技术领域
本公开总体上涉及用来保持饮料容器或其它类型物品的纸板箱。更具体地，本公开涉及具有物品保护折板和用来定位物品保护折板的通入构件的纸板箱。
发明内容
总体而言，本公开内容的一个方面总体上涉及一种用于容装至少一个物品的纸板箱。该纸板箱包括多个面板，该多个面板至少部分地形成纸板箱的内部。该多个面板包括顶面板。该纸板箱包括物品保护折板，该物品保护折板以可折叠的方式连接到所述多个面板中的至少一个面板。所述物品保护折板能够在大致平行于顶面板的第一位置和物品保护折板相对于顶面板折叠的第二位置之间运动。设在所述顶面板中的至少一个通入构件用来将物品保护折板从第一位置定位到第二位置。

具体实施方式
本公开总体上涉及纸板箱的保护、打开、分配和搬运构件，该纸板箱包含诸如容器、瓶、罐等之类的物品。这些物品例如可以用于包装食物和饮料产品。这些物品可以由在组成上适合于包装特定食物或饮料品种的材料制成，该材料包括但不限于：玻璃；铝和/或其它金属；诸如PET、LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE、PP、PS、PVC、EVOH和尼龙之类的塑料；以及类似物或其任何组合。
所公开的各种构件中的一些可以类似于上述通过引用并入的专利申请(包括美国专利申请No.13/419740和所有相关申请)中公开的任何实施例。此外，本文公开的各种构件中的一些可以与No.13/419740申请中公开的构件组合以约束容器在纸板箱中的运动。
根据本公开的纸板箱可以容纳任何形状的物品。为了说明目的而不是为了限制本公开范围的目的，以下详细说明描述了被排列在纸板箱实施例内的饮料容器(例如，玻璃饮料瓶)。在本说明书中，术语“下”、“底”、“上”和“顶”指示相对于完全竖立且直立的纸板箱而确定的取向。

端部折板43、47、53、57沿坯料3的第一边缘区域延伸，并且在沿坯料长度延伸的第一纵向折叠线67处以可折叠的方式连接。端部折板45、49、55、59沿坯料3的第二边缘区域延伸，并且在也沿坯料长度延伸的第二纵向折叠线69处以可折叠的方式连接。纵向折叠线67、69例如可以是大致平直的，或者在不偏离本公开内容的范围下在一个或更多个部位处偏置以考虑坯料厚度或者其它因素。
如图1中所示，坯料3具有把手构件，该把手构件用来在纸板箱5的各端部72、74处形成把手11。把手构件包括：把手折板95，该把手折板以可折叠的方式连接到相应的顶端部折板57、59；和凹口或开口97，该凹口或者开口位于侧端部折板53、55、47、49中。开口97协作以在相应的关闭端部72、74处提供开口以允许相应的把手折板95向内折叠，从而使得纸板箱5可以在相应的端部处被抓持。在不偏离本公开内容的情况下，坯料3可以具有用来形成把手11的其它构件，或者坯料和/或纸板箱可以具有替代地成形的、排列的、和/或构造的把手。此外，把手11可以被省略而不偏离本公开内容。
在一个实施例中，坯料3具有用来形成纸板箱5的端部72、74中的物品保护构件的构件。如图1中所示，侧端部折板47、49、53、55在坯料3的外表面1上具有以凹陷部105的形式的变形部，使得该凹陷部在坯料的内表面上形成突起。底端部折板43、45各自在坯料3的内表面上具有以凹陷部107的形式的两排变形部，使得该内表面上的凹陷部形成坯料103的外表面1上的突起。如图1中示出的，顶端部折板57、59各自具有相应的远边缘111，该远边缘具有角部凹口113和中心凹口115。凹陷部105、107可以是在相应的侧端部折板47、49、53、55或底端部折板43、45的表面上的任何变形部，从而该变形部可以具有任何合适的形状(例如，凹入的凹痕或突起、凸出的凹痕或突起、扁平的凹痕或突起、浮凸的区域、凹进的区域等等，或者任何其它合适的形状)。此外，在不偏离本公开内容的情况下，凹陷部105、107可以形成在第一侧面板17、第二侧面板23、顶面板29、底面板15、或者顶端部折板57、59中的一个或更多个的内表面或外表面上。在不偏离本公开内容的情况下，坯料3可以具有替代地成形的、排列的、和/或构造的其它保护构件。此外，物品保护特征可以被省略而不偏离本公开内容。
