本文中描述的动态定制系统和方法提供设计功能和定制用户界面的灵活性，以动态添加和/或移除功能(例如，在使用用户界面期间，无需在GUI用户部分上所需的任何操作)。可以配置任何与运行在用户界面框架中的任何其它功能通信的功能，并因此可以使用这些功能以设计任何种类的所需行为。在功能和/或环境(例如，网络浏览器、用户界面等)之间的通信和信令可以进行可插入式管理。例如，可以实施预定语言设置以支持通信和信令。服务的用户可以通过设计其自身的回调过程和回调名称实施功能，以例如在用户添加入联系服务器130的两个功能之间用信号通知。
动态定制系统和方法可以测量联系的成功。例如，可能需要测量一些与用户的联系如何成功(例如，其中，通过用户的问题是否解决，用户对联系是否满意等来测量成功的联系)。例如，在解决用户问题上，系统可以确定以聊天通信开始之后切换到语音通信的联系比那些仅使用聊天通信的联系更加成功。再例如，可能需要测量在成功的用户联系中功能的使用频率。例如，若特定功能比其它功能有更高的成功率，则代理可更倾向于向用户界面206添加该特定功能。
用户界面体验可以在任何设备上使用。例如，若用户在其家庭电脑上与用户界面交互，则他们可以从其移动电话中继续该体验。例如，代理可以在家庭电脑上向用户发送代码，用户可以使用其移动设备通过给代码拍照并使用代码转换应用程序(代理可以使用代码功能发送代码)而扫描该代码。在扫描代码后，代码转换应用程序可以在用户移动设备上重建用户界面114(和/或交互、如用户与代理进行联系的聊天)。用户则可以在其移动电话上继续该交互。
联系服务器130可以向各个用户提供模块化的个性化服务。例如，联系服务器130可以将用户与品牌关联。该品牌可以允许用户具有“助手”(例如，跟随用户的虚拟助手)。若用户询问该虚拟助手问题，其可以启动与为该品牌工作的代理的在线聊天窗口(例如，基于用户与代理的交互，其可以扩展至电影等)。

Claims (36)

1.一种用于动态定制用户界面的计算机实施的方法，所述方法包括：
在计算设备中存储用于用户界面的多个功能，其中，每一所存储的功能配置成在远程用户设备上结合所述用户界面运行，其中，所述用户界面配置成在所述远程用户设备上运行；
向所述远程用户设备发送第一组数据，其中，所述第一组数据使所述所存储的功能中的第一功能在所述远程用户设备上运行，其中，在所述远程用户设备上运行包括结合所述用户界面运行；
在所述计算设备处接收交互数据，所述交互数据与用户跟所述用户界面的交互相关联，所述交互发生在所述远程用户设备上；
基于所接收的交互数据识别第二组数据，其中，在所述计算设备上识别所述第二组数据；以及
将所述第二组数据从所述计算设备发送至所述远程用户设备，其中，所述第二组数据使所述所存储的功能中的第二功能在所述远程用户设备上结合所述用户界面而运行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述所存储的功能中的所述第一功能与能够选择的显示特征相关联，所述能够选择的显示特征结合所述用户界面而呈现。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法，其中，所述所存储的功能中的所述第一功能还配置成响应于用户选择所述能够选择的显示特征而在所述远程设备上运行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述用户界面为聊天窗口，所述聊天窗口配置成促进用户和第三方之间的聊天。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其中，所述所存储的功能中的所述第一功能和所述所存储的功能中的所述第二功能中的至少一者包括：
代理功能，所述代理功能提供关于代理的信息，所述代理与所述远程设备的用户进行通信；
购物车功能，所述购物车功能配置成识别用户在浏览网站时选择的一组产品；
数据传输功能，所述数据传输功能配置成将数据下载至所述远程用户设备或使数据能够被推送至所述远程用户设备；
视频功能，所述视频功能配置成向用户提供控制机制，所述控制机制用于控制视频内容的回放；
音频功能，所述音频功能配置成向用户提供音频控制机制，其中，所述音频控制机制用于控制音频内容的回放；
安全信息传输功能，所述安全信息传输功能配置成保护通过所述用户界面传送的个人信息或机密信息。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法，还包括：
接收描述代理设备功能的数据，其中，所述代理设备功能配置成在远程代理设备上结合代理用户界面运行；和
