本发明主要涉及酒及其制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种草莓桂花奶酒。
背景技术
酒有特殊的醇香,深受人们喜爱,市场的酒大多是以白酒、啤酒、红酒等为主,保健功能有限,而人们对健康的要求越来越高,也就意味着对酒的保健功能要求越来越高。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种草莓桂花奶酒及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种草莓桂花奶酒,由以下重量份原料制成:米酒500-550、鲜玉米粒100-120、青梅汁80-100、草莓80-100、酒曲3-4、糜子米20-30、燕麦20-30、牛奶80-100、花生米30-35、荸荠20-25、咖啡55-60、人参5-7、黄芪4-6、灵芝5-6、桂花10-15、柠檬草5-7、黑种草子1-2、鲜荷叶适量、麦麸35-40、水适量:
一种草莓桂花奶酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鲜玉米粒洗净,用洗净的鲜荷叶包裹好,放入锅中,加适量水,加热煮熟后,取出玉米粒与青梅汁一起放入榨汁机中榨汁,将得到的料液用离心机分离,取出残渣,然后用纱布过滤,得到澄清液备用;
(2)将糜子米、燕麦洗净,倒入锅中,加入牛奶、营养添加剂,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将锅中全部物料取出打成浆汁,将浆汁用离心机分离,取出残渣,得到料液备用;
(3)将花生米洗净,荸荠洗净去皮,同时放入锅中,加入咖啡汁,加热焖煮,待咖啡汁煮干后,取出花生米、荸荠,晒干磨粉,得到粉末备用;
(4)将人参、黄芪、灵芝、桂花、柠檬草、黑种草子用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(5)将草莓洗净,取其果肉,与步骤1中的澄清液、步骤2中的料液、步骤3中的粉末、麦麸合并,拌入酒曲,发酵10-12天,将发酵物放入蒸馏器中蒸馏,收集冷凝液体,与米酒、青梅汁、提取液混合,搅拌均匀灌装即可。

1.一种草莓桂花奶酒,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:米酒500-550、鲜玉米粒100-120、青梅汁80-100、草莓80-100、酒曲3-4、糜子米20-30、燕麦20-30、牛奶80-100、花生米30-35、荸荠20-25、咖啡55-60、人参5-7、黄芪4-6、灵芝5-6、桂花10-15、柠檬草5-7、黑种草子1-2、鲜荷叶适量、麦麸35-40、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种草莓桂花奶酒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鲜玉米粒洗净,用洗净的鲜荷叶包裹好,放入锅中,加适量水,加热煮熟后,取出玉米粒与青梅汁一起放入榨汁机中榨汁,将得到的料液用离心机分离,取出残渣,然后用纱布过滤,得到澄清液备用;