在示出的实施例中，坯料3包括三个底部物品保护折板121，该三个底部物品保护折板布置在1×3排列中，并且以可折叠的方式连接到底面板15，但坯料3可以具有多于或少于三个的底部物品保护折板121，并且该折板121可以在底面板15上以其它合适的排/列或以随机的构造(包括多排或多列构造或者任何其它合适的构造)布置。底部物品保护折板121各自在相应的侧向折叠线123处以可折叠的方式连接到底面板15，并且各自至少部分地由底面板15中的弱化线125限定。在一个实施例中，弱化线125是切口，但在不偏离本公开内容的情况下，该弱化线可以包括允许底部物品保护折板121与底面板15分离的其它弱化形式(例如，包括由可断裂刻痕分开的切割线的撕开线、由一系列间隔开的切口形成的撕开线等)。在其它实施例中，在不偏离本公开内容的情况下，坯料3可以包括另外成形的、排列的、和/或构造的底部物品保护折板121。底部物品保护折板121可以被省略而不偏离本公开内容。
在一个实施例中，坯料3包括在顶面板29中的分配件面板131，该分配件面板用来形成在纸板箱5中的分配件133。分配件面板131由在顶面板29中延伸的分配件图案或撕开线135形成。在一个实施例中，分配件面板131包括：第一部分137，该第一部分在第一纵向折叠线139处以可折叠的方式连接到顶面板；和第二部分141，该第二部分在第二纵向折叠线143处以可折叠的方式连接到顶面板。第一部分137和第二部分141可以沿大约在顶面板29中间处的一部分撕开线135分离。在不偏离本公开内容的情况下，分配件面板131还可以被另外成形、排列、和/或构造。此外，分配件133和分配件面板131可以被省略而不偏离本公开内容。
如图1中所示，顶面板29包括以通入折板的形式的三个通入构件151，该通入折板以可折叠的方式连接到顶面板。通入折板151能够可折叠以在顶面板29中产生通入开口153(图6和图7)，该通入开口用来接纳纸板箱形成机器157(在图6和图7中被部分地示出)的相应的致动器或指状件155。在一个实施例中，通入构件151以单排大约布置在顶面板29的中心线上。而且，通入构件151设在分配件面板131中。在不偏离本公开内容的情况下，通入构件151可以被另外成形、排列、定位、和/或构造。
如图1中所示，物品保护折板35可以包括：基部部分161，该基部部分在折叠线37处以可折叠的方式连接到第一侧面板17；和物品固位部分163。物品固位部分163包括用来接合物品C的构件，该构件包括在物品保护折板的中间部分169中的两个中心开口165和两个凹口167。物品保护折板35包括远侧部(概括地说，“第一外部部分”)171，该远侧部具有在物品保护折板的远侧边缘172处的四个凹口173。物品保护折板35包括邻近基部部分161的物品接合部分179(概括地说，“第二外部部分”)，该物品接合部分包括物品固位折板181，该物品固位折板用来接合相应的物品C的一部分。基部部分161包括四个突片183，该四个突片接触该排物品的邻近侧面板17的相应物品的盖子CP。物品固位折板35的物品接合部分179的固位折板181接合该排物品的邻近该侧面板17的相应物品的盖子CP或肩部S的底侧。在示出的实施例中，物品保护折板35的中间部分169包括折叠线185，该折叠线从开口165延伸到相应的凹口167。如图1中所示，物品固位部分163通过邻近相应突片183的折叠线187连接到基部部分161。在不偏离本公开内容的情况下，物品保护折板35可以被另外成形、排列、和/或构造。
