Abstract
筒形锁和钥匙至少包括两个位于钥匙长槽孔4相对两侧的辅助销10、11,其一端突入长孔槽4。当钥匙5完全插入锁时,两辅助销10、11的另一端与相应的由弹簧27、28驱动的制动栓销25、26协同动作并由铰接在钥匙匙身5的开口18内的旋转杆17驱动到可以转动锁芯3的位置。
Description
本发明涉及一筒形锁和钥匙。。
众所周知,筒形锁由一包括一可旋转的锁芯的锁筒体构成。锁筒体内至少有一排盲孔,锁芯内至少有一排通孔和一钥匙的长槽孔。
在所述通孔中内有多个销,诸销的一端伸进长椿孔内;由弹簧支承的制动栓销则置于育孔之内。相应的钥匙沿其插入锁中的匙身边缘有一排齿。当所述钥匙全部插入长槽孔时,锁芯的一排销啮合于钥匙齿之间,使销和制动栓销间的接触平面在锁芯和筒体间的接触平面内排齐。
这样锁芯就可在筒体内旋转,转动钥匙齿把门打开。。
这种锁及钥匙的缺点在于很容易被人用工具破坏而打开,如用尖锐的小工具插入钥匙长槽孔作用于够得着的销的末端,将销和制动栓销间的接触平面移至锁芯和锁筒体间的接触平面内。
为了尽可能防止锁被撬开,在钥匙长槽孔中形成适当的偏移凸起物,以防止作用于销上。然而,由于制造因素和钥匙本身的机械阻力因素,钥匙长槽孔仍太宽而不能提供一有效的障碍来阻止对上述类型锁的撬窃企图。
本发明的目的在于提供一种筒形锁和钥匙的锁具组合,从外面不能立即解出其编码,以此来防止撬窃工具对销施加机械作用力。
在此目的范围内,本发明的进一步目的在于提供一锁具组件,即使在长期使用后也可确保其可靠操作,且结构简单,能满足商业竞争的要求。
上述目的通过筒形锁和钥匙来实现,所述锁包括一锁筒体,一包含在所述锁筒体内并与其同轴的可旋转锁芯,一在所述锁芯内且位于相对于锁芯旋转轴线的直径平面内的钥匙长槽孔,一系列径向地位于所述锁芯内且位于钥匙长槽孔平面内的通孔,所述通孔与所述长槽孔相交,诸销可滑动地置于所述通孔内,一系列盲孔径向位于筒体内,制动栓销可滑动地置于所述盲孔内并与所述销配合使用,弹簧在所述盲孔中并在钥匙拔出时驱动所述制动栓销使其处于啮合所述通孔、所述销处于啮合所述长槽孔的位置,其特征在于该锁包括位于所述锁芯内的辅助通孔,这些通孔与所述钥匙长槽孔平面垂直且位于钥匙平面的相对两侧,所述通孔与所述长槽孔在轴向偏移位置相交,辅助销位于所述辅助通孔内,位于所述锁筒体内的辅助盲孔,在钥匙拔出时处于与所述辅助通孔对准位置,辅助制动栓销和弹簧位于所述辅助盲孔内并在钥匙拔出时配合所述辅助销,将其推入与长槽孔啮合位置,所述钥匙具有一开口,开口内有一绕与锁芯垂直的轴作绕枢轴旋转的旋转杆,所述旋转杆具有一端部和一中心部份,当钥匙全部插入锁芯时,旋转杆与所述辅助销接触,作用在与所述中心部份接触的辅助销上的弹簧使旋转杆旋转至一位置,在此位置内所述辅助制动栓销和销可允许锁芯转动。
通过下面参照附图对一最佳实施例的描述,本发明得到进一步的理解。所述实施例仅供举例说明之用,本发明不限于该实施例。

参见上述附图。编号1一般地表示一通常包括一空心锁筒体2的锁,该筒体内有一可旋转的、与筒体同轴的锁芯3,沿锁芯轴向有一钥匙5插入其内的长槽孔4。一排通孔位于长槽孔4的平面内的锁芯3内,当钥匙插入长槽孔4时被钥匙齿啮合的一系列销则置于所述通孔内。
锁筒体2还具有一排肓孔,被弹簧支承着的诸制动栓销置于其内。
为便于描述简单起见,对所述的销钉、制动栓销钉和弹簧不作详细描述,因为它们的形状和使用都为已有技术。
在本发明中,两个辅助通孔6和7位于锁芯3内长槽孔4的相对两侧且与长槽孔垂直,并具有两个直径不同的、形成凸肩8、9的部分。
孔6、7最好位于长槽孔4的末端部分,其内容纳有可滑动的两辅助销10、11,辅助销呈蘑菇状带有头部12、13,头部12、13的尺寸比杆部14、15大以抵靠在凸肩8、9上。。
销杆14、15朝向长槽孔4的端部呈圆锥形尖顶,所述销杆的长度安排成当钥匙未插入时其锥形顶端突入长槽孔4内。在孔6通向长槽孔4的区域有一凹槽16,其深度可根据销10的长度编码。孔6、7彼此沿轴错开而面向旋转杆17,旋转杆在钥匙插入长孔4时包含在钥匙体内。
旋转杆17容纳在钥匙5的匙身或刀刃状部分的基本上是矩形的开口18内。
一销19安置于两个纵向侧面间的开口18内,且与锁芯3的轴线垂直。
旋转杆17绕销19作枢轴旋转以使杆可绕一端转动,它由一与开口18互补的矩形板构成。板的自由端为圆的,形成一与中心部分22相连的圆柱形边缘21,中心部分22逐渐朝圈柱形边缘21变窄。
当钥匙5插入长槽孔4时,孔7与旋转杆17的中心部分22对准,而孔6与所述旋转杆的圆柱形边缘21对准,使所述旋转杆位于凹槽16内。
