技术领域
本发明涉及金团簇催化剂,更详细而言,涉及能够以高选择性进行反应的金团簇催化剂。
背景技术
固体催化剂在20世纪初进行了工业化,之后对无机化工、煤化工、石油化工的发展做出了贡献。将固体催化剂以物质体系的形式大致区分时,成为以下的三种:用于石油的氢化脱硫的金属硫化物、用于不饱和烃的选择氧化的金属氧化物、用于净化汽车尾气的金属。其中,贵金属在氧化反应中还原反应中均可以使用,因此通用性高。尤其是,钯、铂是其代表。
金在贵金属之中是特别稳定的金属,一直认为其是缺乏催化剂的活性的金属,但本发明人在世界上领先发现了将其以直径为5nm以下的纳米颗粒的形式负载在卑金属氧化物上时,会显示优异的催化活性(非专利文献1)。在由室温下的CO氧化、葡萄糖水溶液的氧气氧化来合成葡糖酸、由氢与氧合成过氧化氢、由硝基苯来一锅合成偶氮苯等中,会发挥出钯、铂催化剂无法实现的高性能。
提出了各种使用这些贵金属的催化剂,例如在专利文献1和2等中提出了对特定的反应具有选择性的含贵金属催化剂。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
然而,上述提案所述的催化剂尚无法以充分的选择性来控制反应,无法抑制副产物的生成并以高反应率获得目标物。因此现状是,期望开发出能够以高选择性控制反应的催化剂。
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供能够以高催化活性和选择性促进/控制化学反应的金团簇催化剂及其制造方法。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人等为了消除上述课题而进行了深入研究的结果,关于金的纳米颗粒或团簇的催化活性、选择性,推测某种特定的直径、原子数可能特异性地发挥出卓越的性能,并进行了各种研究,结果发现:在将未利用有机配体等进行保护/稳定化的裸金的纳米颗粒和团簇分散/固定于金属氧化物、碳材料或高分子材料而成的催化剂中,通过选择最佳的直径或特定的原子数,能够获得对于各种化学反应而言卓越的催化活性和/或选择性,进一步进行研究的结果,成功地制造了尤其是负载仅由去除了有机配体的金原子构成的金团簇而成的金团簇催化剂,并且所述金团簇催化剂能够实现上述目的,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供以下的各发明。
1.一种金团簇催化剂,其特征在于,通过使利用有机配体进行稳定化而以规定原子数具有金原子的金团簇化合物在载体上负载多个后进行处理,使多个金原子集合而成的团簇负载在载体上,
前述团簇的粒径为10nm以下,前述团簇是基本上仅由金原子构成的团簇。
2.根据1所述的金团簇催化剂,其特征在于,前述基本上仅由金原子构成的团簇是前述有机配体的去除率为90重量%以上的团簇。
3.根据1或2所述的金团簇催化剂,其中,构成上述团簇的金原子的数量为选自由11、13、55、101、147组成的组中的数。
4.根据1~3中任一项所述的金团簇催化剂,其中,上述载体由氧化铈或氧化锆构成。
5.根据1~4中任一项所述的金团簇催化剂,其用作含氧原子有机化合物的氢化催化剂。
6.一种金团簇催化剂的制造方法,其为1所述的金团簇催化剂的制造方法,其中,在使利用有机配体进行稳定化而以规定原子数具有金原子的金团簇化合物在载体上负载多个后,进行氧等离子体处理的等离子体处理工序。
7.根据6所述的金团簇催化剂的制造方法,其特征在于,在进行前述等离子体处理工序后,进一步进行以100~800℃在空气中煅烧的煅烧工序。
发明的效果
本发明的金团簇催化剂能够以高选择性进行各种化合物的合成。
另外,本发明的金团簇催化剂的制造方法能够制造仅由金原子数得以控制且有机配体被去除的金原子构成的金团簇催化剂。

具体实施方式
以下,针对本发明进一步详细说明。
