Description

排放物清洁模块和相关的电子器件支承单元
技术领域
本发明涉及用于清洁燃烧发动机的操作过程中排放的流体的设备。
背景技术
例如燃烧汽油、柴油或生物燃料的IC发动机等的发动机输出各种有害物质,这些有害物质必须被处理以满足目前和将来的排放法规。最常见的这些物质包括碳氢化合物(HC)、一氧化碳(CO)、一氮氧化物(NOx)和颗粒物质,例如碳(C)、煤烟成分。这些物质中的一些可以通过仔细控制发动机的操作条件来减少,但通常需要在发动机下游提供排放物清洁模块来处理废气中夹带的这些物质中的至少一些。用于减少和/或消除排放物中的成分的各种设备是已知的。例如,已知提供例如柴油氧化催化剂的氧化装置来减少或消除碳氢化合物(HC)和/或一氧化碳。氧化装置通常包括催化剂来将这些物质转化成二氧化碳和水,它们明显更加无害。又例如,排放物清洁模块可包括颗粒过滤器以限制废气中存在的颗粒被输出到大气。

发明内容
本发明提供一种排放物清洁模块,包括:
第一支承件;
第二支承件;
支架,其在第一支承件和第二支承件之间延伸;和
一个或多个流体处理模块,其位于在第一支承件和第二支承件之间延伸的一个或多个导管中,以及电子器件支承单元,电子器件支承单元包括:

具体实施方式
图1中示出了排放物清洁模块1。
排放物清洁模块1可包括第一导管10和第二导管20。也可存在第三导管30和支承结构40。支承结构40包括第一支承构件50和第二支承构件60。
每个支承构件50、60可以是大体平的,并且可以具有刚性材料,例如金属。
第一、第二和第三导管10、20、30可以是细长的,具有细长轴线并可沿着细长轴线具有基本恒定的横截面。第一、第二和第三导管10、20、30可以是基本柱形的。
第一导管10包括提供该导管的入口的第一端11和提供该导管的出口的第二端12。第二导管20包括提供该导管的出口的第一端21和提供该导管的入口的第二端22。第三导管30可包括提供该导管的入口的第一端31和提供该导管的出口的第二端(未显示)。
导管10、20、30可在支承构件50、60之间延伸。导管10、20、30可以大体基本平行。第一、第二和第三导管10、20、30的第一端11、21、31可分别接收在第一支承构件50的第一、第二和第三开口51、52、53中并被成形为与第一、第二和第三开口51、52、53对应。第一、第二和第三导管10、20、30的第二端12、22可分别接收在第二支承构件60的第一、第二和第三开口61、62、63中并被成形为与第一、第二和第三开口61、62、63对应。通过这种布置,可以限制导管的侧向运动。
如图2所示,每个开口51、52、53、61、62、63可包括围绕开口的周边延伸的凸缘51a、52a、53a、61a、62a、63a。每个支承构件50、60还可包括围绕支承构件50、60的周边延伸至少部分的向内翻的唇部59、69。
导管10、20、30可都具有基本类似的长度。第一导管10可具有第一直径,第二导管20可具有第二直径,第三导管30可具有第三直径。第二直径可以小于第一和第三直径。
导管10、20、30的第一和第二端11、21、31、12、22可以焊接、粘附或以其他方式固定到支承构件50、60限定或环绕开口的部分。替代地,导管10、20、30的第一和第二端11、21、31、12、22可邻接支承构件50、60的内侧以覆在支承构件50、60中的相应开口上面。
第一、第二和第三导管10、20、30以及第一和第二支承构件50、60可以限制这些部件的相对平移运动的方式相互连接。替代或另外地,第一、第二和第三导管10、20、30以及第一和第二支承构件50、60可以限制一个部件相对于另一个部件转动运动的方式相互连接。
第一导管10经由第一端部联接器15流体联接到第二导管20,第一端部联接器15将第一导管10的出口流体连接到第二导管20的入口。第一端部联接器15可包括喷射器模块16。第二导管20可经由第二端部联接器(未显示)联接到第三导管30,以将第二导管20的出口流体连接到第三导管30的入口。第一和第二端部联接器均可与其相应的支承构件组合限定流体流路,废气可经过该流体流路在相邻导管之间经过。
支承结构40还可包括第一支架70和第二支架80。第一和第二支架70、80均可包括纵梁,纵梁可能具有L形横截面。每个支架可包括在端部之间半程限定的切口,可以是孔口170、180的形式。因此,每个梁纵向的区域中的横截面可包括两个相互垂直和不连接的凸缘70a、70b、80a、80b。换句话说,每个支架70、80可由具有四个边缘的矩形板形成,孔口170、180设置在板中并且远离板的边缘。接着,将板折叠以限定两个凸缘使得折叠线与孔口170、180交叉。
第一和第二支架70、80的孔口170、180可均包括朝着支架的中心的宽孔口部分75、85以及在宽孔口部分75、85的每侧上的窄孔口部分。
