透气性能优良、手感柔软,物理性能达标,既具有天然皮革所固有的优势,同时又具备天然皮革不具备的良好耐化学性、防水、防霉变性等;原料来源广泛,价格相对天然皮革更加低廉,有效节约成本;制造工艺安全环保,减少有害污染物的排放,符合产业政策。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
实施例1
一种防腐蚀聚氨酯合成革,包括基布层、面层和发泡层,其中:
面层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂70,核桃壳粉2,骨粉5,重晶石粉3,氮化硅粉0.8,凡士林0.2,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.8,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.4,钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201 0.15,聚丙烯酸钠0.2,亚麻籽油0.6,色膏1.5,复合助剂4;
发泡层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂70,轻质碳酸钙3,白炭黑1.5,聚乙二醇4,三乙醇胺1.5,氧化铝0.2,硅藻土1.5,椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1.5,拉开粉0.8,碳酸氢钠2,硼酸1.5,瓜尔豆胶2;
其中复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
单宁酸0.8,草酸0.8,山梨醇6,苎麻纤维6,黄麻纤维3,小麦秸秆3,硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.4,三异丙醇胺5,甘油40;
复合助剂的制备方法是:
将苎麻纤维、黄麻纤维和小麦秸秆混合后加入三异丙醇胺初步研磨至100目,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,60℃、600r/min搅拌15min,干燥后研磨至500目,加入草酸、单宁酸、山梨醇和甘油,160℃、400r/min搅拌5h,冷却后即得;
所用水性聚氨酯树脂为拜耳Impranil LP RSC 1380(60%固含量)。
一种防腐蚀聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取面层原料,将骨粉、核桃壳粉与重晶石粉混合后研磨至100目,加入钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201 100℃处理10min,冷却后加入适量4%的醋酸溶液40℃处理6h,冷冻干燥后研磨至500目,加入其余原料600r/min、60℃搅拌30min,得面层浆料;将面层浆料均匀涂覆在离型纸上,110℃干燥后形成面层;
(2)称取发泡层原料,将氧化铝和硅藻土混合后800℃煅烧2h,将温度降至400℃,加入白炭黑和轻质碳酸钙后处理2h,冷却后加入三乙醇胺、碳酸氢钠和硼酸,研磨至500目,加入其余原料80℃、600r/min搅拌3h,得发泡层浆料;将配制好的发泡层浆料机械发泡后均匀涂覆在面层上,120℃烘干;
(3)在发泡层上涂覆水性聚氨酯粘结浆料,与基布层粘接后140℃烘干;
(4)将离型纸剥离,切边收卷,得到合成革成品。
产品性能测试结果:
拉伸负荷89N/cm,撕裂负荷61N;
耐折牢度23℃,20万次无裂纹。

1.一种防腐蚀聚氨酯合成革,包括基布层、发泡层和面层,其特征在于:
所述的面层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂60-80,核桃壳粉1-3,骨粉3-6,重晶石粉2-4,氮化硅粉0.5-1,凡士林0.1-0.3,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5-1,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.1-0.5,钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201 0.1-0.2,聚丙烯酸钠0.1-0.3,亚麻籽油0.5-1,色膏1-2,复合助剂2-6;
所述的发泡层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂60-80,轻质碳酸钙2-4,白炭黑1-2,聚乙二醇2-6,三乙醇胺1-2,氧化铝0.1-0.3,硅藻土1-2,椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1-2,拉开粉0.5-1,碳酸氢钠1-3,硼酸1-2,瓜尔豆胶1-3;
所述复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
单宁酸0.5-1,草酸0.5-1,山梨醇4-8,苎麻纤维4-8,黄麻纤维2-4,小麦秸秆2-4,硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.2-0.5,三异丙醇胺3-6,甘油25-50;
所述复合助剂的制备方法是:
将苎麻纤维、黄麻纤维和小麦秸秆混合后加入三异丙醇胺初步研磨至50-100目,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,60-80℃、600-800r/min搅拌10-30min,干燥后研磨至500-800目,加入草酸、单宁酸、山梨醇和甘油,140-180℃、400-600r/min搅拌5-10h,冷却后即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐蚀聚氨酯合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取面层原料,将骨粉、核桃壳粉与重晶石粉混合后研磨至100-200目,加入钛酸酯偶联剂 TMC-201 100-150℃处理10-30min,冷却后加入适量2-6%的醋酸溶液40-50℃处理6-8h,冷冻干燥后研磨至500-600目,加入其余原料600-800r/min、40-60℃搅拌30-60min,得面层浆料;将面层浆料均匀涂覆在离型纸上,100-120℃干燥后形成面层;
(2)称取发泡层原料,将氧化铝和硅藻土混合后800-1000℃煅烧2-4h,将温度降至400-600℃,加入白炭黑和轻质碳酸钙后处理1-2h,冷却后加入三乙醇胺、碳酸氢钠和硼酸,研磨至500-800目,加入其余原料60-80℃、600-800r/min搅拌3-6h,得发泡层浆料;将配制好的发泡层浆料机械发泡后均匀涂覆在面层上,100-140℃烘干;
(3)在发泡层上涂覆水性聚氨酯粘结浆料,与基布层粘接后120-140℃烘干;
(4)将离型纸剥离,切边收卷,得到合成革成品。
