本发明提供了一种治疗腹泻的中药组合物，它由如下重量份数的原料药提取制备得到：遍地金20-40份、木姜子10-20份、茯苓20-30份、泽泻10-15份、白术20-30份、藿香14-18份、佩兰12-16份组成，能收敛止泻、行气健胃，燥湿健脾，芳香开窍，治疗腹泻，并公开了制备方法和用途。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗腹泻的中药组合物及制备方法和应用。
背景技术
腹泻是一种常见症状，俗称“拉肚子”，是指排便次数明显超过平日习惯的频率，粪质稀薄，水分增加，每日排便量超过200g，或含未消化食物或脓血、黏液。腹泻常伴有排便急迫感、肛门不适、失禁等症状。腹泻分急性和慢性两类。急性腹泻发病急剧，病程在2～3周之内。慢性腹泻指病程在两个月以上或间歇期在2～4周内的复发性腹泻。目前市场上缺少真正有效的成药。
发明内容
发明目的：为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种用于治疗腹泻的中药组合物及制备方法和应用。
技术方案：本发明的目的是通过如下的方案实现的：
一种治疗腹泻的中药组合物，它由如下重量份数的原料药提取制备得到：遍地金20-40份、木姜子10-20份、茯苓20-30份、泽泻10-15份、白术20-30份、藿香14-18份、佩兰12-16份。
所述治疗腹泻的中药组合物，它由如下重量份数的原料药提取制备得到：遍地金30份、木姜子15份、茯苓25份、泽泻12份、白术25份、藿香16份、佩兰14份。
所述治疗腹泻的中药组合物，它包括如下步骤：取遍地金、木姜子、茯苓、泽泻、白术、藿香、佩兰药材合并，加水煎煮两次，加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20并回收乙醇，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，添加辅料制成胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
所述治疗腹泻的中药组合物，所述制备方法中喷雾干燥条件为：进风温度为80-120℃，出风温度为80-90℃，物料温度为70-90℃，雾化压力为0.2-0.4兆帕，喷雾速度为5-10ml/s。
所述治疗腹泻的中药组合物在制备治疗腹泻药物中的应用。
本发明中原料遍地金为金丝桃科遍地金Hypericum elodeoides Choisy,以全草入药。木姜子为樟科木姜子属植物木姜子Litsea pungens Hemsl.的果实,其叶也入药。其余均为药典品种。
有益效果：
从中医理论看，本方中遍地金收敛止泻、木姜子散寒，行气止痛为君药，茯苓、泽泻、白术、健脾燥湿，共为臣药，藿香、佩兰芳香开窍，为佐使药，诸药相合，共奏收敛止泻、行气健胃，燥湿健脾，芳香开窍作用，用于治疗腹泻。本发明处方设计合理，配伍严谨，经长期的临床验证，疗效确切。组成为中药材，无毒副作用，价格便宜。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例形式，对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明，但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例，凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
一、制备实施例1：取遍地金30g、木姜子15g、茯苓25g、泽泻12g、白术25g、藿香16g、佩兰14g药材合并，加水煎煮两次，加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20并回收乙醇，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，喷雾干燥条件为：进风温度为100℃，出风温度为80℃，物料温度为70℃，雾化压力为0.2兆帕，喷雾速度为5ml/s，添加淀粉制成胶囊剂。
制备实施例2：取遍地金40g、木姜子10g、茯苓30g、泽泻10g、白术30g、藿香14g、佩兰16g药材合并，加水煎煮两次，加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20并回收乙醇，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，喷雾干燥条件为：进风温度为100℃，出风温度为80℃，物料温度为70℃，雾化压力为0.2兆帕，喷雾速度为5ml/s，添加淀粉，制粒压片制成片剂。
二、本发明对腹泻的临床试验资料
实验对象的一般资料：采用本发明共治疗50例，年龄最大者42岁，年龄最小者17岁，男性29例，女性21例。
诊断标准：1.大便稀薄或如水样，次数增多，可伴腹胀、腹痛等症。2.急性暴泻起病突然，病程短，可伴恶寒、发热等症。3.慢性久泻起病缓慢，病程较长，反复发作，时轻时重。4.饮食不当，受寒凉或情绪变化可诱发。5.大便常规可见少许红细胞，大便培养致病菌阳性或阴性。6.必要时作X线钡灌肠或纤维肠镜检查。
治疗方法：用法用量：采用本发明实施例1所制备的胶囊剂，其用法与用量为每次8粒，每日3次，温水送服，一个周为一疗程，共治疗4疗程。
疗效评价标准：显效：在7d内患者腹泻等临床症状消失；有效：在10d内患者腹泻等临床症状消失，无效：>10d，患者未能达到上述标准或症状加重。
实验结果：所收治的50例病例中，经1个月治疗，其中显效36例，有效11例，无效3例，总有效率达94％。表明本发明对治疗腹泻患者有极其显著的效果。

1.一种治疗腹泻的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料药提取制备得到：遍地金20-40份、木姜子10-20份、茯苓20-30份、泽泻10-15份、白术20-30份、藿香14-18份、佩兰12-16份。
2.如权利要求1所述治疗腹泻的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料药提取制备得到：遍地金30份、木姜子15份、茯苓25份、泽泻12份、白术25份、藿香16份、佩兰14份。
3.如权利要求1所述治疗腹泻的中药组合物，其特征在于，制备方法包括如下步骤：取遍地金、木姜子、茯苓、泽泻、白术、藿香、佩兰药材合并，加水煎煮两次，加水量为药材重量的10倍量，煎煮2h，合并煎液，浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.10，加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达65％，搅拌，静置，过滤，滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20并回收乙醇，将浓缩液喷雾干燥，添加辅料制成胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