第一和第二支架70、80可均平行于每个第一、第二和第三导管10、20、30的细长轴线。第一支架70可在第一端71连接到第一端板50,并在第二端72连接到第二端板60。类似地,第二支架80可在第一端81连接到第一端板50,并在第二端82连接到第二端板60。
第一和第二支架70、80以及第一和第二端板50、60之间的连接装置可以是独立于支架70、80和端板50、60的一个或多个部件78、88或者可以与支架70、80和/或端板50、60一体。替代地,连接装置可以是一个或多个独立部件和与支架70、80和/或端板50、60一体的特征的组合。
连接装置可包括连接件78、88,其可包括板状构件,具有两个垂直边缘,每个边缘设有垂直于板状构件并彼此垂直布置的凸缘。凸缘可均包括用于固定到L形支架70、80的与其平行的部分的装置。板状构件可被构造成使得其不延伸到L形支架70、80的L形状的内角,以提供用于流体从连接件的一侧到连接件的另一侧的通道。这可避免液体收集在L形支架70、80的内表面和连接件的板状构件之间。
第一和第二端板50、60以及第一和第二支架70、80可一起形成刚性矩形结构,其可用作相对于彼此保持三个导管10、20、30同时适应部件相对于彼此的差别膨胀和/或收缩的目的。
用于从柴油发动机排放的流体的入口可而设置在第一导管10的第一端11处,使得所述流体进入第一导管10的第一部分。
用于来自排放物清洁模块1的流体的出口可设置在第三导管的第二端处,使得流体可从排放物清洁模块1释放,可能到大气。
在排放物清洁模块的流体流路内,可定位柴油氧化催化剂(DOC)模块、柴油颗粒过滤器(DPF)模块、喷射器模块16、混合器模块、选择性催化还原(SCR)模块和氨氧化催化剂(AMOX)模块。
DOC模块可朝着第一导管10的第一(入口)端11定位在第一导管10的第一部分内。DPF模块可朝着第一导管10的第二(出口)端12定位在第一导管10的第二部分内。第一端部联接器15可提供从第一导管10的第二端12到第二导管20的第二端22的流体流路。第一端部联接器15可包括喷射器模块16。
混合器模块可定位在第二导管20内或通过第二导管20形成。混合器模块可以被构造成使得喷射器模块16喷射的流体与来自第一导管10的流体混合。混合器模块可包括多个特征,例如分散翅片,其可以造成喷射流体与来自第一导管10的流体均匀混合。第二端部联接器可提供从第二导管的第一端21到第三导管30的第一端31的流体流路。
SCR模块可以朝着第三导管30的第一端31定位在第三导管30的第一部分内。SCR模块可包括旨在催化混合器模块中混合并通过扩散器输出的两种流体之间出现反应的催化表面。AMOX模块可都朝着第三导管30的第二端定位在第三导管30的第二部分内。AMOX模块可包括催化从SCR模块输出的一个或多个产品的反应的催化剂。
排放物清洁模块1可包括用于感测排放物清洁模块1中的一个或多个条件(例如NOx的温度或量)的一个或多个传感器。每个传感器10a、10b、10c可穿透排放物清洁模块的导管10、20、30,使得传感器的不需要定位在待感测体积内的那些元件(即,电子部件)可定位在导管10、20、30的外表面上。以此方式,传感器的敏感元件可远离可能发生在导管内侧的高温定位。
另外,传感器10a、10b、10c可通过导线130连接到一个或多个电子模块110a、110b。电子模块110a、110b可因此定位成不与导管10、20、30的外表面直接接触。如图3-6所示,可设置电子器件支承单元180,上面将定位和固定一个或多个电子模块110a、110b。
电子器件支承单元180可包括基部构件181和顶部构件182。基部构件181可以是大体平的。基部构件181可具有前边缘181a、后边缘181b和将前边缘连结到后边缘的侧边缘181c、181d。基部构件181可以是大体矩形。前边缘可设置有下翻的唇部189。基部构件181可包括多个孔口120a-120e。基部构件181还可包括用于电子模块110a、110b的就坐位置130a、130b。就坐位置130a、130b可介于孔口120a-120e之间。基部构件181可设置有与就坐位置130a、130b相邻的一个或多个直立突片196,其可辅助限制电子模块110a、110b在就坐在就坐位置130a、130b中时侧向运动。
顶部构件182可以弯曲、折叠或以其他方式采用不平形状。顶部构件182可从基部构件181的后边缘向上延伸。顶部构件182可沿着后边缘连结到基部构件181。基部构件181和顶部构件182可由例如金属板的单个折叠材料片一体形成。气隙100可形成在顶部构件182和导管10、20、30(或者设置成覆盖导管的任何热防护件)之间。气隙100可允许上升气流在电子器件支承单元80和导管10、20、30之间经过。
