本发明公布了一种养生保健酒配方及制作工艺,其特征在于,每2000毫升原酒中由红茶20克、人参10克、枸杞10克、红景天20克、刺五加20克、仙茅10克、淫羊藿10克、刺蒺藜10克等原料依次经过原料清洗、提取、醇沉、浓缩、烘干粉碎、红茶煎煮、制酒七大工序制成,有益效果是通过化学工艺提纯原料药物的有效成分,保证药物有效成分的稳定,保证了疗效的稳定,有利于快速、大规模工业生产,药酒具有补肾壮阳、祛风除湿,抗疲劳、增体力,健身益神、抗衰老、增强免疫力的功效。

本发明涉及一种养生保健酒的配方及制作工艺。
背景技术
现在市场上的养生酒基本上是将原料加入原酒侵泡而成,常常因为浸泡周期的不稳定而造成质量和功效不稳定,因此继续一种能保证养生酒中有效成分稳定的制作工艺,从而使养生酒起到更好的疗效。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足提供及一种养生保健酒配方及制作工艺。
本发明为实现以上目的,采用如下方案:一种养生保健酒配方,包括中药粉、红茶水、白酒,其特征在于,每2000毫升白酒中,所述中药粉由下述原料按重量配比制成:人参10克、枸杞10克、红景天20克、刺五加20克、仙茅10克、淫羊藿10克、刺蒺藜10克,所述红茶水由红茶20克放入等量清水中煎煮制成,所述白酒酒精浓度为60度。
一种养生保健酒的制作工艺,包含下述步骤:
(1)原料清洗:将人参10克、枸杞10克、红景天20克、刺五加20克、仙茅10克、淫羊藿10克、刺蒺藜10克混合,加入等倍量清水清洗2-3次,原料干燥后待提取备用;
(2)提取:将原料粉碎成粗粉(10-20目粒度),投入多功能提取罐,煎煮提取3次,每次2小时,每次加入10倍量的清水提取(第一遍提取先浸泡半个小时之后煎煮2个小时),放出3次提取液并合并备用;
(3)醇沉:将3次合并提取液在70-80℃真空浓缩至比重1.18-1.2之间,放入搅拌反应釜中,再加入等体积倍量的浓度为95%的食用酒精醇沉2次,每次加热搅拌2个小时,静置12个小时,分取上层沉降酒精清液(下层沉淀弃去);
(4)浓缩:将上层沉降酒精清液进行真空浓缩,浓缩温度在70-80℃之间浓缩至比重1.2-1.3放出;
(5)烘干粉碎:将比重为1.2-1.3的浓缩液装盘入烤箱,在70-80℃温度下进行真空干燥,干燥后取出,粉碎,过80目筛,搅拌混合作为一份中药粉;
(6)红茶煎煮:将20克红茶加等量清水煎煮30分钟备用;
(7)制酒:将一份中药粉、一份红茶水,加入2000毫升白酒中。
本发明的有益效果如下:通过化学工艺提纯原料药物的有效成分,保证药物有效成分的稳定,保证了疗效的稳定,不经过任何高温处理,确保中药中的有效成分不被破坏,有利于快速、大规模工业生产;药酒具有补肾壮阳、祛风除湿,抗疲劳、增体力,健身益神、抗衰老、增强免疫力的功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进一步说明,下述实施例是说明性的,不是限制性的,不能以下述实施例来限定本发明的保护范围。
一种养生保健酒,包括中药粉、红茶水、白酒,每2000毫升白酒中,所述中药粉由下述原料按重量配比制成:人参10克、枸杞10克、红景天20克、刺五加20克、仙茅10克、淫羊藿10克、刺蒺藜10克,所述红茶水由红茶20克放入等量清水中煎煮制成,所述白酒酒精浓度为60度。
将上述各组成部分制成本发明养生保健酒的方法是依次按下述步骤完成:
(1)原料清洗:将人参10克、枸杞10克、红景天20克、刺五加20克、仙茅10克、淫羊藿10克、刺蒺藜10克混合,加入等倍量清水清洗2-3次,原料干燥后待提取备用;
(2)提取:将原料粉碎成粗粉(10-20目粒度),投入多功能提取罐,煎煮提取3次,每次2小时,每次加入10倍量的清水提取(第一遍提取先浸泡半个小时之后煎煮2个小时),放出3次提取液并合并备用;
(3)醇沉:将3次合并提取液在70-80℃真空浓缩至比重1.18-1.2之间,放入搅拌反应釜中,再加入等体积倍量的浓度为95%的食用酒精醇沉2次,每次加热搅拌2个小时,静置12个小时,分取上层沉降酒精清液(下层沉淀弃去);
(4)浓缩:将上层沉降酒精清液进行真空浓缩,浓缩温度在70-80℃之间浓缩至比重1.2-1.3放出:
(5)烘干粉碎:将比重为1.2-1.3的浓缩液装盘入烤箱,在70-80℃温度下进行真空干燥,干燥后取出,粉碎,过80目筛,搅拌混合作为一份中药粉;
(6)红茶煎煮:将20克红茶加等量清水煎煮30分钟备用;
(7)制酒:将一份中药粉、一份红茶水,加入2000毫升白酒中。

Claims (3)

1.一种养生保健酒配方,包括中药粉、红茶水、白酒,其特征在于,每2000毫升白酒中,所述中药粉由下述原料按重量配比制成:人参10克、枸杞10克、红景天20克、刺五加20克、仙茅10克、淫羊藿10克、刺蒺藜10克,所述红茶水由红茶20克放入等量清水中煎煮制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养生保健酒配方,其特征在于,所述白酒酒精浓度为60度。
3.一种养生保健酒的制作工艺,其特征在于,制作方法的步骤为:
(1)原料清洗:将人参10克、枸杞10克、红景天20克、刺五加20克、仙茅10克、淫羊藿10克、刺蒺藜10克混合,加入等倍量清水清洗2-3次,原料干燥后待提取备用;
(2)提取:将原料粉碎成粗粉(10-20目粒度),投入多功能提取罐,煎煮提取3次,每次2小时,每次加入10倍量的清水提取(第一遍提取先浸泡半个小时之后煎煮2个小时),放出3次提取液并合并备用;