根据一个示例性实施例，通过围绕折叠线31和37折叠坯料并将物品保护折板35定位成与顶面板29的内表面“面对面”接触，坯料3可以竖立成纸板箱5。物品保护折板可以通过可释放粘合剂被固定到顶面板29，该可释放粘合剂诸如胶水或其它合适的粘合剂。此外，在竖立过程的各种阶段，胶水或其它粘合剂可以被施加到坯料3的各种部分。在将物品保护折板35附接到顶面板29之后，通过沿相应的折叠线19、25、31、37折叠底面板15、侧面板17、23和顶面板29，坯料3可以形成为端部打开的套筒201(图2)。容器C可以被装载到套筒201的内部空间203中。端部72、74中的一个端部可以在装载容器C之前关闭或者这两个端部都可以在将容器装载到内部空间203中之后关闭。
在关闭端部72、74之后(或者替代地在关闭端部之前)，物品保护折板35可以被定位成接合物品C。如图6和图7中所示，具有指状件或致动器155的纸板箱形成机器157可以用于将物品保护折板35定位在物品C上。纸板箱形成机器157的致动器155插穿过顶面板29中的通入构件151以接触物品保护折板35。在一个实施例中，纸板箱形成机器157具有用来接触物品保护折板35的中间部分169的三个致动器155，但纸板箱形成机器可以具有多于或少于三个的致动器，并且可以具有用来接触物品保护折板35的两个外部部分171、179的致动器。在示出的实施例中，致动器155借助于在顶面板29中生成的通入开口153下压在物品保护折板的中间部分169上。当物品保护折板35被致动器接触时，物品保护折板使得与顶面板29的粘合剂粘结破裂，并且从顶面板分离而使得中间部分从两个外部部分171、179向下延伸。开口165和凹口167接收中间一排物品中的相应物品的一部分。在一个实施例中，物品保护折板35的远侧部分171中的凹口173接合邻近第二侧面板23的一排物品C的盖子CP的底侧，物品固位折板181接合邻近第一侧面板17的一排物品的盖子CP的底侧，并且突片183接触邻近第一侧面板17的一排物品的盖子的顶部。或者，凹口173和物品固位折板181中的一个或更多个可以接合纸板箱中的相应物品的肩部S的底侧，或者一个或更多个构件可以接合纸板箱中的相应物品的颈部N。物品保护折板35被定位成接合纸板箱5中的物品C的顶部分以防止或减少物品在纸板箱中的运动并防止或减少物品的破裂。在不偏离本公开内容的情况下，物品保护折板35可以被另外地定位在纸板箱5中。
在一个实施例中，装好且关闭的纸板箱5被进一步处理，以使得底部物品保护折板121被激活从而在纸板箱内的容器C的底部分BP之间提供缓冲并进一步固定容器以防止破裂。底部物品保护折板121以可折叠的方式连接到底面板15，并能够在第一位置(大致平行于底面板)和第二位置之间运动，在该第二位置中，底部物品保护折板相对于底面板向上折叠。在一个实施例中，底部物品保护折板121被抬高或激活，并且底部物品保护折板具有用来防止物品保护折板从第二位置折回到第一位置的构件。可以理解的是，在纸板箱105的端部72、74已经关闭之后，底部物品保护折板121将被激活到第二位置(图5)。或者，在不偏离本公开内容的情况下，底部物品保护折板121可以在关闭纸板箱5的端部72、74中的一个端部或二者之前被激活。在一个实施例中，底部物品保护折板121与容器C的底部分BP接触，并且物品保护折板35与顶部分(例如，颈部N、盖子CP或肩部S)接触以防止或减少物品C在纸板箱5中的运动并且防止或减少物品的破裂。

如图9中所示，顶面板29包括十二个通入开口231，该通入开口具有在顶面板中的切口的形式。开口231被排列成两排六个切口，但可以在不偏离本公开内容的情况下将该开口另外地成形、排列、和/或构造。在示出的实施例中，切口231位于分配件面板237中，但该切口可以在不偏离本公开内容的情况下被另外地成形、排列、构造、和/或定位。
