技术领域

背景技术

从上可知,如果剂量设定动作不对驱动弹簧提供能量,则驱动弹簧需要以一些方式被提供能量。适当地,驱动弹簧被预加载荷到足以基本上以连续剂量输送注射管或药筒的整个可用容量的程度。在剂量设定元件在剂量设定过程中被与驱动弹簧的作用力隔离的情况下,可以使用比适合于传统使用者卷绕装置更大动力的弹簧。代替提供整体预加载荷的驱动弹簧,驱动弹簧可以被部分预加载荷或没有被预加载荷而是具有用于给弹簧提供能量的适当的单独装置。还将被认识到:在这种结构中,当剂量设定之前,驱动机构将通常已经受到来自驱动弹簧的载荷,这与现有技术装置相反,在现有技术装置中,只有剂量已经被拨入时驱动机构才能处于载荷下。
优选地,剂量设定元件可以进行角运动以设定所述柱塞运动的增量。

在上述不同结构中的驱动弹簧可以是释放时施加旋转运动的扭簧或施加直线运动的压缩弹簧。
在许多应用中,可以期望的是提供多剂量喷射装置,该多剂量喷射装置提供预加载荷使得例如如果想要装置是一次性的,则不需要为每一个剂量之间的驱动重新提供能量。

具体实施方式
图1到6中图示的笔式注射器的实施例被设计成为一次性自动笔式注射器,该注射器能够从药筒中排出可变预设量值的连续剂量。所述注射器包括主体,该主体由对称的两个半主体101和102组成,该两个半主体可以为搭扣配合或粘结在一起。药筒或注射管12被容纳在前部透明的药筒壳体14中,该药筒壳体搭扣配合在半主体101、102的前端上。在主体的后端上安装了剂量设定旋钮16,剂量设定旋钮16具有窗口18,可以通过窗口18看到剂量标度盘20。如以下所述,所述装置包括预加载扭簧,在该具体实施例中的预加载扭簧提供压出药筒中所有可用剂量体积所需的全部作用力。剂量通过以下方式设定:向后拉剂量设定旋钮16、将剂量设定旋钮16旋转直到能够在剂量标度盘上看到需要的剂量单位,然后推回剂量标度盘以释放驱动机构,从而排出需要的剂量。
现在更具体地参照图2、图3和图4,主体101、102限定内部圆柱形空间,在该内部圆柱形空间中,扭簧22位于激活状态,其中弹簧的前端被锚定在主体的内部部分23上。空心管状驱动轴24同心地设置在具有径向凸缘26的弹簧内,该径向凸缘可旋转地保持在主体的前部上的环形凹槽28内以允许驱动轴旋转,但是防止驱动轴轴向运动。所述轴的直径朝向其后端在台肩30处增加,在台肩30中设置用于驱动弹簧的后端的锚定孔32。当装配时和在第一次使用之前,扭簧22被充分提供能量并作用在驱动轴上以使驱动轴沿发药方向旋转。在驱动轴的后端处的增大部分34设置有与台肩30相邻的直立花键36,其中四个花键38以90°在增大部分34的整个长度上延伸。
驱动轴的前端具有内螺纹孔38,柱塞40的导螺杆被拧入内螺纹孔38中。柱塞具有增大头部42,增大头部42接合药筒12的塞子44。驱动轴紧邻增大头部42的后面具有两个径向相对的键槽46,键槽46与半主体101和102的前端上相应的键48配合,以在驱动轴24旋转使柱塞前进时允许柱塞轴向运动,但防止柱塞旋转。
剂量标度盘20可滑动地安装在驱动轴24的增大部分34上,但是通过四个内部等距间隔的键槽50防止剂量标度盘20旋转,键槽50接合增大部分上的较长花键38。剂量标度盘的前端具有增大的内径,以便隔开较短的轮槽36。剂量标度盘20的外表面携带有螺旋形粗牙螺纹21,螺旋形粗牙螺纹21螺纹接合剂量设定旋钮16的内表面上的相应内螺纹部分52。剂量设定旋钮16的内侧的螺纹部分52具有由螺纹的终点(参见图5中的封闭端(blindend)54)设定的向前限制位置。可以可选地例如在剂量设定旋钮的铰接盖部分17的内部部分上设置后部限制位置止动件。