本发明(第一发明)的金团簇催化剂是通过使利用有机配体进行稳定化而以规定原子数具有金原子的金团簇化合物在载体上负载多个后进行处理,使多个金原子集合而成的团簇负载在载体上而成的,前述团簇的粒径在特定的范围内,前述团簇基本上仅由金原子构成。
以下,针对本发明的金团簇催化剂,进一步详细说明。
<载体>
上述载体只要是能够负载由200~数万个金原子集合而成的金纳米颗粒或者由200个以内的原子集合而成的金团簇的载体,就可以无特别限定地使用,具体而言,例如作为其构成成分,可列举出MgO、Al2O3、SiO2、CaO、TiO2、V2O5、Cr2O3、MnOx、Fe2O3、Co3O4、NiO、CuO、ZnO、SrO、ZrO2、Nb2O5、MoO3、SnO2、BaO、La2O3、CeO2、Bi2O5、CeO2-ZrO2(1:1、1:3的重量比)等卑金属的氧化物和复合氧化物。
其中,可特别优选地使用ZrO2(氧化锆)和CeO2(氧化铈),尤其是认为氧化铈与金团簇的相互作用强,金团簇不会聚集而直接(应该有的状态)负载在载体上,能够获得特异的催化特性,故而优选。另外,作为氧化铈,也可以使用市售品,例如可列举出CeO2-1信越化学株式会社制造的BET(比表面积,m2/g)161、CeO2-2第一稀元素化学工业株式会社制造的BET166、CeO2-3さくら公司制造的BET25.4等。进而,具有规则性多孔结构的金属氧化物也可以用作载体。例如可列举出具有2nm以下的微细孔的钛硅分子筛-1(TS-1)、具有2nm以上的中细孔的二氧化硅即MCM-41或SBA-15。
上述载体的形状可以制成球状、板状、花状、杆(棒)状等各种形态。
另外,上述载体的大小以平均粒径计优选为1nm~1μm、进一步优选为10nm~100nm。另外,优选为要负载的上述金团簇的粒径的4~20倍。在板状、花状、杆(棒)状的情况下,优选将厚度设为5nm~100nm。
<金团簇>
而且,本发明的金团簇催化剂的特征在于,其是前述金团簇的粒径为10nm以下、优选为0.8~5.0nm、特别优选为0.8~2.0nm的金团簇催化剂。此处,上述粒径表示金团簇颗粒的最长粒径。
另外,前述粒径超过10nm时,催化活性会降低,因此需要在上述范围内。需要说明的是,本说明书中,要负载在上述载体上的上述金团簇为“基本上仅由金原子构成的团簇”是指有机配体至少被去除90%(以当初导入的有机配体的分子数的比例计)以上的金团簇,特别优选为有机配体被去除了95%以上的团簇。
上述金团簇是如下形成的:使利用有机配体进行稳定化而具有规定原子数的金原子的金团簇化合物在上述载体上负载多个后,进行处理,使由此形成的金原子集合多个而成的,利用该处理,有机配体被去除而呈现仅由金原子构成的金团簇负载在载体上的状态。通过这样地去除有机配体,由有机配体导致的催化活性的妨碍作用消失、能够获得更高的催化活性。
此时,上述规定原子数优选为选自由11、13、55、101、147组成的组中的数,尤其是,特别优选为选自由11、55、101组成的组中的数。
像这样,仅由金原子构成的上述金团簇只要是仅由规定数量的金原子构成的物体,则其形状等没有特别限定,为了具有热稳定的性质,优选具有半球状且与载体紧密贴合的形状等。
(金团簇催化剂的整体形态)
关于在上述载体上负载上述金团簇而成的本发明的金团簇催化剂,上述金团簇与上述载体利用两者的相互作用而被固定。
该金团簇催化剂整体的大小、形状只要是利用上述载体和金团簇形成,就没有特别限定,平均粒径优选为1nm~10nm。
另外,金团簇催化剂中的金原子与载体的重量比相对于载体100重量份优选设为金原子0.1~5.0重量份。
<制造方法>
本发明的金团簇催化剂的制造方法可以通过使利用有机配体进行稳定化而以规定原子数具有金原子的金团簇化合物在载体上负载多个后,进行氧等离子体处理的等离子体处理工序来实施。
以下,进一步进行说明。
(前工序)
本发明中,在上述等离子体处理工序之前,可以进行制造利用有机配体进行稳定化而以规定原子数具有金原子的金团簇化合物的金团簇化合物制造工序。
