本发明公开了一种黄精保健糕点制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉30-40份、荞麦粉20-30份、高粱粉20-30份、蚕豆粉20-30份、黄精4-6份、麦芽2-3份、神曲2-3份、红曲米2-3份、黄芪2-3份、熟地2-3份、牡蛎2-3份。本发明生产出来的保健糕点工艺简单,易于实现,适合工业化生产,且富含人类所需的多种微量元素及其他营养,具有滋阴润肺、延缓衰老、益气养血、增强免疫力、改善营养性贫血、健脑养神等保健功能,是集营养和食疗于一体的保健糕点。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及糕点制作。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平大大提高,对食品的纯天然性、安全性、营养性等方面的要求也越来越高。尤其是对“三高”(高血压、高血脂、高血糖)人群而言,选择低脂、低糖健康安全的食品尤为重要。黄精,又名老虎姜、鸡头参,为百合科植物滇黄精、黄精或多花黄精的干燥根茎。黄精含黏液质、淀粉及糖分.囊丝黄精的根茎含吖丁啶-2-羧酸、天门冬氨酸、高丝氨酸、二氨基丁酸、毛地黄糖甙以及多种蒽醌类化合物,有抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗衰老作用;能增强免疫功能,增强新陈代谢;有降血压,降血糖,降血脂,防止动脉粥样硬化,延缓衰老和抗菌等作用;黄精多糖具有免疫激活作用。目前生产的普通糕点原料大都是高糖高热量等添加剂,缺乏人体所需的维生素和多种微量元素。
发明内容
针对目前生产的普通糕点大都缺乏维生素和多种微量元素的这一现实问题,提供一种新的添加含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素的保健糕点制作方法,制成天然绿色保健食品,更加受消费者的欢迎。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种黄精保健糕点制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉30-40份、荞麦粉20-30份、高粱粉20-30份、蚕豆粉20-30份、黄精4-6份、麦芽2-3份、神曲2-3份、红曲米2-3份、黄芪2-3份、熟地2-3份、牡蛎2-3份;
(2)将黄精粉碎至40-50目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将黄芪、熟地、牡蛎一起用适量水煎煮 3-4次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将小麦粉、荞麦粉、高粱粉、蚕豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置30-40分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的黄精、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
采用以上技术方案后,本发明达到的有益效果是:黄精,又名老虎姜、鸡头参。为百合科植物滇黄精、黄精或多花黄精的干燥根茎。黄精含黏液质、淀粉及糖分.囊丝黄精的根茎含吖丁啶-2-羧酸、天门冬氨酸、高丝氨酸、二氨基丁酸、毛地黄糖甙以及多种蒽醌类化合物,有抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗衰老作用;能增强免疫功能,增强新陈代谢;有降血压,降血糖,降血脂,防止动脉粥样硬化,延缓衰老和抗菌等作用;黄精多糖具有免疫激活作用。与现有技术相比,本发明制作的黄精保健糕点,含有多种人体必需微量元素和维生素,不含任何化学添加剂,为全天然健康食品,能降低血压、血糖、血脂的功效,本产品不仅适合于青少年,也适合于中老年。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例一
一种黄精保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉30-40份、荞麦粉20-30份、高粱粉20-30份、蚕豆粉20-30份、黄精4-6份、麦芽2-3份、神曲2-3份、红曲米2-3份、黄芪2-3份、熟地2-3份、牡蛎2-3份;
(2)将黄精粉碎至40目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将黄芪、熟地、牡蛎一起用适量水煎煮 3次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将小麦粉、荞麦粉、高粱粉、蚕豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置30分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的黄精、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
实施例二
一种黄精保健糕点制备方法:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉36份、荞麦粉25份、高粱粉26份、蚕豆粉26份、黄精6份、麦芽3份、神曲2份、红曲米3份、黄芪2份、熟地3份、牡蛎3份;
(2)将黄精粉碎至50目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将黄芪、熟地、牡蛎一起用适量水煎煮 4次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将小麦粉、荞麦粉、高粱粉、蚕豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置40分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的黄精、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
(5)将上述制得的粗粮面团,置于模具中压制成型,然后转移至铺有荷叶的蒸锅中,隔水蒸熟,即得。
通过上述方法制作的黄精保健糕点不仅美味可口、香味宜人,而且老少皆宜,是十分有益于健康的天然有机绿色食品。

1.一种黄精保健糕点制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦粉30-40份、荞麦粉20-30份、高粱粉20-30份、蚕豆粉20-30份、黄精4-6份、麦芽2-3份、神曲2-3份、红曲米2-3份、黄芪2-3份、熟地2-3份、牡蛎2-3份;
(2)将黄精粉碎至40-50目,然后与麦芽、神曲、红曲米一起放入锅中炒至变焦,然后磨成粉;
(3)将黄芪、熟地、牡蛎一起用适量水煎煮 3-4次,合并煎煮液;
(4)将小麦粉、荞麦粉、高粱粉、蚕豆粉混合,加入步骤(3)得到的煎煮液,搅拌均匀后静置30-40分钟,然后加入步骤(2)得到的黄精、麦芽、神曲、红曲米的混合粉,再次搅拌,至黏稠糊状,分成小份揉成团;
