本发明提供了一种治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物，它由如下重量份数的原料药提取制备得到：岩菖蒲10-20份、芦子藤20-30份、旋复花4-8份、半夏4-8份、川楝子10-20份、元胡3-7份、生姜8-16份组成，能行气健胃，燥湿健脾，降逆止呕，治疗神经性呕吐，并公开了制备方法和用途。

一种治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物及制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物及制备方法和应用。
背景技术
神经性呕吐指一组自发或故意诱发反复呕吐的精神障碍，呕吐物为刚吃进的食物。该病不伴有其他的明显症状，无明显器质性病变为基础，多数无怕胖的心理和减轻体重的愿望，少数患者有害怕发胖和减轻体重想法，但体重无明显减轻。本病女性比男性多见，通常发生于成年早期和中期，一般在进食后呕吐，无明显恶心及其他不适，以后在类似情况下反复发作。呕吐患者否认自己有怕胖的心理和要求减轻体重的愿望，对自身的健康很关心，常常在呕吐后进食，甚至边吐边吃，呕吐不影响下次进食的食欲。患者因总的进食量不减少，故体重无显著减轻，体重常保持在正常体重的80％以上。无内分泌紊乱等现象。目前市场上缺少真正有效的成药。
发明内容
发明目的：为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种用于治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物及制备方法和应用。
技术方案：本发明的目的是通过如下的方案实现的：
一种治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物，它由如下重量份数的原料药提取制备得到：岩菖蒲10-20份、芦子藤20-30份、旋复花4-8份、半夏4-8份、川楝子10-20份、元胡8-16份、生姜3-7份。
所述治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物，它由如下重量份数的原料药提取制备得到：岩菖蒲15份、芦子藤25份、旋复花6份、半夏6份、川楝子15份、元胡12份、生姜5份。
所述治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物，它包括如下步骤：取岩菖蒲、芦子藤、旋复花、半夏、川楝子、元胡、生姜药材合并，加水煎煮两次，加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20并回收乙醇，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，添加辅料制成胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
所述治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物，所述制备方法中喷雾干燥条件为：进风温度为80-120℃，出风温度为80-90℃，物料温度为70-90℃，雾化压力为0.2-0.4兆帕，喷雾速度为5-10ml/s。
所述治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物在制备治疗神经性呕吐药物中的应用。
本发明中原料岩菖蒲为虎耳草科植物岩白菜的根茎。芦子藤为胡椒科植物荨麻叶胡椒的全株。其余均为药典品种。
有益效果：
从中医理论看，本方中岩菖蒲、芦子藤行气健胃为君药，旋复花、半夏、川楝子、元胡燥湿健脾，共为臣药，生姜降逆止呕，为佐使药，诸药相合，共奏行气健胃，燥湿健脾，降逆止呕作用，用于治疗神经性呕吐。本发明处方设计合理，配伍严谨，经长期的临床验证，疗效确切。组成为中药材，无毒副作用，价格便宜。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例形式，对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明，但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例，凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
一、制备实施例1：取岩菖蒲15g、芦子藤25g、旋复花6g、半夏6g、川楝子15g、元胡12g、生姜5g药材合并，加水煎煮两次，加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20并回收乙醇，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，喷雾干燥条件为：进风温度为100℃，出风温度为80℃，物料温度为70℃，雾化压力为0.2兆帕，喷雾速度为5ml/s，添加淀粉制成胶囊剂。
制备实施例2：取岩菖蒲10g、芦子藤30g、旋复花4g、半夏8g、川楝子10g、元胡16g、生姜3g药材合并，加水煎煮两次，加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20并回收乙醇，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，喷雾干燥条件为：进风温度为100℃，出风温度为80℃，物料温度为70℃，雾化压力为0.2兆帕，喷雾速度为5ml/s，添加淀粉，制粒压片制成片剂。
制备实施例3：取岩菖蒲20g、芦子藤20g、旋复花8g、半夏4g、川楝子20g、元胡8g、生姜7g药材合并，加水煎煮两次，加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20并回收乙醇，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，喷雾干燥条件为：进风温度为100℃，出风温度为80℃，物料温度为70℃，雾化压力为0.2兆帕，喷雾速度为5ml/s，添加淀粉，制粒制成颗粒剂。
二、本发明对神经性呕吐的临床试验资料
实验对象的一般资料：采用本发明共治疗50例，年龄最大者38岁，年龄最小者15岁，男性25例，女性25例。
诊断标准：1.自发的或故意诱发的反复发生于进食后的呕吐，呕吐物为刚吃进的食物；2.体重减轻不显著，保持在正常体重值的80％以上；3.无怕胖的心理和减轻体重的愿望；4.这种呕吐几乎每天发生，并至少已持续1个月；5.无导致呕吐的神经和躯体疾病。
治疗方法：用法用量：采用本发明实施例1所制备的胶囊剂，其用法与用量为每次8粒，每日3次，温水送服，一个周为一疗程，共治疗4疗程。
疗效评价标准：显效：在7d内患者呕吐等临床症状消失，呕吐停止；有效：在10d内患者呕吐等临床症状消失，无效：>10d，患者未能达到上述标准或症状加重。
实验结果：所收治的50例病例中，经1个月治疗，其中显效35例，有效10例，无效5例，总有效率达90％。
表明本发明对治疗神经性呕吐患者有极其显著的效果。

1.一种治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料药提取制备得到：岩菖蒲10-20份、芦子藤20-30份、旋复花4-8份、半夏4-8份、川楝子10-20份、元胡8-16份、生姜3-7份。
2.如权利要求1所述治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料药提取制备得到：岩菖蒲15份、芦子藤25份、旋复花6份、半夏6份、川楝子15份、元胡12份、生姜5份。
3.如权利要求1所述治疗神经性呕吐的中药组合物，其特征在于，制备方法包括如下步骤：取岩菖蒲、芦子藤、旋复花、半夏、川楝子、元胡、生姜药材合并，加水煎煮两次，加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20并回收乙醇，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，添加辅料制成胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