上述金团簇化合物制造工序例如可以通过使氯金酸四水合物等卤化金化合物与三苯基膦等一系列膦化合物在0~50℃下发生反应来进行。
上述金团簇化合物制造工序中,为了制成期望的金原子数,因原子数而不同,可以分别按照公知的合成方法来进行。例如,在要获得原子数为11的氯(三苯基膦)Au11团簇(用膦保护的Au11的团簇、以下如Au11那样地在Au的右侧用下角标文字记载有数字时,表示团簇中的金原子数量)的情况下,使硼氢化钠作用于氯(三苯基膦)Au;在要获得Au55团簇的情况下,作用于硼烷-四氢呋喃络合物(THF)(BH3-THF络合物);在要获得Au101团簇的情况下,向氯金酸与四辛基溴化铵(TOAB)的反应溶液中添加三苯基膦而使其作用,从而可以获得。
(等离子体处理工序)
作为通过上述前工序得到的包含规定数量的金原子的上述金团簇化合物,可列举出用膦保护的Au11团簇、用膦保护的Au101团簇等。
并且,作为使上述金团簇化合物负载于上述载体的方法,可列举出固相混合法和湿式混合法。
上述固相混合法可以通过将上述金团簇化合物与上述载体用乳钵等进行混合,其后用电炉以100~400℃进行1~10小时的空气煅烧来进行。
上述湿式混合法可以通过以添加了溶剂的体系使用球磨机等混合装置将载体与金团簇化合物进行混合,其后用电炉以100~400℃进行1~10小时的空气煅烧来进行。
并且,本发明的制造方法的特征在于,进行对使金团簇化合物负载于载体而成的金团簇化合物负载物实施氧等离子体处理的等离子体处理工序。
即,本发明的金团簇催化剂优选的是,使由规定原子数的金原子构成的金络合物化合物负载在上述载体上,然后进行上述等离子体处理。
上述等离子体处理可以使用例如图1所示的装置来进行。
图1所示的装置1包括:反应容器10、试样载置台20、等离子体喷雾器30、氧气注入管40、以及用于抽吸容器内的空气的抽吸管50。这样的装置基于日本特开2008-49282号公报、日本特开2008-49280号公报等中记载的等离子体处理的原理。
并且,将试样载置于试样载置台20后,以1~100kHz的频率在电压(输入电压)10~100V(实际施加电压为10kV~20kV)、耗电量1~10W的条件下将氧气由氧气注入管40注入,并且边由抽吸管50抽吸内部的气体边照射等离子体。此时,照射时间因试样的重量而是任意的,优选相对于1g重量为1~10分钟。
本发明中,进行前述等离子体处理工序后,也可以进一步进行以100~800℃在空气中煅烧的煅烧工序。
上述空气中煅烧的温度条件优选为100~800℃、进一步优选为200~400℃。温度不足100℃时,有时有机配体未被燃烧去除、催化活性受到抑制,超过800℃时,有时金团簇、金纳米颗粒会熔解而成为大的颗粒,故不优选。另外,煅烧时间优选设为1~10小时、进一步优选设为2~4小时。
另外,煅烧可以使用电炉在空气中进行。
另外,也可以进行氢气还原。尤其是作为载体使用高分子材料时,无法将煅烧温度提高至200℃以上,因此是有用的。氢气还原可以使用公知的装置按照以下的条件进行。
条件:
气体流量:10~30ml/分钟
Ar:H2=30:1~0:1
煅烧温度:100~400℃
升温时间:0.5~3小时
煅烧时间:1~3小时
(后工序)
如上操作而得到的金团簇催化剂也可以使用在通常获得金化合物时使用的手法进行精制处理等,进行后工序。
<使用方法>
如上所述,本发明的金团簇催化剂优选为使多个金原子集合而成的团簇负载在载体上的金催化剂,是使由规定原子数的金原子构成的金络合物化合物的团簇负载在上述载体上,然后进行等离子体处理而成的金催化剂,可被用作含氧原子有机化合物的氢化催化剂。
以下,针对本发明的金团簇催化剂的使用方法进行说明。
本发明的金团簇催化剂可以在制造各种化合物时使用,此时,能够以高反应选择性获得目标化合物,其中,可优选地用作下述那样的含氧原子有机化合物的氢化催化剂。
(肉桂醛的氢化)