在所述计算设备上存储所述代理设备功能。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法，还包括从所述计算设备向远程代理设备发送所述交互数据。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法，还包括：
在所述计算设备处接收操作数据，其中，所述操作数据通过所述远程用户设备发送，其中，所述操作数据指示在所述远程用户设备上用户操作的发生，且所述用户操作与所述第一功能或所述第二功能相关联；和
向所述远程代理设备发送所述操作数据。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法，还包括：
从所述远程用户设备接收选择数据，其中，选择数据传送与用于所述用户界面的一个所述所存储的功能的用户选择相关的信息；
向所述远程用户设备发送第三组数据，其中，所述第三组数据使所选择的一个所述所存储的功能在所述远程用户设备上运行，其中，在所述远程用户设备上的运行包括结合所述用户界面运行，其中，所选择的一个所述所存储的功能不同于所述所存储的功能中的所述第一功能和所述所存储的功能中的第二功能。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法，还包括：
基于所述交互识别第四组数据；
向所述远程用户设备发送所述第四组数据，其中，所述第四组数据使所述所存储的功能中的第四功能在所述远程用户设备上运行。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法，其中，所存储的所述第四功能用于跟踪在所述远程用户设备上结合所述用户界面而发生的事件。
12.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其中，识别所述第二组数据还基于以下至少一个：
指示所述用户界面上发生的变化的数据；和
指示用户界面行为的数据。
13.一种用于动态定制用户界面的计算机实施的系统，所述系统包括：
一个或多个处理器，所述处理器配置成执行多个操作，所述操作包括：
在计算设备中存储用于用户界面的多个功能，其中，每一所存储的功能配置成在远程用户设备上结合所述用户界面运行，其中，所述用户界面配置成在所述远程用户设备上运行；
向所述远程用户设备发送第一组数据，其中，所述第一组数据使所述所存储的功能中的第一功能在所述远程用户设备上运行，其中，在所述远程用户设备上运行包括结合所述用户界面运行；
在所述计算设备处接收交互数据，所述交互数据指示用户与所述用户界面的交互，所述交互发生在所述远程用户设备上；
基于所接收的交互数据识别第二组数据，其中，在所述计算设备上识别所述第二组数据；以及
将所述第二组数据从所述计算设备发送至所述远程用户设备，其中，所述第二组数据使所述所存储的功能中的第二功能在所述远程用户设备上结合所述用户界面而运行。
14.根据权利要求13所述的系统，其中，所述所存储的功能中的所述第一功能与所述用户界面中的能够选择的显示特征相关联。
15.根据权利要求14所述的系统，其中，所述所存储的功能中的所述第一功能还配置成响应于用户选择所述能够选择的显示特征而在所述远程设备上运行。
16.根据权利要求13所述的系统，其中，所述用户界面为聊天窗口，所述聊天窗口配置成促进用户和第三方之间的聊天。
17.根据权利要求13所述的系统，其中，所存储的功能组中的所述第一功能和所述第二功能中的至少一者包括：
代理功能，所述代理功能提供关于代理的信息，所述代理与所述远程设备的用户进行通信；
购物车功能，所述购物车功能配置成识别用户在浏览网站时选择的一组产品；
数据传输功能，所述数据传输功能配置成将数据下载至所述远程用户设备或使数据能够被推送至所述远程用户设备；
视频功能，所述视频功能配置成向用户提供控制机制，所述控制机制用于控制视频内容的回放；
音频功能，所述音频功能配置成向用户提供音频控制机制，其中，所述音频控制机制用于控制音频内容的回放；
安全信息传输功能，所述安全信息传输功能配置成保护通过所述用户界面传送的个人信息或机密信息。
18.根据权利要求13所述的系统，其中，所述操作还包括：
接收描述第三功能的数据，其中，所述第三功能配置成在远程代理设备上结合代理用户界面运行；和
在所述计算设备上存储所述第三功能。
19.根据权利要求13所述的系统，其中，所述操作还包括向远程代理设备发送所述交互数据。
20.根据权利要求19所述的系统，其中，所述操作还包括：
