背景技术：
环境污染日益严重，现代人越来越重视自身排毒养颜的健康，专家指出，只有及时排除体内的有害物质及过剩营养，保持五脏和体内的清洁，才能保持身体的健美和肌肤的美丽。
“排毒养颜”是个全民话题。不同的人群有着不同的工作压力和体质，同样是身体有毒素，但是排毒养颜的方式也是不一样的。所以在给身体排毒的时候一定要注意看好自己是何种中毒的人群，然后自己对症下药，找到适合自己的排毒养颜办法，这样才会达到排毒养颜目的。
而对于不同的人群都有着不同的内毒，但是往往不管是什么人群，内毒都有相同的，大众化的内毒，这样的内毒往往排起来并不是非常的简单，也需要大量是时间，而且由于现在通过滋养或者药物的排毒比较多，时间长久可能对身体会造成负荷。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种配比合理、能够养血补肾、润泽皮肤的一种排毒养颜营养粉。

一种排毒养颜营养粉，其特征在于，包括以下材料：

步骤一、选取没有虫害、没有变质的良好的上述材料；
步骤二、将选好的材料放入清水中清洗5～7分钟，然后自然沥干；
步骤三、将沥干后的材料依次放入筛选机中进行各自材料的筛理，每组材料筛理12～15分钟；
步骤四、将晒理过后的材料放入离心机中，通过离心机将材料上附带的沙粒、石子等给清理掉，通常清理10～15分钟；
步骤五、将清理过后的材料从筛选机中取出，再次用清洗干净，放在20℃的干燥通风环境下，自然风干3个小时；
步骤六、将风干过后的材料放入烘焙箱中，在20～25℃的温度中烘焙20～25分钟；
步骤七、将烘焙过后的材料放入粉碎机中粉碎，一直粉碎到颗粒大小为1～3mm即可；
步骤八、将粉碎好的材料抽样通过颗粒检测机检测直径；
步骤九、将检测过后合格的产品包装并且入库，不可个的产品重新放入粉碎机中粉碎，直到合格。
本发明的有益效果为：这样一个配比的产品的健康价值、营养价值都非常高，并且养血补肾，润泽皮肤，长期面对电脑辐射而造成内有热湿的人群更适合；而且上述步骤简单明了，并且非常的合理。