本发明的金团簇催化剂作为通过下述式所示的反应将肉桂醛(下述化学反应式中的1)氢化而制造肉桂醇(2)时的氢化催化剂是有效的。

尤其是,含有金原子数为101的金团簇的金团簇催化剂是有用的。
(由硝基苯来一锅合成(one-pot synthesis)偶氮苯)
本发明的金团簇催化剂作为通过下述式所示的反应由硝基苯(1)ONE-POT合成(通过在一个反应容器(通常为烧瓶)中一并或依次投入反应物来进行多阶段反应的合成手法)偶氮苯(3)时使用的催化剂是有用的。

尤其是,含有金原子数为11的金团簇的金团簇催化剂是有用的。
(基于硝基苯的氢化来合成苯胺)
本发明的金团簇催化剂作为通过下述式所示的反应由硝基苯合成苯胺时使用的催化剂是有用的。

尤其是,含有金原子数为11的金团簇的金团簇催化剂和平均粒径为4.2nm的金纳米颗粒催化剂是有用的。
本发明的金团簇催化剂除了上述的各反应体系之外,还可以在环己醇的氧气氧化反应等各种反应体系中应用。
另外,金团簇催化剂的比表面积优选为50~200m2/g。
需要说明的是,关于粒径,为球状颗粒时是直径,为其它形状的颗粒时是长径,由扫描型电子显微镜(SEM)观察或透射型电子显微镜(TEM)观察来制作粒径分布并计算平均值,从而能够求出。
<第三成分>
另外,本发明的金团簇催化剂中,除了上述载体和金团簇之外,在不损害本发明的期望效果的范围内,还可以配混其它成分。
截止至今的金催化剂是将金的前体直接分散/固定在载体上而制备的,金的纳米颗粒的直径、厚度无法避免地存在分布。因此,关于尺寸相对于催化特性(表面露出原子的活性和选择性)的效果,通常小是有利的。但是,报告有如下例子:使用单分散(对于纳米颗粒而言标准偏差为10%以内、对于团簇而言将原子数以1个的水平进行规定)的金纳米颗粒、金团簇时,存在具有会表现出特别优异的催化特性的尺寸(厚度和直径)以及原子数(幻数,magic number)的金纳米颗粒、金团簇,但现状是,针对该尺寸特异性,截止至今尚未提出明确的概念、方法论、催化剂试样的制造方法。
因此,现状是:在开发用于制造尽可能规定金的尺寸的负载金纳米颗粒催化剂和负载金团簇催化剂的方法的同时,探索具体的反应事例并要求尺寸特异性的体系化。
实施例
以下,通过实施例和比较例来具体说明本发明,但本发明不限定于此。
〔实施例1〕金原子数11的金团簇催化剂的制备
(氯(三苯基膦)Au(I)的合成)
将氯金酸四水合物1g在氮气气氛下添加至乙醇35mL中,进行搅拌并使其溶解,从而得到氯金酸溶液。将溶解有三苯基膦1.364g的乙醇溶液50ml在氮气气氛下添加至上述氯金酸溶液中,进行反应。反应液由黄色变成白色,生成了白色沉淀。使该沉淀物溶于二氯甲烷5ml中,缓慢添加戊烷120ml,在冷库中保存一晚,使白色物析出,对该白色物进行抽滤,进行真空干燥,从而得到产物(氯(三苯基膦)Au(I))。
(Au11的金团簇化合物的合成)
使所得氯(三苯基膦)Au(I)0.25g分散于脱水乙醇20g,搅拌5分钟。其后,花费20分钟添加硼氢化钠27mg,并搅拌2小时。将其产物添加至己烷(125ml),沉淀20小时。将其添加至二氯甲烷溶液中,然后进行过滤、干燥,从而得到金原子数为11的膦保护Au11团簇。
(向载体进行负载)
接着,使如上那样制备的Au11的金团簇化合物16mg分散在CH2Cl220ml溶液中,向其中投入ZrO2载体1.0g,进一步进行搅拌、真空干燥后,在空气中用电炉以300℃、4小时的条件进行煅烧。通过这些操作,将Au11复合物团簇负载于ZrO2载体,从而得到金络合物化合物负载物。
(用于去除有机配体的氧等离子体处理)
关于所得金络合物化合物负载物,在空气煅烧之前进行氧等离子体处理,去除金络合物化合物的有机配体,从而得到使金原子团簇负载于载体而成的金团簇催化剂。
氧等离子体处理使用图1所示的装置基于以下的条件来进行。
氧等离子体处理条件:
时间 2分钟
试样的质量 0.2g
频率 29kHz