剂量设定旋钮16在其前端通过搭扣配合被连接到离合器套环56,从而允许离合器和剂量设定旋钮相对于彼此旋转,但确保防止离合器和剂量设定旋钮相对轴向运动(参见图6)。离合器套环56被安装用于主体10内的轴向滑动运动,但是通过主体中的两个突出部58接合离合器套环56的圆柱形壁中相对的各个狭槽60防止离合器套环56相对于主体10旋转。离合器套环56在其后端具有内花键装置57,内花键装置57被设计成滑动成与驱动轴的增大部分34上的花键36花键接合,以便抵抗由弹簧通过突出部58将推力作用到主体中的影响下的运动锁定驱动轴。现在更具体地参照图4到6,剂量设定旋钮16的前端具有一连串轴向延伸的指状部62,指状部62与设置在主体中的一连串凹部64轴向滑动配合。
关于离合器套环56上的内花键57与驱动轴24上的外花键36之间的轴向间距仔细地选择指状部62和凹部64的轴向长度,使得轴向向外拉剂量设定旋钮16时,在剂量设定旋钮16的指状部62从主体上的凹部64轴向退出之前,离合器套环56上的花键57接合驱动轴24上的花键36一定距离。这是因为如上所述,在图2示出的位置处,驱动弹簧的推力通过驱动轴花键38传送到剂量标度盘20并由此传送到剂量设定旋钮16(由于剂量标度盘位于其相对于剂量设定旋钮的向前限制位置)。因此,重要的是确保离合器56已经接合驱动轴24,从而在剂量设定旋钮被拉开足够用于旋转之前,将扭簧22的载荷通过离合器56和突出部58作用到壳体。
一旦剂量设定旋钮已经被拉开足够远以使指状部58与凹部64分离,剂量设定旋钮处于设定位置,剂量设定旋钮在所述设定位置处可以旋转以抵抗由指状部62提供的轻微制动作用(1ight detent action)设定剂量,这提供了可听到/能触知的棘轮机构以使使用者能够计数拨入的单位数。将要认识的是,在剂量设定过程中,主体10、驱动轴24、离合器56全部都在轴向和旋转方向上保持静止。剂量标度盘由于其与驱动轴的较大部分34接合而抵抗旋转被固定,但是能够轴向移动。因此在这种情况下,由于剂量设定旋钮16轴向地定位在其设定位置,剂量设定旋钮沿适当的方向的旋转使剂量标度盘20以导螺杆的方式轴向移动。剂量标度盘数字通过窗口18可看到。螺纹结构允许剂量设定旋钮的多圈数。此外,此时在剂量标度盘和盖之间不具有载荷,并因此对剂量设定旋钮的旋转运动不具有抵抗力,该具有分开形式的剂量设定旋钮的旋转运动通过制动器提供。
一旦需要的剂量已经计量在螺旋形刻度盘上,装置准备好启动。在这种结构中,通来反向推动剂量设定旋钮16而获得。当剂量设定旋钮被反向推动时,指状部62重新接合凹部,并且之后,离合器56向前离开驱动轴的增大部分,以使离合器56分离,使得驱动轴现在能够自由旋转。驱动轴以拨入的角度量旋转。
在上述结构中,由于剂量的设定与驱动弹簧无关,因此工作行程长度和作用力可以被降低,从而设计出利用小运动和作用力传送大剂量的装置。这与现有装置相反,在现有装置中,使用者必须施加大的使用者运动以设定剂量和/或排出设定的剂量。
