本发明公开了一种苹果酒味的胡萝卜粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:胡萝卜170-200、浓缩苹果汁30-40、红枣3-4、红景天2-3、乌梅2-3、玉竹1-2、菊花2-3、蒲公英1-2、桂圆2-3、钙果叶1-2、瓜蒌叶1-2、天麻1-2、无花果3-4、青稞粉8-10、奶粉5-6、麦芽糖醇4-5、香葱油适量;本发明制得的胡萝卜粉是一种纯天然绿色保健食品,含水量低,保质期长,易于储存和携带,其不但含有多种维生素、矿物质等营养成分,常食更具有健脾益胃、补中益气、清热解毒、润肠通便、改善睡眠的功效,有利于身心健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蔬菜粉,尤其涉及一种苹果酒味的胡萝卜粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
胡萝卜作为一种绿色蔬菜,营养价值高,但长期放置容易导致霉变,因此把胡萝卜加工成粉状,既延长了保质期,又方便运输和携带;本发明将胡萝卜与多种配料一起加工成粉状,使得胡萝卜粉具有苹果酒香味。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种苹果酒味的胡萝卜粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种苹果酒味的胡萝卜粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
胡萝卜170-200、浓缩苹果汁30-40、红枣3-4、红景天2-3、乌梅2-3、玉竹1-2、菊花2-3、蒲公英1-2、桂圆2-3、钙果叶1-2、瓜蒌叶1-2、天麻1-2、无花果3-4、青稞粉8-10、奶粉5-6、麦芽糖醇4-5、香葱油适量。
一种苹果酒味的胡萝卜粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将胡萝卜去蒂去皮后洗净,切成细丝,将适量香葱油烧热,淋在胡萝卜丝上面,采用低温冻干工艺将胡萝卜丝冻干,再磨成粉,得到胡萝卜粉;
(2)将红枣、红景天、乌梅、玉竹、菊花等全部中药原料混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水,文火煎煮50-60分钟,过滤,得到中药提取液;
(3)将中药提取液与浓缩苹果汁混合均匀,接种1-2%的葡萄酒高活性干酵母活化液,干酵母用12-15倍的35-40℃含3-4%蔗糖的温开水溶解,25-30分钟后得到酵母活化液;
(4)将上述接种后的待发酵液在30-35℃下密封发酵8-10天,离心分离,得到发酵酒液;
(5)将上述胡萝卜粉、发酵酒液与青稞粉、奶粉、麦芽糖醇混合均匀,再冷冻干燥,磨粉,过80-100目筛,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明制得的胡萝卜粉是一种纯天然绿色保健食品,含水量低,保质期长,易于储存和携带,其不但含有多种维生素、矿物质等营养成分,常食更具有健脾益胃、补中益气、清热解毒、润肠通便、改善睡眠的功效,有利于身心健康。

一种苹果酒味的胡萝卜粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
胡萝卜200、浓缩苹果汁40、红枣4、红景天3、乌梅3、玉竹2、菊花3、蒲公英2、桂圆3、钙果叶2、瓜蒌叶2、天麻2、无花果4、青稞粉10、奶粉6、麦芽糖醇5、香葱油适量。
一种苹果酒味的胡萝卜粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将胡萝卜去蒂去皮后洗净,切成细丝,将适量香葱油烧热,淋在胡萝卜丝上面,采用低温冻干工艺将胡萝卜丝冻干,再磨成粉,得到胡萝卜粉;
(2)将红枣、红景天、乌梅、玉竹、菊花等全部中药原料混合粉碎,加入7倍清水,文火煎煮60分钟,过滤,得到中药提取液;
(3)将中药提取液与浓缩苹果汁混合均匀,接种1%的葡萄酒高活性干酵母活化液,干酵母用13倍的40℃含4%蔗糖的温开水溶解,30分钟后得到酵母活化液;
(4)将上述接种后的待发酵液在35℃下密封发酵8天,离心分离,得到发酵酒液;
(5)将上述胡萝卜粉、发酵酒液与青稞粉、奶粉、麦芽糖醇混合均匀,再冷冻干燥,磨粉,过100目筛,得到成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种苹果酒味的胡萝卜粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
胡萝卜170-200、浓缩苹果汁30-40、红枣3-4、红景天2-3、乌梅2-3、玉竹1-2、菊花2-3、蒲公英1-2、桂圆2-3、钙果叶1-2、瓜蒌叶1-2、天麻1-2、无花果3-4、青稞粉8-10、奶粉5-6、麦芽糖醇4-5、香葱油适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的苹果酒味的胡萝卜粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将胡萝卜去蒂去皮后洗净,切成细丝,将适量香葱油烧热,淋在胡萝卜丝上面,采用低温冻干工艺将胡萝卜丝冻干,再磨成粉,得到胡萝卜粉;
(2)将红枣、红景天、乌梅、玉竹、菊花等全部中药原料混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水,文火煎煮50-60分钟,过滤,得到中药提取液;
(3)将中药提取液与浓缩苹果汁混合均匀,接种1-2%的葡萄酒高活性干酵母活化液,干酵母用12-15倍的35-40℃含3-4%蔗糖的温开水溶解,25-30分钟后得到酵母活化液;
(4)将上述接种后的待发酵液在30-35℃下密封发酵8-10天,离心分离,得到发酵酒液;
