 本发明属食品加工领域,涉及一种黑芝麻马铃薯甜点的制作方法。
背景技术
 马铃薯是粮菜兼用型蔬菜,其营养丰富,不仅富含蛋白质,且拥有人体所必需的各种氨基酸,特别是富含谷类缺少的赖氨酸,因此,马铃薯蛋白属优质蛋白。马铃薯含有丰富的维生素和矿物质,并含有禾谷类所没有的胡萝卜素和维生素C,且含量也比较高,如B族维生素是苹果的4倍,维生素C是苹果的10倍。常食马铃薯制品有益健康,如马铃薯中的淀粉在体内吸收缓慢,不会导致血糖过快上升;由于它富含膳食纤维,常吃马铃薯可促进胃肠蠕动,且膳食纤维有助于降低患结肠癌和心脏病的风险;马铃薯钾含量很高,能够排除体内多余的钠,有助于降低血压。它含有特殊的粘蛋白,不但有润肠作用,还有促进脂类代谢作用,可加速人体内的胆固醇代谢。因此,应多开发马铃薯鲜食制品。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种黑芝麻马铃薯甜点的制作方法。
本发明的目的是通过下述方式实现的:马铃薯,洗净、去皮、切薄片,100℃蒸15min,加水25%,捣碎,再加黑芝麻酱10%、砂糖粉4%、鸡蛋全蛋液3%,混合、打浆,装入裱花袋,在烤盘上挤出花型,表面均匀撒上葡萄干5%,放入烤箱中,200℃烘烤7min,即为黑芝麻马铃薯甜点。
本发明的黑芝麻马铃薯甜点呈棕褐色,外焦里嫩,口感细腻,黑芝麻香浓郁,兼有蛋香和烤马铃薯的焦香,是一种色、香、味俱佳的烘焙产品,可现烤现卖,即买即食。

实施例1: 
本发明的具体实施方式:称取经洗净、去皮、切片的马铃薯600g,100℃蒸15min,加水150mL,捣碎,再加黑芝麻酱60g、砂糖粉24g、鸡蛋全蛋液18g,混合、打浆,装入裱花袋,在烤盘上挤出花型,表面均匀撒上葡萄干30g,放入烤箱中,200℃烘烤7min,即为黑芝麻马铃薯甜点。
实施例2: 
本发明的具体实施方式:称取经洗净、去皮、切片的马铃薯200g,100℃蒸15min,加水50mL,捣碎,再加黑芝麻酱20g、砂糖粉8g、鸡蛋全蛋液6g,混合、打浆,装入裱花袋,在烤盘上挤出花型,表面均匀撒上葡萄干10g,放入烤箱中,200℃烘烤7min,即为黑芝麻马铃薯甜点。