如图11和图12中所示，物品保护折板235可以被纸板箱形成机器157定位成以与第一实施例的物品固位折板35类似的方式固位物品C。在一个实施例中，物品保护折板235的中间部分209可以被推到物品C的肩部S下方，使得肩部接合邻近中间部分中的开口211的物品固位折板。物品固位折板227可以被向上折叠以接合相应物品C的相应盖子CP的底侧。物品保护折板235的外部部分213、215可以被定位成使得两个外排物品中的相应物品的盖子CP接合邻近外部分中的相应开口217的物品保护折板。或者，外部分213、215中的一个外部分或者二者可以被向下压，使得两个外排物品的肩部S接合邻近相应开口217的物品保护折板235。在不偏离本公开内容的情况下，物品保护折板235可以被另外成形、排列、和/或构造。
通常，该坯料可以由纸板构造，该纸板具有一厚度使得它比普通纸更重并且更加刚性。该坯料也可以由诸如硬纸板的其它材料或性质适合于使纸板箱能够至少基本上如上所述地起作用的任何其它材料构造。该坯料例如可以涂覆有粘粒胶膜(clay coating)。该粘粒胶膜然后可以在其上印刷有产品、广告、和其它信息或图像。该坯料然后可以被涂覆有清漆以保护印刷在坯料上的信息。该坯料也可以在该坯料的任一侧或两侧上涂覆有例如湿气屏障层。该坯料也可以在选定的面板或面板部分处被层合到或涂覆有一种或更多种片状材料。
例如，撕开线可以包括：缝隙，该缝隙沿希望的弱化线部分地延伸到材料中；和/或一系列间隔开的缝隙，该一系列间隔开的缝隙沿希望的弱化线部分地延伸到材料中和/或完全延伸通过材料；或这些特征的各种组合。作为更具体的例子，一种类型的撕开线具有完全延伸通过材料的一系列间隔开的缝隙的形式，相邻的缝隙略微间隔开使得刻痕(例如，小的略像桥接形式的材料片)被限定在相邻的缝隙之间以便典型地暂时连接跨越撕开线的材料。该刻痕在沿撕开线撕开期间断裂。该刻痕通常是撕开线的相对小百分比的一部分，或者该刻痕可以从撕开线省略或撕裂成撕开线使得撕开线是连续的切割线。就是说，在本公开内容的范围内可以将每一条撕开线更换成连续的缝隙或者类似物。例如，切割线可以是连续的缝隙或者可以比缝隙更宽而不偏离本公开内容。
根据示例性实施例，折叠线可以是促进沿其折叠的任何大致线形的(虽然不必直的)弱化形式。更具体地，但不是为了缩小本公开内容范围的目的地，折叠线包括：划线，诸如用钝的划刀形成的线等或者类似物，该划刀在材料中沿希望的弱化线产生压扁的或凹陷的部分；沿希望的弱化线部分地延伸到材料中的切口，和/或沿希望的弱化线部分地延伸到该材料中和/或完全延伸通过该材料的一系列切口；和这些特征的各种组合。在用切割产生折叠线的情况中，典型地该切割将不过度广泛使得可能引起合理的用户不正确地认为该折叠线是撕开线。
上述实施例可以被描述为具有在纸板箱实施例竖立期间通过胶水粘合在一起的一个或更多个面板。术语“胶水”意图包括通常用于将纸板箱面板固定在适当位置的所有形式的粘合剂。

Claims (38)

1.一种用于容装至少一个物品的纸板箱，该纸板箱包括：
至少部分地形成纸板箱内部的多个面板，所述多个面板包括顶面板；
物品保护折板，该物品保护折板以可折叠的方式连接到多个面板中的至少一个面板，物品保护折板能够在大致平行于顶面板的第一位置和物品保护折板相对于顶面板折叠的第二位置之间运动；以及
设在所述顶面板中的至少一个通入构件，所述至少一个通入构件用来将物品保护折板从第一位置定位到第二位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸板箱，其中，物品保护折板包括：基部部分，该基部部分以可折叠的方式连接到多个面板中的面板；和物品固位部分，该物品固位部分以可折叠的方式连接到基部部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纸板箱，其中，物品固位部分包括用于接合所述至少一个物品的至少一个构件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纸板箱，其中，所述至少一个物品是多个物品，所述至少一个构件是多个构件，所述多个构件包括位于物品固位部分中的、用于接合所述多个物品中的相应物品的开口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纸板箱，其中，所述多个构件包括用于接合多个物品中的相应物品的固位折板。