在现有的多剂量装置中具有潜在的问题,其中当剂量排出后,柱塞保持与塞子接触。由于塞子和药筒壁之间的摩擦力以及其弹性,塞子在注射装置的端部处将处于剩余压力下。通过柱塞或药筒壁传送到塞子的振动可以使塞子稍微伸展并且排出可以影响剂量准确性的液滴。当对上述实施例进行修改时,离合器装置可以被设计成使得当离合器装置被拉动而分离时,离合器装置使柱塞40从塞子44后退一部分,使得塞子44被卸载。
可以例如通过将微小成形件(form)放在离合器套环56的花键57上和驱动轴24的花键36上而获得这种卸载效果,使得当剂量设定旋钮被拉出以接合驱动轴上的离合器套环56时,驱动轴抵抗弹簧偏压旋转几度以对塞子进行卸载。
虽然在该实施例中,主体被形成为两个分开的半部,但是两个分开的半部可以替代地被形成为蛤壳型结构,其中两个半部通过活动绞链铰接。
为了方便制造,在图示实施例中的扭簧可以利用在其前端的波形或压缩部分被形成,以将轻轴向载荷施加到药筒,以便将药筒稳固地保持在向前位置。这允许由于要适应的制造变化而导致的长度变化。此外,虽然盘绕以制造弹簧的线在一些应用中可以具有圆形截面,但是优选的是所述线具有诸如方形或矩形截面的非圆形截面。
现参照图7和8,第二实施例提供一种用于反绕柱塞40并且同时为第一实施例的驱动弹簧22(参见图3和4)提供能量的装置。在第二实施例中,大多数部件与第一实施例的那些部件相似,并且将不再进行说明,且用相同的附图标记表示。参照图7,壳体的限定与柱塞的导螺杆上的键槽46接合的键48的前部形成为单独的倒回旋钮(rewind knob)70,倒回旋钮70能够绕着壳体的纵向轴线单方向旋转。旋钮70形成为两个半部701、702并利用径向相对的键48限定中央孔。旋钮70具有外圆周沟槽72,在外圆周沟槽72的基部中具有两个径向相对的弹性棘轮齿74,如图8所示。旋钮70通过指向内部的带齿环状肋部76可旋转地容纳在壳体的前端中,所述肋部定位在沟槽72中并与棘轮齿74协作以允许仅在一个方向上旋转。倒回旋钮70的后端设置有两个狭槽76,驱动扭簧22(未示出)的前端被锚定到两个狭槽76中的一个中。旋钮70上的键48与柱塞40的导螺杆上的键槽46的接合确保柱塞40随着旋钮仅沿一个方向旋转,但是能够轴向滑动运动。因此,旋钮和柱塞可以沿棘齿允许的方向旋转,以卷紧驱动弹簧22并通过柱塞40的导螺杆和驱动轴之间的螺纹接合使柱塞缩回到驱动轴24中。
只有在药筒壳体已经从所述主体被移除(参见第一实施例)时,倒回旋钮才能被正常接近。
在上述结构中,扭簧提供用于排出药筒的可用容量的原动力。当然,也可以使用其它适当的驱动结构。例如,如图9所示,扭簧可以被压缩弹簧80替代,压缩弹簧80作用在柱塞82上以沿纵向方向施加推力。在这种情况下,代替驱动轴,具有用于在压缩弹簧80的影响下调节柱塞82的向前运动的驱动控制轴84。
柱塞82的后端形成有螺纹部分,该螺纹部分螺纹接合驱动控制轴84上的内孔,使得当柱塞82通过压缩弹簧被向前推动时,驱动控制轴旋转。驱动控制轴84在其后端形成有增大部分34,增大部分34设有与第一实施例的驱动轴24的花键相似的直立花键36,并与第一实施例的离合器套环56、剂量设定旋钮16和剂量标度盘20相结合实现相似的功能。这些元件的结构与操作将不再被详细地说明。如前所述,驱动控制轴84可选地通过离合器套环56和剂量设定旋钮16保持和释放。

Claims (8)
