Abstract

本发明公开了一种实心管件单端加工机,包括机体,所述机体上设置有由电机带动的主轴卡盘,由液压或气压驱动进给的加工机构,以及进料机构、装料装置与退料机构,所述加工机构可移动地对应设置在所述主轴卡盘的前方,所述装料装置由液压或气压驱动并可移动地安装在主轴卡盘的上方,所述进料机构与装料装置对应地安装在主轴卡盘上方。本产品可连续完成实心管件单端加工从进料、装料、加工和退料的完整流程,全程无需人工操作,有效减少了人力劳动,极大地提高加工效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业加工机械设备,具体是一种实心管件单端加工机。
背景技术
在机械加工中,一般实心管件通过车床进行加工,实心管件要进行多种不同加工切削便要使用多种刀具进行加工,而普通车床能够安装的刀具有限,又不能同时进行多刀加工,因此实心管件便要经过多台车床进行加工,现有技术通过使用多刀车床,可以提高加工效率,但是没有对应完成从进料、装料、加工到退料的整个流程,未能更好地提高加工效率。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种实心管件单端加工机,可自动完成加工流程的各个工序,有效提升效率。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种实心管件单端加工机,包括机体,所述机体上设置有由电机带动的主轴卡盘,由液压或气压驱动进给的加工机构,以及进料机构、装料装置与退料机构,所述加工机构可移动地对应设置在所述主轴卡盘的前方,所述装料装置由液压或气压驱动并可移动地安装在主轴卡盘的上方,所述进料机构与装料装置对应地安装在主轴卡盘上方。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述加工机构包括有紧固连接在移动刀架上的车刀和中心钻,所述车刀和中心钻对向设置。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述退料机构对应安装在所述主轴卡盘的后侧,退料机构设置有用于弹射退料的顶杆。
进一步,所述进料机构设置有倾斜向下的进料口,所述进料口顶端设置有储料箱,所述储料箱通过液压或气压推手实现进料动作。
进一步,所述装料装置设置有装料槽,所述装料槽外侧匹配设置有由液压或气压驱动的推杆。
进一步,所述机体与所述主轴卡盘前下方还设置有出料道,所述出料道从主轴卡盘往下倾斜。
本发明的有益效果是:本产品可连续完成实心管件单端加工从进料、装料、加工和退料的完整流程,全程无需人工操作,有效减少了人力劳动,极大地提高加工效率。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明的一种实心管件单端加工机,包括机体1,所述机体1上设置有由电机带动的主轴卡盘2,由液压或气压驱动进给的加工机构3,以及进料机构4、装料装置5与退料机构6,加工机构3可设置有多种切削刀具,从而进行各种不同的加工需求,退料机构6可通过夹持式或吸取式进行退料操作;所述加工机构3可移动地对应设置在所述主轴卡盘2的前方,所述装料装置5由液压或气压驱动并可移动地安装在主轴卡盘2的上方,所述进料机,4与装料装置5对应地安装在主轴卡盘2上方;进行加工工序时,进料机构4向装料装置5放入代加工管件,装料装置5对应移动至主轴卡盘2夹口处并将管件装进主轴卡盘2中进行夹紧,随后装料装置5移开,并由加工机构3进行切削,然后,主轴卡盘2放开管件,并由退料机构6进行退料。
作为上述实施方式的改进,所述加工机构3包括有紧固连接在移动刀架上的车刀31和中心钻32,所述车刀31和中心钻32对向设置。
作为上述实施方式的进一步改进,优选地,所述退料机构6对应安装在所述主轴卡盘2的后侧,退料机构6设置有用于弹射退料的顶杆61,所述顶杆61可由弹簧或气压驱动,当主轴卡盘2松开管件后,顶杆61从后将管件退出主轴卡盘2。
进一步,所述进料机构4设置有倾斜向下的进料口41,所述进料口41顶端设置有储料箱42,所述储料箱42通过液压或气压推手或夹爪、闸门实现进料动作,进料时推手将储料箱42内的管件推起至进料口41,管件自动落入,并沿进料口41落入装料装置5。
进一步,所述装料装置5设置有装料槽51,所述装料槽51外侧匹配设置有由液压或气压驱动的推杆52,所述装料槽51截面呈V型,从而限制管件位移,并且方便所述推杆52推动管件进入主轴卡盘2中。
进一步,所述机体1与所述主轴卡盘2前下方还设置有出料道7,所述出料道7从主轴卡盘2往下倾斜,退料后管件沿出料道7滚落,方便进入收集容器中。
而且,机体1上驱动主轴卡盘2、加工机构3、进料机构4、装料装置5和退料机构6的各个动力部件均与可编程控制设备连接,从实现各机构和装置之间的有序工作,从而提高整机运行效率,而且通过更改程序,即可灵活调整所要加工的管件。

1.一种实心管件单端加工机,其特征在于:包括机体(1),所述机体(1)上设置有由电机带动的主轴卡盘(2),由液压或气压驱动进给的加工机构(3),以及进料机构(4)、装料装置(5)与退料机构(6),所述加工机构(3)可移动地对应设置在所述主轴卡盘(2)的前方,所述装料装置(5)由液压或气压驱动并可移动地安装在主轴卡盘(2)的上方,所述进料机构(4)与装料装置(5)对应地安装在主轴卡盘(2)上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种实心管件单端加工机,其特征在于:所述加工机构(3)包括有紧固连接在移动刀架上的车刀(31)和中心钻(32),所述车刀(31)和中心钻(32)对向设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种实心管件单端加工机,其特征在于:所述退料机构(6)对应安装在所述主轴卡盘(2)的后侧,退料机构(6)设置有用于弹射退料的顶杆(61)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种实心管件单端加工机,其特征在于:所述进料机构(4)设置有倾斜向下的进料口(41),所述进料口(41)顶端设置有储料箱(42),所述储料箱(42)通过液压或气压推手实现进料动作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种实心管件单端加工机,其特征在于:所述装料装置(5)设置有装料槽(51),所述装料槽(51)外侧匹配设置有由液压或气压驱动的推杆(52)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种实心管件单端加工机,其特征在于:所述机体(1)与所述主轴卡盘(2)前下方还设置有出料道(7),所述出料道(7)从主轴卡盘(2)往下倾斜。