电压 65V
输入电力 2.4W
所得金团簇催化剂使用高角度环形暗场扫描透射电子显微镜(HAADF-STEM)进行观察,确认是否能够获得期望的金团簇催化剂。
观察利用以下的步骤来进行。
首先,使所得金团簇催化剂分散于乙醇与二氯甲烷溶液的混合溶液(1:1、重量比)而得到分散液,向铜栅极滴加1滴该分散液,在干燥器中以室温真空干燥一晩,其后,从上蒸镀三次碳,进行栅极的制作。HAADF-STEM使用了装置、商品名“JEM-3200FS”(日本电子株式会社制)。
其结果,平均粒径为0.8±0.4nm。
将颗粒的电子显微镜照片示于图2,将表示金团簇尺寸的柱状图示于图3。
另外,针对膦保护Au11团簇同样操作,将电子显微镜照片示于图4,将表示金团簇尺寸的柱状图示于图5。
接着,为了确认吸附于所得金团簇的催化剂表面的有机配体的去除,基于FT-IR分光扩散反射法进行测定。
FT-IR使用装置、商品名“JASCO FT-IR-6100”(日本分光株式会社制)。
测定条件如下所示。
积算次数 200次、
分辨率 2cm-1。
背景使用镜面单元。
将所得扩散反射光谱通过库贝尔卡-芒克(KM)式转换成相当于透射光谱的KM吸收光谱。有机配体的去除利用FT-IR的C-H伸缩振动的峰的观察来进行,其结果,确认到有机配体的去除。将所得FT-IR测定结果示于图6。另外,与进行氧等离子体处理前的金络合物化合物负载物的测定结果一并示于图6。由该结果可知:有机配体的95%以上被去除。
〔实施例2〕金原子数55的金团簇催化剂的制备
除了Au团簇的制备如下所示那样地进行之外,与实施例1同样操作而得到金团簇催化剂。将膦保护Au55团簇的电子显微镜照片示于图7,将表示金团簇尺寸的柱状图示于图8。
(Au55团簇的合成)
将与实施例1同样操作进行制备的氯(三苯基膦)Au(I)(0.25g)在氮气气氛下添加至苯20ml中,进行搅拌而使其溶解。接着,向该溶液中在氮气气氛下在室温下花费2小时滴加硼烷-四氢呋喃络合物(THF)(BH3-THF络合物)溶液3ml,并进行搅拌而得到产物。将其产物添加至二氯甲烷溶液5ml中,进行过滤而使其干燥。向该产物中缓慢添加戊烷120ml,进行过滤、干燥,从而得到最终产物(Au55团簇)。
〔实施例3〕金原子数为101的金团簇催化剂的制备
除了Au团簇的制备如下所示那样地进行之外,与实施例1同样操作而得到金团簇催化剂。将膦保护Au101团簇的电子显微镜照片示于图9,将表示金团簇尺寸的柱状图示于图10。
(Au101团簇的合成)
制备溶解有氯金酸(2.54mmol)的蒸馏水50ml(a溶液)和溶解有四辛基溴化铵(TOAB)(2.93mmol)的甲苯65ml(b溶液)。将所制备的a溶液和b溶液在氮气气氛下花费30分钟进行混合,进行反应。通过反应而生成的金盐从水层向甲苯层中移动,因此使用50ml的注射器从该溶液中去除水后,在室温下激烈搅拌。30分钟后,将三苯基膦(8.85mmol)添加至该溶液中,进行反应。该溶液的颜色在反应开始5分钟以内从深红变化为淡黄色,1小时后变成乳白色。接着,向该溶液中迅速添加溶解有硼氢化钠(37.3mmol)的蒸馏水(6ml),以室温搅拌180分钟而使其反应,从而得到产物。向该产物中添加戊烷(125ml),使其再结晶、干燥,从而得到最终产物(Au101团簇)。
〔实施例4~6〕将载体设为氧化铈的金团簇催化剂的制备
除了将载体由ZrO2变更为CeO2-1之外,与实施例1~3同样操作,分别得到Au11、Au55、Au101的金团簇催化剂。所得金团簇催化剂中的有机配体的去除率为90%以上。
〔实施例7~9〕
除了在氧等离子体处理后进行下述煅烧处理之外,与实施例1~3同样操作,分别获得Au11、Au55、Au101的金团簇催化剂。有机配体的去除率为90%以上。
<煅烧处理>
将氧等离子体处理结束后的金团簇催化剂投入至电炉中,以150℃进行2小时的煅烧。