此外,两辅助盲孔23、24位于锁筒体2内与孔6、7在同一平面上;当钥匙移去时,所述盲孔与孔6、7时准,杯形辅助制动栓销25、26置于盲孔23、24内。弹簧27、28位于制动栓销25、26和盲孔23、24的底端之间,且驱使制动栓销向内,使其与销10、11的头部12、13保持接触。弹簧27、28具有不同的形状,且弹簧28比弹簧27弹性强。
从以上对筒形锁和其钥匙的描述可以很容易理解它的作用过程。当钥匙从锁内拔出时,销10、11靠在凸肩8、9上,且销杆14、15的顶端突入长槽孔4内。
当钥匙5全部插入长槽孔4时,开口18与销10、11的插入区域相对。销11的末端作用于旋转杆17的中心部分22上且使其末端21与销10接触。
由于弹簧28比弹簧27弹性强,使旋转杆17摆动,直到边缘21紧靠在凹槽16的壁上。这一位置对应于销10、11的精确位置,即销10、11与制动栓销25、26间的接触平面位于锁芯3与锁筒体2的接触平面上。这样锁芯3可在锁筒体2内转动,把门打开。拔去钥匙,弹簧27、28将销10、11推回至靠在凸肩8、9上,使其处于拦截锁芯3的位置。由此可见,本发明的优点在于窃贼为了对准辅助销和制动栓销,必须在垂直钥匙5平面的方向向销10、11施加力。然而,可用的空间与钥匙的厚度相等,这就使尖锐的小工具不能插入其中。
本发明可适用于由扁平钥匙开启的锁和由其他异形钥匙开启的锁。在后一种情况中,旋转杆17的开口18形成于不受纵向槽影响的平面纵向区域内。
旋转杆17允许钥匙的辅助编码。具体地说,通过作用在锥形部分22上的厚度,即作用在销11的啮合区域,作用在凹槽16的深度和边缘21的厚度上,(它们都不能大于钥匙的厚度)可以进行编码。应该指出的是,因为在外面看不到凹槽,因此仿制钥匙是很困难的。
在本发明的基础上可以作出很多修改和种种变化形式,它们都包含在本发明的实质性内容的范围之内。
本发明中所有细节也可以进一步由其他技术上等效的元部件来代替。
Claims (6)
1.一种锁和钥匙的组合,其中所述锁包括一锁筒体(2),一包含在所述锁筒体内并与其同轴的可旋转锁芯(3),一在所述锁芯内且位于相对于锁芯旋转轴线的直径平面内的钥匙长槽孔(4),一系列径向地位于所述锁芯内且位于钥匙长槽孔平面内的通孔,所述通孔与所述长槽孔相交,可滑动地置于所述通孔内的销,径向地位于筒体内的一系列盲孔,可滑动地置于所述盲孔内的制动栓销与所述销配合使用,在所述盲孔内的弹簧在钥匙拔去时推动所述制动栓销使其处于与所述通孔啮合的位置,而所述销处于与所述长槽孔啮合的位置,该锁及钥匙还包括位于所述锁芯(3)内的一对辅助通孔(6、7),这些通孔与所述直径平面垂直且在其相对两侧,一对辅助销(10、11)在所述辅助通孔内,其特征在于,
一对辅助盲孔(23、24)位于所述锁筒体(2)内,在钥匙(5)拔出时,处于与所述辅助通孔(6,7)对准位置,所述通孔与所述长槽孔在轴向偏移位置相交,辅助制动栓销(25、26)和弹簧(27、28)在所述一对辅助盲孔内并在钥匙拔去时配合所述辅助销,将其推入与长槽孔啮合位置,一形成在所述钥匙(15)中的开口(18),一旋转杆(17)设置在所述开口中并绕一轴(19)作枢轴旋转,该轴(19)垂直于所述锁芯轴线并位于所述直径平面,所述旋转杆有一端部(21)和一中心部分(22),当钥匙(5)全部插入钥匙长槽孔(4)时,旋转杆与所述辅助销(10,11)接触,在所述长槽孔(4)辅助通孔(6)处有一凹槽(16),凹槽(16)与辅助销(10)适于与旋转杆(17)的端部(21)啮合,作用在与所述中心部分(22)接触的辅助销(11)上的弹簧(28)驱动旋转杆(17)至一位置,在此位置上所述端部(21)接触所述凹槽(16),所述凹槽(16)的深度可以根据在相应孔(6)中的辅助销(10)的长度编码,以当钥匙(5)插入钥匙长槽孔中时旋转锁芯(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁和钥匙,其特征在于所述辅助通孔(6、7)有两个直径不同的部分分别形成凸肩(8、9),所述辅助销(10、11)呈蘑菇状带有头部(12、13),辅助销的头部尺寸比杆(14、15)大以便当钥匙拔出时抵靠在凸肩(8、9)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的锁和钥匙,其特征在于所述旋转杆(17)的厚度小于钥匙(5)的厚度。
4.如权利要求1所述的锁和钥匙,其特征在于所述旋转杆(17)的端部(21)为一圆柱形端部,其中心部分(22)向该圆柱形端部变窄。
5.如权利要求1所述的锁和钥匙,其特征在于作用在与所述旋转杆(17)的中心部分(22)接触的辅助销(11)上的弹簧(28)比与接触所述旋转杆(17)的端部(21)的辅助销(10)配合的弹簧(27)要强。
6.如权利要求1所述的锁和钥匙,其特征在于钥匙(5)是扁平钥匙或异形钥匙中的任何一种。