6.根据权利要求2所述的纸板箱，其中，基部部分包括用于接合所述至少一个物品的顶部的至少一个突片。
7.根据权利要求6所述的纸板箱，其中，所述固位部分包括邻近所述至少一个突片的固位折板，以便接合所述至少一个物品的一部分。
8.根据权利要求4所述的纸板箱，其中，所述多个物品包括具有盖子和肩部的容器，所述多个构件与盖子和肩部中的一者相接触。
9.根据权利要求4所述的纸板箱，其中，所述多个构件包括位于物品保护折板的自由边缘中的凹口。
10.根据权利要求8所述的纸板箱，其中，物品固位折板具有从两个外部分向下延伸的中间部分。
11.根据权利要求10所述的纸板箱，其中，物品固位构件在中间部分中接触物品的位于肩部下方的一部分，物品固位构件在两个外部分中接触物品的盖子以约束容器在纸板箱中的运动。
12.根据权利要求10所述的纸板箱，其中，物品固位构件在中间部分中接触肩部，并且物品固位构件在外部分中接触多个容器的盖子。
13.根据权利要求1所述的纸板箱，其中所述通入构件包括以可折叠的方式连接到顶面板的多个通入折板，所述多个通入折板能够折叠以在顶面板中产生相应的通入开口。
14.根据权利要求1所述的纸板箱，其中，所述多个面板包括底面板，物品保护折板是顶部物品保护折板，并且纸板箱还包括以可折叠的方式连接到底面板的至少一个底部物品保护折板，底部物品保护折板能够在大致平行于底面板的第一位置和底部物品保护折板相对于底面板折叠的第二位置之间运动，底部物品保护折板具有用来防止物品保护折板从第二位置折叠到第一位置的构件。
15.根据权利要求14所述的纸板箱，其中，底部物品保护折板用来与所述至少一个物品的底部接触，并且顶部物品保护折板用来与所述至少一个物品的顶部接触。
16.一种用于形成纸板箱的坯料，该纸板箱用来容装至少一个物品，所述坯料包括：
用来至少部分地形成纸板箱内部的多个面板，所述多个面板包括顶面板；
物品保护折板，该物品保护折板以可折叠的方式连接到所述多个面板中的至少一个面板，在由坯料形成的纸板箱中，物品保护折板能够在大致平行于顶面板的第一位置和物品保护折板相对于顶面板折叠的第二位置之间运动；以及
位于顶面板中的至少一个通入构件，在由坯料形成的纸板箱中，所述至少一个通入构件用来将物品保护折板从第一位置定位到第二位置。
17.根据权利要求16所述的坯料，其中，物品保护折板包括：基部部分，该基部部分以可折叠的方式连接到所述多个面板中的面板；和物品固位部分，该物品固位部分以可折叠的方式连接到基部部分，物品固位部分包括用来接合所述至少一个物品的至少一个构件。
18.根据权利要求17所述的坯料，其中，所述至少一个物品是多个物品，所述至少一个构件是多个构件，所述多个构件包括位于物品固位部分中的、用于接合所述多个物品中的相应物品的开口。
19.根据权利要求18所述的坯料，其中，所述多个构件包括用于接合所述多个物品中的相应物品的固位折板。
20.根据权利要求17所述的坯料，其中，所述主部分包括用于接合所述至少一个物品的顶部的至少一个突片，并且所述固位部分包括邻近所述至少一个突片的固位折板，以便接合所述至少一个物品的一部分。
21.根据权利要求18所述的坯料，其中，所述多个构件包括位于物品保护折板的自由边缘中的凹口。
22.根据权利要求16所述的坯料，其中，通入构件包括以可折叠的方式连接到顶面板的多个通入折板，所述多个通入折板能够折叠以在顶面板中产生相应的通入开口。
23.根据权利要求16所述的坯料，其中，所述多个面板包括底面板，物品保护折板是顶部物品保护折板，并且纸板箱还包括以可折叠的方式连接到底面板的至少一个底部物品保护折板，在由坯料形成的纸板箱中，底部物品保护折板能够在大致平行于底面板的第一位置和底部物品保护折板相对于底面板折叠的第二位置之间运动，底部物品保护折板具有用来防止物品保护折板从第二位置折叠到第一位置的构件。
