本发明公开了一种除湿富硒红豆薏米粉及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:富硒薏米20-40份、富硒红豆60-80份、富硒枸杞1-5份、富硒黑芝麻1-5份、富硒红枣5-10份、茉莉花2-4份、百合花1-2份、莲子心4-6份、益智仁2-4份、核桃仁4-6份、余甘子0.3-0.5份、紫锥菊1-2份、黄花菜3-4份、莼菜4-6份和碎米荠2-4份;本发明制备的红豆薏米粉,食用方便,天然无添加,原汁原味,红豆和薏米搭配食用,祛湿、美白祛斑,益气养血、利水消肿等功效良好;而且含有丰富的有机硒,区别于常规不含硒或者微量含硒的红豆薏米粉,可作为补硒保健食品食用,满足每日所需的硒。

背景技术
近年来随着人们对硒与心血管疾病、免疫功能及防癌机理等认识的逐步加深,富硒保健食品的需求不断增多,为富硒食品的发展提供了广阔的市场。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种除湿富硒红豆薏米粉及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
除湿富硒红豆薏米粉,其组成原料的重量份为:富硒薏米20-40份、富硒红豆60-80份、富硒枸杞1-5份、富硒黑芝麻1-5份、富硒红枣5-10份、茉莉花2-4份、百合花1-2份、莲子心4-6份、益智仁2-4份、核桃仁4-6份、余甘子0.3-0.5份、紫锥菊1-2份、黄花菜3-4份、莼菜4-6份和碎米荠2-4份。
除湿富硒红豆薏米粉,其组成原料的重量份为:富硒薏米30份、富硒红豆70份、富硒枸杞3份、富硒黑芝麻3份、富硒红枣8份、茉莉花3份、百合花1.5份、莲子心5份、益智仁3份、核桃仁5份、余甘子0.4份、紫锥菊1.5份、黄花菜3.5份、莼菜5份和碎米荠3份。
除湿富硒红豆薏米粉的制备方法,包括:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将茉莉花、百合花、余甘子和紫锥菊用3-4倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;莲子心、益智仁和核桃仁研磨成细粉备用;黄花菜、莼菜和碎米荠晒干后切碎炒熟,再研磨成细粉备用;其他组成原料按重量份经过筛选除杂,清洗,晾干后,用烘焙机烘焙熟,最后将所有处理后的物料经超微粉碎机粉碎成超微细度的粉末,用包装机进行分量包装。
所用富硒薏米的硒含量为0.5-2.0 mg/kg,富硒红豆的硒含量为0.5-3.0mg/kg;所得红豆薏米粉硒含量为0.5-2.0 mg/kg,人体日用100g,即可补硒50-200微克。
本发明的有益效果:
1、该发明所生产的红豆薏米粉,食用方便,直接用开水或者温水冲泡,还可加入牛奶、蜂蜜、白糖等调味,可作为方便早餐食用;
2、天然无添加,原汁原味,采用超细粉碎机粉碎,颗粒超细,更方便消化吸收;
3、红豆和薏米搭配食用,祛湿、美白祛斑,益气养血、利水消肿等功效良好;
4、含有丰富的有机硒,区别于常规不含硒或者微量含硒的红豆薏米粉,可作为补硒保健食品食用,满足每日所需的硒。
具体实施方式
实施例1:除湿富硒红豆薏米粉,其组成原料的重量份为:富硒薏米30份、富硒红豆70份、富硒枸杞3份、富硒黑芝麻3份、富硒红枣8份、茉莉花3份、百合花1.5份、莲子心5份、益智仁3份、核桃仁5份、余甘子0.4份、紫锥菊1.5份、黄花菜3.5份、莼菜5份和碎米荠3份。

3.一种如权利要求1所述的除湿富硒红豆薏米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将茉莉花、百合花、余甘子和紫锥菊用3-4倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;莲子心、益智仁和核桃仁研磨成细粉备用;黄花菜、莼菜和碎米荠晒干后切碎炒熟,再研磨成细粉备用;其他组成原料按重量份经过筛选除杂,清洗,晾干后,用烘焙机烘焙熟,最后将所有处理后的物料经超微粉碎机粉碎成超微细度的粉末,用包装机进行分量包装。
