Abstract

用以加工橡胶或热塑性塑料的挤压头由一壳体构成,壳体与挤压机通过法兰连接,并带有用以使型材成型的挤压口和流动槽,流动槽位于挤压机出口处的螺旋杆顶端和挤压口之间。在流动槽内设一可封闭的排气装置,用以将起动过程存在于螺旋杆顶端前面的空气排出流动槽,从而挤压出无气泡的制品。

Description

本发明涉及一种用以加工热塑性塑料的挤压头,它由一壳体构成,壳体通过法兰与挤压机连接,并有一挤压口和一流动槽,挤压口用以使型材成形,流动槽位于挤压机出口处螺旋杆的顶端和挤压口之间。排气装置由一排气管构成,此排气管在螺旋杆顶端的前面伸入流动槽中并带一封闭装置。封闭装置由一封闭柱塞构成,此柱塞可在排气管内移动,并与一液压缸或气动缸的联杆连接。在排气管侧面设一排气孔,此孔通过与其连接的排气通道与大气连通。在排气管的侧面设一压力传感器,此传感器的端部与管壁齐平。柱塞与螺杆连接,此螺杆与螺纹啮合,螺纹制于固定在挤压头上的壳体内。
DE-PS3212157和GB-PS2131734公开了一种类似的挤压头。
挤压机将通过螺旋式输送机制备的用于型材成形加工的橡胶混合料压进流动槽,再作为制造轮胎或类似产品的橡胶型材从挤压头中挤出。
在刚开始挤压高粘度橡胶或塑料混合料,特别是在采用直径较大的螺旋式输送机的情况下,就在螺旋杆顶端的前面,会形成充满空气的空间,空气由此逐渐进入或被带入混合料内,因而在被挤压的型材内会有气泡,直到经过挤压头的起动过程,使螺旋杆顶端前面积存的空气从流动槽中排出为止。在较大的挤压机中,这种缺点更为突出,在生产出无气泡的产品之前首先约产生两个小时的废料。
本发明的任务是要消除上述缺点。
此任务通过本发明的所述特征加以解决,即在流动槽内设可封闭的排气装置,
可紧换着螺旋杆顶端前面的流动槽内,设置可封闭的排气装置,以便将主要在起动过程这一部位所形成的空气迅速地从流动槽区域内排出。因此可在最短的时间内制出完全无气泡的挤压条,从而仅产生很少量的废料。
可紧接在螺旋杆顶端前面,设一固定的管段。在这一部位,特别是在螺旋杆式输送机直径较大的情况下,起动时会在橡胶混合料内形成空气腔。
管段可用一柱塞将其封闭,此柱塞可通过液压、气动或螺杆传动在管内移动。
在管内设一侧面孔,此孔通过一通道与大气连通,所以空气可从挤压头内逸出。排气过程一直延续到橡胶进入排气管内为止,这意味着排除了空气。
最好在排气管侧面设一压力传感器,此传感器的终端与管壁齐平。在排除螺旋管顶端前面的空气后,橡胶侵入管内,并在其中造成一压力。压力传感器感受此压力而给出指示。在达到预定压力时,液压缸自动使柱塞移动到封闭位置上,从而防止橡胶进入排气孔和与其连通的通道。
然后柱塞移动到排气管的管口,将进入管内的橡胶压回流动槽内,并封闭排气管。必要时可将包括封闭柱塞在内的排气管本身退回,与流动槽下壁一起构成一个齐平的壁面。
现对附图所示本发明的各实施例说明如下。
图1为挤压头的纵剖面;
图2所示为用螺杆传动的用以封闭排气管的柱塞;
图3所示为用液压缸传动的用以封闭排气管的柱塞。
挤压头1与挤压机2通过法兰连接。挤压机2的螺旋杆顶端3位于流动槽4内。流动槽4与变形槽5彼此连接,此变形槽5通向挤压口6。
挤压头的上部7可绕支点8向上回转,以便于清理流动槽。在变形槽5内设有挤压体9,用以使材料在此槽内均匀分布。
排气管10伸入流动槽4,在管内设有侧面排气孔11,此孔通过图中未示出的通道与大气连通。排气管10可通过图中未示出的装置向下移动,它和柱塞13一起构成与流动槽壁齐平的壁面。
在排气管10内设有可移动的柱塞13,此柱塞通过联杆14固定在液压缸15的活塞上。
操纵液压缸15使图1所示柱塞13从其下位16移动到其用虚线表示的上位17。
柱塞13处于下位16时,排气管10和排气孔11开启,以便排出螺旋杆顶端前在起动时所形成的空气。
当压力传感器21指示已达到预定压力时,通过液压缸15将柱塞13移动到位置17,以防止橡胶进入排气孔。
在图2所示实施方案中,柱塞13通过与其连接的螺杆18移动。螺杆18在螺纹19内运动,此螺纹制在固定于挤压头1上的壳体20内。
若空气排出后材料侵入了排气管10,则通过液压缸15将柱塞13移动到其上位17。侵入排气管10内的材料被压出,排气管被封闭,从而不再破坏以后的挤压过程。

Claims (6)

1、用以加工热塑性塑料的挤压头由一壳体构成,壳体通过法兰与挤压机连接,并有一挤压口和一流动槽,挤压口用以使型材成形,流动槽位于挤压机出口处螺旋杆的顶端和挤压口之间,挤压头的特征是:在流动槽内设可封闭的排气装置(10、11和13)。
2、权利要求1所述挤压头,其特征是:排气装置由一排气管(10)构成,此排气管在螺旋杆顶端(3)的前面伸入流动槽(4)中并带一封闭装置(13)。
3、权利要求1和2所述挤压头,其特征是:封闭装置由一封闭柱塞(13)构成,此柱塞可在排气管(10)内移动,并与一液压缸或气动缸(15)的联杆(14)连接。
4、权利要求1~3所述挤压头,其特征是:在排气管(10)侧面设一排气孔(11),此孔通过与其连接的排气通道与大气连通。
5、权利要求1~4所述挤压头,其特征是:在排气管(10)的侧面设一压力传感器(21),此传感器的端部与管壁齐平。
6、权利要求1~4所述挤压头,其特征是:柱塞(13)与螺杆(18)连接,此螺杆与螺纹(19)啮合,螺纹制于固定在挤压头(1)上的壳体(20)内。