另外,关于实施例7中得到的催化剂,与实施例1同样操作来测定FT-IR。将其结果示于图6。由该结果可知:有机配体的95%以上被去除。
〔实施例10~12〕
将载体从ZrO2变更为CeO2-1,将煅烧温度设为300℃,除此之外,与实施例7~9同样操作,分别获得Au11、Au55、Au101的金团簇催化剂。所得金团簇催化剂中的金团簇的粒径为2nm以下,有机配体的去除率为90%以上。
〔试验例1〕偶氮苯的一锅合成
催化剂的液相反应容器使用高压釜,向高压釜中投入实施例1~12中得到的催化剂(Au相对于基质为0.3mol%),分别添加作为基质的硝基苯0.5mmol、作为内标物质的十二烷50μL、溶剂3mL,用0.5MPa的氢气进行加压,以60℃反应6小时。将反应后的溶液用0.45μm的薄膜过滤器进行过滤。关于所得滤液,使用Agilent7890AGC(气相色谱仪、商品名、Agilent Technologies,Inc.制)进行定量分析。其结果,任一催化剂均确认到高的催化活性。
〔试验例2〕肉桂醛的氢化
将实施例6和12中得到的催化剂分别投入至作为反应容器的高压釜(Au相对于基质为1mol%(计算量:1mol%实际量:0.6mol%)),分别添加作为基质的肉桂醛0.5mmol、作为内标物质的茴香醚(anisole)25μL、溶剂3mL,用0.5MPa的氢气进行加压,以80℃反应22(25)小时。将反应后的溶液用0.45μm的薄膜过滤器进行过滤。关于所得滤液,使用Agilent7890AGC(气相色谱仪、商品名、Agilent Technologies,Inc.制)进行定量分析。
将其结果示于图11。
另外,作为对比,针对氧等离子体处理和煅烧处理均未进行的催化剂,确认了催化活性。合并示出其结果。
需要说明的是,图11中,将比较对象示为“无前处理”、将实施例6的催化剂示为“PL”、将实施例12的催化剂示为“PL,300”。
根据图11,进行氧等离子体处理而成的本发明的金团簇催化剂(实施例6中得到的催化剂)的肉桂醇的选择率高、最高达到83%。另外,进行了氧等离子体处理、进行了300℃空气中处理的催化剂(实施例12中得到的催化剂)的肉桂醛的转化率最高、肉桂醇的选择率也高。
〔试验例3〕硝基苯的氢化
向高压釜中分别投入实施例1中得到的催化剂、实施例7中得到的催化剂(Au相对基质为1mol%),分别添加作为基质的硝基苯0.5mmol、作为内标物质的十二烷50μL、作为溶剂的甲苯3mL,用0.5MPa的氢气进行加压,以60℃反应6小时。将反应后的溶液用0.45μm的薄膜过滤器进行过滤。关于所得滤液,使用Agilent7890AGC进行定量分析。将其结果示于图12。
另外,作为对比,针对氧等离子体处理和煅烧处理均未进行的催化剂,确认了催化活性。合并示出其结果。
需要说明的是,图12中,将比较对象示为“无前处理”、将实施例1的催化剂示为“PL”、将实施例7的催化剂示为“PL,150”。
由图12所示结果可明确获知:本发明的金催化剂(尤其是实施例7)显示高的催化活性。
Claims (3)
1.一种金催化剂的制造方法,其中,所述金催化剂是使金原子的团簇负载在载体上而成的,该制造方法包括如下工序:
将载体与多个金团簇化合物混合,所述金团簇化合物利用有机配体进行稳定化而以规定原子数具有金原子;
对载体与金团簇化合物的混合物进行氧等离子体处理;以及
将混合物以100~800℃的温度范围在空气中煅烧,从而形成包含载体和金原子的团簇的金催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金催化剂的制造方法,其中,90%以上的有机配体通过氧等离子体处理工序和/或在空气中煅烧而被去除。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金催化剂的制造方法,其中,所述团簇的金原子的数量为选自由11、13、55、101、147组成的组中的数。
