背景技术
花色苷是含多个酚羟基的黄酮类化合物,是羟基供体,能将氢供给脂类化合物自由基,自身转变成酚基自由基。酚基自由基能够降低自动氧化链反应的传递速度,从而引起了抑制脂类进一步被氧化的作用。流行病学调查发现,长期摄入富含花色苷的食物,显示出抗炎、保护心血管、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性。尤其是明显降低动脉粥样硬化(AS)等心血管疾病的发病率,揭示花色苷可能具有潜在的抗AS作用。许多富含花色苷的物质如蓝莓、葡萄皮、紫薯、紫甘蓝等在国外已经得到了研究或开发利用。
枸杞养生历史由来已久,如今更受到专家学者的高度重视。黑果枸杞称“旁玛”,为茄科枸杞属植物。果实成熟后呈紫黑色,《四部医典》、《晶珠本草》等藏医药经典著作称黑果枸杞味甘、性平,清心热,用于治疗心热病、心脏病、月经不调、停经等病症。
现代医学及营养学表明,黑果枸杞,果实黑色,富含天然活性成分—花色苷,含量高达4.1%,且花色苷结构独特,具有抗癌、降血脂、降血压等多种功效。花色苷类化合物特别是其抗氧化、抗衰老、预防心脑血管疾病的显著作用,使其成为当前天然产物研究的一个热点和焦点之一。
但目前市场上黑果枸杞花色苷的保健产品极少。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种原料制作方法独特、提高了黑果枸杞功效成分花色苷的含量,利于黑果枸杞花色苷的长期保存、并能有效保持黑果枸杞功效成分的活性,具有抗疲劳、降血压、降血脂、美容养颜等作用,适用于高血脂患者及妇女血瘀腹痛、面色枯槁、营养不良者的一种黑果枸杞片剂。
本发明通过如下方式实现:
一种黑果枸杞片剂,其特征在于:该片剂是将黑果枸杞冻干粉与越桔提取物、糊精、微晶纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠和硬脂酸镁以重量份数比为4~7:1~3:0.3~0.6:0.1~0.3:0.1~0.4:0.1~0.4混合后制粒,最后干燥后压片即可;
所述黑果枸杞冻干粉将除杂的黑果枸杞用中药粉碎机粉碎,将粉碎的黑果枸杞采用80%的食用酒精或醋酸调至pH3-pH4溶液于进行超声波提取,料液比为1:20、超声波功率250W、频率40kHz,提取10min,重复三次,合并滤液过滤,滤液低于40℃减压浓缩至膏状,将经过预处理的XAD-7大孔吸附树脂装填于层析柱中,将质量浓度为1.0mg/mL的黑果枸杞花色苷提取液以1.0mL/min流速上样,当树脂吸附饱和时,停止上样,先用一定体积的蒸馏水冲洗层析柱,除去糖、酸等杂质,然后用含1.0%醋酸的食用酒精洗脱,自动部分收集器收集,合并颜色较深收集液,减压浓缩,得到纯化的黑果枸杞花色苷浓缩物,低于40℃减压浓缩后冷冻干燥即可;

本发明具有如下效果:

3)本发明提供的黑果枸杞片剂提高了黑果枸杞功效成分花色苷的含量,利于黑果枸杞花色苷的长期保存、并能有效保持黑果枸杞功效成分的活性。经功能试验证明,具有抗疲劳、降血压、降血脂、美容养颜等作用。

1.一种黑果枸杞片剂,其特征在于:该片剂是将黑果枸杞冻干粉与越桔提取物、糊精、微晶纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠和硬脂酸镁以重量份数比为4~7:1~3:0.3~0.6:0.1~0.3:0.1~0.4:0.1~0.4混合后制粒,最后干燥后压片即可,所述黑果枸杞冻干粉将除杂的黑果枸杞用中药粉碎机粉碎,将粉碎的黑果枸杞采用80%的食用酒精或醋酸调至pH3-pH4溶液于进行超声波提取,料液比为1:20、超声波功率250W、频率40kHz,提取10min,重复三次,合并滤液过滤,滤液低于40℃减压浓缩至膏状,将经过预处理的XAD-7大孔吸附树脂装填于层析柱中,将质量浓度为1.0mg/mL的黑果枸杞花色苷提取液以1.0mL/min流速上样,当树脂吸附饱和时,停止上样,先用一定体积的蒸馏水冲洗层析柱,除去糖、酸等杂质,然后用含1.0%醋酸的食用酒精洗脱,自动部分收集器收集,合并颜色较深收集液,减压浓缩,得到纯化的黑果枸杞花色苷浓缩物,低于40℃减压浓缩后冷冻干燥即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种黑果枸杞片剂,其特征在于:所述越桔提取物中花色苷的质量百分含量为10%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种黑果枸杞片剂,其特征在于:所述中药粉碎机粉碎的粒度为100目。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种黑果枸杞片剂,其特征在于:所述所得干燥粉中花色苷的质量百分含量≥50%。
