Abstract
一种金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺涉及绿原酸的提取工艺,更具体地说,是涉及金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺。本发明提供了一种耗时短、耗能小、提取率高的金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺。本发明采用如下技术方案,利用超声波法对金银花中的绿原酸进行提取,工艺步骤为:取粉碎后的金银花粉末于试管中,加入料液比为1∶10的浓度为60~80%的乙醇溶液浸泡24h,调节体系的pH值为2~6,超声提取3~4次。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绿原酸的提取工艺,更具体地说,是涉及金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺。
背景技术
金银花为忍冬科多年生半常绿缠绕植物忍冬的花蕾及初开的花,又名忍冬花、银花、双花等,具有抗菌和增强机体免疫力的功能。我国大部分地区均产,以山东产量最大,河南产的质量较佳。
金银花中含有木犀草素、绿原酸、异绿原酸等化合物,其主要活性成分绿原酸含量为5.3%~ 5.7%,最高可达11.14%。绿原酸具有利胆、抗菌消炎、抗病毒、止血、增加白血球、缩短血凝和出血时间以及兴奋中枢神经系统等多种药用功能。金银花中绿原酸的传统提取方法有水提法、乙醇回流法、水提醇沉法、酶解法,这些方法大都耗时长、耗能大、提取率低。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题,提供了一种耗时短、耗能小、提取率高的金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,本发明利用超声波法对金银花中的绿原酸进行提取,工艺步骤为:取粉碎后的金银花粉末于试管中,加入料液比为1∶10 的浓度为60~80%的乙醇溶液浸泡24h,调节体系的pH 值为2~6,超声提取2~4次。
本发明的有益效果:
与传统的提取方法相比,本发明提取时间短、条件温和、提取率高,详细情况可见表1。

4、具体实施方式
本发明利用超声波法对金银花中的绿原酸进行提取,工艺步骤为:取粉碎后的金银花粉末于试管中,加入料液比为1∶10 的浓度为60~80%的乙醇溶液浸泡24h,调节体系的pH值为2~6,超声提取3~4次。
本发明选择乙醇体积分数、体系pH 值、超声提取次数作为影响金银花中绿原酸的提取效果的影响因素,可见表2、表3。

作为一种优选方案,本发明的工艺步骤为:加入料液比为1 ∶ 10 的浓度为70%的乙醇溶液浸泡金银花24h,调节体系pH 值为4,超声提取4 次,得到绿原酸。

1.金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺,其特征在于,本发明采用如下技术方案,利用超声波法对金银花中的绿原酸进行提取,工艺步骤为:取粉碎后的金银花粉末于试管中,加入料液比为1∶10 的浓度为60~80%的乙醇溶液浸泡24h,调节体系的pH 值为2~6,超声提取3~4次。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺,其特征在于,本发明的工艺步骤为:加入料液比为1∶10 的浓度为70%的乙醇溶液浸泡金银花24h,调节体系pH 值为4,超声提取4 次,得到绿原酸。
