一种灵芝阿胶及其加工方法
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种阿胶,更具体的涉及一种结合了中草药和植物油营养为一体的一种灵芝阿胶。
背景技术
阿胶作为一种药食两用的传统产品,众所周知具有补血滋阴,润燥,止血的作用。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,心烦不眠,肺燥咳嗽等症状,传统的阿胶气味不够清淡,口感不佳,灵芝、龟甲、人参等中药同样具有补虚扶正、强身健体、增强人体免疫等功能,将二者结合再利用植物油的清香混合制作的阿胶,口味自然清香,让其更加美味,增加食欲。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有补虚扶正、强身健体、增强人体免疫,同时口味清香自然,口感清淡,比普通阿胶更加具有营养和食用性的灵芝阿胶及其加工方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种灵芝阿胶及其加工方法,主要包括以下重量份原料:
驴皮200-250份、龟甲20-30份、人参10-20份、灵芝30-50份、枸杞子20-25份、冰糖10-30份、黄酒5-8份、橄榄油2-5份、核桃油3-5份。
所述一种灵芝阿胶及其加工方法,主要包括以下重量份原料:驴皮250份、龟甲30份、人参10份、灵芝50份、枸杞子20份、冰糖10份、黄酒5份、橄榄油2份、核桃油3份。
所述一种灵芝阿胶的加工方法,包括以下加工步骤:
(1)将驴皮浸泡在清水中2-3天使其软化,然后放入清水中煎煮,煮至大部分胶纸熔出;
(2) 将龟甲、人参、灵芝、切片混合枸杞子洒入步骤(1)的胶汁中,继续煎煮30分钟后,滤去固体,将滤液蒸发浓缩8-10小时;
(3)将步骤(2)蒸发浓缩的胶质出胶前2-3小时再加入冰糖、黄酒、橄榄油和核桃油;
(4) 将胶浇入涂油的盘子中,经过凝胶、切胶、晾胶和擦胶后包装。
本发明的有益效果:本发明具有补虚扶正、强身健体、增强人体免疫功能、延年益寿的作用,同时本阿胶加入植物油,口味清香自然,口感清淡,比普通阿胶更加具有营养和食用性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
取驴皮200份、龟甲20份、人参10份、灵芝30份、枸杞子20份、冰糖10份、黄酒5份、橄榄油2份、核桃油3份。
按以下加工步骤进行:
(1)将驴皮200份浸泡在清水中2天使其软化,然后放入清水中煎煮,煮至大部分胶纸熔出;
(2) 将龟甲20份、人参10份、灵芝30份、切片混合枸杞子20份洒入步骤(1)的胶汁中,继续煎煮30分钟后,滤去固体,将滤液蒸发浓缩8小时;
(3)将步骤(2)蒸发浓缩的胶质出胶前2小时再加入冰糖10份、黄酒5份、橄榄油2份和核桃油3份;
(4) 将胶浇入涂油的盘子中,经过凝胶、切胶、晾胶和擦胶后包装。
实施例2
取驴皮250份、龟甲30份、人参20份、灵芝50份、枸杞子25份、冰糖30份、黄酒8份、橄榄油5份、核桃油5份。
按以下加工步骤进行:

驴皮200-250份、龟甲20-30份、人参10-20份、灵芝30-50份、枸杞子20-25份、冰糖10-30份、黄酒5-8份、橄榄油2-5份、核桃油3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1 所述一种灵芝阿胶及其加工方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下重量份原料:驴皮250份、龟甲30份、人参10份、灵芝50份、枸杞子20份、冰糖10份、黄酒5份、橄榄油2份、核桃油3份。
3. 根据权利要求1或2 所述一种灵芝阿胶及其加工方法,包括以下加工步骤:
(1)将驴皮浸泡在清水中2-3天使其软化,然后放入清水中煎煮,煮至大部分胶纸熔出;
(2) 将龟甲、人参、灵芝、切片混合枸杞子洒入步骤(1)的胶汁中,继续煎煮30分钟后,滤去固体,将滤液蒸发浓缩8-10小时;
(3)将步骤(2)蒸发浓缩的胶质出胶前2-3小时再加入冰糖、黄酒、橄榄油和核桃油;
(4) 将胶浇入涂油的盘子中,经过凝胶、切胶、晾胶和擦胶后包装。