接收操作数据，其中，所述操作数据通过所述远程用户设备发送，其中，所述操作数据指示在所述远程用户设备上用户操作的发生，且所述用户操作与所述第一功能或所述第二功能相关联；和
向所述远程代理设备发送所述操作数据。
21.根据权利要求13所述的系统，其中，所述操作还包括：
从所述远程用户设备接收选择数据，其中，选择数据传送与用于所述用户界面的所述所存储的功能中的第三功能的用户选择相关的信息；
向所述远程设备发送第三组数据，其中，所述第三组数据使所存储的所述第三功能在所述远程用户设备上运行，其中，在所述远程用户设备上运行包括结合所述用户界面运行。
22.根据权利要求13所述的系统，其中，所述操作还包括：
基于所述交互识别第四组数据；
向所述远程用户设备发送所述第四组数据，其中，所述第四组数据使所述所存储的功能中的第四功能在所述远程用户设备上运行。
23.根据权利要求22所述的系统，其中，所存储的所述第四功能用于跟踪在所述远程用户设备上结合所述用户界面而发生的事件。
24.根据权利要求13所述的系统，其中，识别所述第二组数据还基于以下至少一个：
指示所述用户界面上发生的变化的数据；和
指示用户界面行为的数据。
25.一种用于动态定制用户界面的计算机程序产品，所述计算机程序产品包括非暂时性计算机可读存储介质，所述存储介质具有存储在其上的指令，所述指令能够执行以使计算设备执行多个操作，所述操作包括：
在所述计算设备中存储用于用户界面的多个功能，其中，每一所存储的功能配置成在远程用户设备上结合所述用户界面运行，其中，所述用户界面配置成在所述远程用户设备上运行；
向所述远程用户设备发送第一组数据，其中，所述第一组数据使所述所存储的功能中的第一功能在所述远程用户设备上运行，其中，在所述远程用户设备上运行包括结合所述用户界面运行；
在所述计算设备处接收交互数据，所述交互数据指示用户与所述用户界面的交互，所述交互发生在所述远程用户设备上；
基于所接收的交互数据识别第二组数据，其中，在所述计算设备上识别所述第二组数据；以及
将所述第二组数据从所述计算设备发送至所述远程用户设备，其中，所述第二组数据使所述所存储的功能中的第二功能在所述远程用户设备上结合所述用户界面而运行。
26.根据权利要求25所述的计算机程序产品，其中，所述所存储的功能中的所述第一功能与所述用户界面中的能够选择的显示特征相关联。
27.根据权利要求26所述的计算机程序产品，其中，所述所存储的功能中的所述第一功能还配置成响应于用户选择所述能够选择的显示特征而在所述远程设备上运行。
28.根据权利要求25所述的计算机程序产品，其中，所述用户界面为聊天窗口，所述聊天窗口配置成促进用户和第三方之间的聊天。
29.根据权利要求25所述的计算机程序产品，其中，所存储的功能组中的所述第一功能和所述第二功能中的至少一者包括：
代理功能，所述代理功能提供关于代理的信息，所述代理与所述远程设备的用户进行通信；
购物车功能，所述购物车功能配置成识别用户在浏览网站时选择的一组产品；

接收描述第三功能的数据，其中，所述第三功能配置成在远程代理设备上结合代理用户界面运行；和
在所述计算设备上存储所述第三功能。
31.根据权利要求25所述的计算机程序产品，其中，所述操作还包括向远程代理设备发送所述交互数据。
32.根据权利要求31所述的计算机程序产品，其中，所述操作还包括：
接收操作数据，其中，所述操作数据通过所述远程用户设备发送，其中，所述操作数据指示在所述远程用户设备上用户操作的发生，且所述用户操作与所述第一功能或所述第二功能相关联；和
向所述远程代理设备发送所述操作数据。
33.根据权利要求25所述的计算机程序产品，其中，所述操作还包括：
从所述远程用户设备接收选择数据，其中，选择数据传送与用于所述用户界面的所述所存储的功能中的第三功能的用户选择相关的信息；和
向所述远程设备发送第三组数据，其中，所述第三组数据使所存储的所述第三功能在所述远程用户设备上运行，其中，在所述远程用户设备上运行包括结合所述用户界面运行。
34.根据权利要求25所述的计算机程序产品，其中，所述操作还包括：
基于所述交互识别第四组数据；
向所述远程用户设备发送所述第四组数据，其中，所述第四组数据使所述所存储的功能中的第四功能在所述远程用户设备上运行。
35.根据权利要求34所述的计算机程序产品，其中，所存储的所述第四功能用于跟踪在所述远程用户设备上结合所述用户界面而发生的事件。
36.根据权利要求25所述的计算机程序产品，其中，识别所述第二组数据还基于以下至少一个：
指示所述用户界面上发生的变化的数据；和
指示用户界面行为的数据。