24.根据权利要求23所述的坯料，其中，在由坯料形成的纸板箱中，底部物品保护折板用来与所述至少一个物品的底部接触，并且顶部物品保护折板用来与所述至少一个物品的顶部接触。
25.一种形成纸板箱的方法，该方法包括：
获得坯料，该坯料包括：多个面板，所述多个面板包括顶面板；物品保护折板，该物品保护折板以可折叠的方式连接到所述多个面板中的至少一个面板；并且顶面板包括至少一个通入构件；
定位所述多个面板以至少部分地形成纸板箱的内部；
将至少一个物品装载在纸板箱的内部中；
借助于通入构件通向物品保护折板，并且使至少一个物品保护折板在装载所述至少一个物品之后相对于顶面板定位，所述定位的步骤包括将物品保护折板从大致平行于顶面板的第一位置运动至物品保护折板相对于顶面板折叠的第二位置。
26.根据权利要求25所述的方法，其中，物品保护折板包括：基部部分，该基部部分以可折叠的方式连接到所述多个面板中的面板；和物品固位部分，该物品固位部分以可折叠的方式连接到基部部分，所述定位的步骤包括将物品固位部分与所述至少一个物品接合。
27.根据权利要求26所述的方法，其中，所述接合的步骤包括操作具有至少一个致动器的纸板箱形成机器，所述至少一个致动器插穿过通入构件并且接触物品固位部分以将物品固位部分定位成与所述至少一个物品接触。
28.根据权利要求27所述的方法，其中，物品固位部分包括用来接合所述至少一个物品的至少一个构件，所述至少一个物品是多个物品，所述至少一个构件是多个构件，所述多个构件包括位于物品固位部分中的开口，所述接合的步骤包括使所述多个物品中的相应一个物品插穿过所述开口中的相应一个开口。
29.根据权利要求28所述的方法，其中，所述多个构件包括固位折板，并且所述接合的步骤包括使固位折板与所述多个物品中的相应物品接触。
30.根据权利要求27所述的方法，其中，基部部分包括至少一个突片，并且所述定位的步骤包括使所述至少一个突片与所述至少一个物品的顶部接触。
31.根据权利要求30所述的方法，其中，所述固位部分包括邻近所述至少一个突片的固位折板，并且所述定位的步骤包括使固位折板与所述至少一个物品的一部分接触。
32.根据权利要求28所述的方法，其中，所述多个物品包括具有盖子和肩的容器，物品固位折板具有中间部分和两个外部分，所述接合的步骤包括将中间部分定位成从两个外部分向下延伸。
33.根据权利要求32所述的方法，其中，所述开口设在中间部分中，并且中间部分接触物品的在肩部下方的一部分，所述两个外部分具有物品固位构件，该物品固位构件接触物品的盖子以约束容器在纸板箱中的运动。
34.根据权利要求33所述的方法，其中，物品固位构件包括物品保护折板的自由边缘中的凹口。
35.根据权利要求28所述的方法，其中，物品固位折板具有中间部分和两个外部分，所述多个物品包括具有盖子和肩的容器，物品固位构件在中间部分中接触肩部，并且物品固位构件在两个外部分中接触多个容器的盖子。
36.根据权利要求27所述的方法，其中，通入构件包括以可折叠的方式连接到顶面板的多个通入折板，所述接合的步骤包括：折叠多个通入折板以在顶面板中产生相应的通入开口；和使纸板箱形成机器的相应指状件插穿过相应的开口。
37.根据权利要求35所述的方法，其中，所述多个面板包括底面板，物品保护折板是顶部物品保护折板，并且纸板箱还包括以可折叠的方式连接到底面板的至少一个底部物品保护折板，所述方法包括将底部物品保护折板定位在大致平行于底面板的第一位置和底部物品保护折板相对于底面板折叠的第二位置之间，底部物品保护折板具有用来防止物品保护折板从第二位置折叠到第一位置的构件。
38.根据权利要求37所述的方法，其中，定位所述底部物品保护折板的步骤包括使底部物品保护折板与所述至少一个物品的底部接触，并且定位顶部物品保护折板的步骤包括使顶部物品保护折板与所述至少一个物品的顶部接触。