顶部构件182可被成形为向上并在基部构件181上面延伸。顶部构件182可包括第一端183,第一端183可以与基部构件181的后边缘相邻。第一端183可采取可垂直于基部构件181的第一壁段的形式。第一端183可经由第一弯曲191连接到倾斜的顶部段184。倾斜的顶部段184可连接到顶部构件182的第二端185。第二端185可平行于第一端183。第二端185可采取均可限定用于将电子器件支承单元180联接到第一支架70的第一凸缘70a的附接点186的两个突片的形式,如图5和图6所示。替代地,电子器件支承单元180可附接到第二支架80或者支承结构40的另一部分。附接点186可以是布置成与例如螺栓的机械紧固装置配合以将电子器件支承单元180连接到第一支架70的孔口。
另外的附接点188可设置在基部构件181和第一支架70的第二凸缘70b之间,如图5所示。
电子器件支承单元180可固定到第一支架70以主要或者全部定位在孔口75内。因此,第一支架70可对电子器件支承单元提供物理保护,使得电子模块110a、110b被敲击的机会最小。替代地,电子器件支承单元可固定到第二支架80。
基部构件181和顶部构件182的成形可在其间形成空腔199,当如图4所示附接到基部构件181时,电子模块110a、11b定位在空腔199中。空腔199可从电子器件支承单元180的前方或者从侧面接近。顶部构件182可用作电子器件支承单元和导管10、20、30之间的热防护件。
孔口120a-120e可提供将电子模块110a、110b附接到基部构件181的装置。例如,扎线带111a、111b可用来附接每个电子模块110a、110b。如图6所示,第一扎线带111a可穿过孔口120a和120b并绕过就坐在就坐位置130a中的电子模块110a。同样,第二扎线带111b可穿过孔口120c和120d并绕过就坐在就坐位置130b中的电子模块110b。
一个或多个扎线带也可用来固定导线130。
孔口120a-120e可用来与由基本实体板形成的基部构件181相比增加经过电子器件支承单元80传导的热的热传导路径长度。孔口120a-120e可被布置成使得基部构件181的剩余材料形成一系列相对薄和/或曲折的段。排放物清洁模块1的第一支架70可在排放物清洁模块1的使用过程中通过从一个或多个导管10、20、30传出的热量加热。来自第一支架70的热量可经由附接点186、188传导到电子器件支承单元180。但是,基部构件181的相对薄和/或曲折的段可增加热量在能够到达电子模块110a、110b的就坐位置130a、130b之前必须传导经过基部构件181的路径长度和/或减少热传导的可用材料。这可显著减少排放物清洁模块1的使用过程中赋予电子模块110a、110b的热量。
排放物清洁模块1可设置有用于将线带引导到电子器件支承单元180的线带支承件。线带支承件可包括设置在支架之间并且可固定线带的刚性细长构件。因此,连接到与一个支架70或80相关的模块上的传感器的线带可被引导到设置在另一支架80或70上的电子器件支承单元180。
在使用中,流体可经由入口4供应到排放物清洁模块1。流体可进入第一导管10的第一部分中的DOC模块。在于入口4处接收前,流体的压力可通过背压阀控制。
DOC模块可包括一个或多个催化剂,例如钯或铂。这些材料用作造成流体流中存在的碳氢化合物(HC)和一氧化碳(CO)氧化的催化剂,以形成二氧化碳(CO2)和水(H2O)。催化剂可以使得催化剂材料的表面面积最大的方式分布,以增加催化反应中的催化剂的效率。
流体可从DOC模块流到DPF模块,DPF模块包括旨在防止烟灰形式的碳(C)的继续通过的特征。流体中的碳颗粒可因此截留在过滤器中。过滤器可经过已知再生技术再生。这些技术可涉及控制流体的温度、流体的压力和流体中未燃烧燃料的比例中的一种或多种。
流体可从DOC模块经过定位在第一端部联接器15内的喷射器模块16。喷射器模块16可与泵电子罐单元(PETU)相关或与其附接。泵电子罐单元可包括用于提供由喷射器喷射的流体的容器的罐。这种流体可包括尿素或氨。罐可包括具有第一横截面面积的下部部分和具有第二横截面面积的上部部分。第二横截面面积可以小于第一横截面面积。第一和第二部分之间的横截面面积的差别可以提供容纳PETU的附加部件的体积。这可以比部件简单附接到罐的其他外表面更好的保护。
PETU还可包括被构造成控制通过喷射器从罐喷射的流体的体积的控制器。控制器可具有例如从SCR模块中的传感器导出的温度信息和NOx量的信息作为输入。
流体可从喷射器模块16进入定位在第二导管20内的混合器模块。混合器模块可包括用于确保来自第一导管10的流体与来自喷射器16的流体良好混合的特征。

本发明提供一种排放物清洁模块及相关的电子器件支承单元。电子器件支承单元对电子器件单元提供改善的机械保护并减小热冲击效果。

Claims (28)

1.一种排放物清洁模块,包括:
第一支承件;
第二支承件;
支架,其在第一支承件和第二支承件之间延伸;和
一个或多个流体处理模块,其位于在第一支承件和第二支承件之间延伸的一个或多个导管中,以及电子器件支承单元,电子器件支承单元包括:
基部构件,其限定用于电子模块的至少一个就坐位置;和
顶部构件;
其中,所述顶部构件包括与基部构件相邻的第一端和位于基部构件远侧并联接到所述支架和/或所述一个或多个导管的第二端;
所述顶部构件被成形为向上并在基部构件上面延伸,使得空腔限定在基部构件和顶部构件之间并能够用于接收要就坐在所述至少一个就坐位置的电子模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,顶部构件是用于防护就坐在所述至少一个就坐位置的电子模块不受从一个或多个流体处理模块传出的热量的热防护件。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,气流间隙设置在顶部构件和所述一个或多个流体处理模块之间。
4.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,电子器件支承单元从支架和/或所述一个或多个导管悬挂。
5.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,支架包括切口,电子器件支承单元至少部分定位在切口中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,支架是细长的并具有限定沿着公共边缘连结并彼此呈角度布置的第一和第二凸缘的L形横截面,切口形成在第一和第二凸缘中以与公共边缘相交。
7.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,基部构件和顶部构件一体形成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,基部构件和顶部构件由折叠金属片形成。
9.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,基部构件包括前边缘、后边缘和连结前边缘和后边缘的侧边缘,其中顶部构件从基部构件的后边缘向上延伸,其中空腔能够从基部构件的前边缘或侧边缘接近。
10.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,顶部构件的第二端包括用于将顶部构件联接到支架和/或所述一个或多个导管的一个或多个附接点。
11.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,基部构件包括基本平的板。
12.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,基部构件包括一个或多个直立突片以限定用于电子模块的所述至少一个就坐位置。
13.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,基部构件包括一个或多个孔口。
14.根据权利要求13所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,基部构件的剩余部分限定顶部构件和用于电子模块的所述至少一个就坐位置之间的一个或多个热路径。
15.根据权利要求14所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,所述一个或多个热路径是曲折的。
16.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的排放物清洁模块,还包括在所述至少一个就坐位置联接到基部构件的电子模块。
17.根据权利要求16所述的排放物清洁模块,其中,电子模块通过穿过基部构件中的一个或多个孔口的一个或多个扎线带联接到基部构件。
18.一种电子器件支承单元,包括:
基部构件,其限定用于电子模块的至少一个就坐位置;和
顶部构件;
其中,所述顶部构件包括与基部构件相邻的第一端和位于基部构件远侧的独立的第二端;
顶部构件被成形为向上并在基部构件上面延伸,使得空腔限定在基部构件和顶部构件之间并能够用于接收待就坐在所述至少一个就坐位置的电子模块。
19.根据权利要求18所述的电子器件支承单元,其中,基部构件和顶部构件一体形成。
20.根据权利要求19所述的电子器件支承单元,其中,基部构件和顶部构件由折叠片形成。
21.根据权利要求18-20中任一项所述的电子器件支承单元,其中,基部构件包括前边缘、后边缘和连结前边缘和后边缘的侧边缘,其中顶部构件从基部构件的后边缘向上延伸,其中空腔能够从基部构件的前边缘或侧边缘接近。
22.根据权利要求18-21中任一项所述的电子器件支承单元,其中,顶部构件的第二端包括用于将顶部构件联接到支架的一个或多个附接点。
23.根据权利要求18-22任一项所述的电子器件支承单元,其中,基部构件包括基本平的板。
24.根据权利要求18-23任一项所述的电子器件支承单元,其中,基部构件包括一个或多个直立突片以限定用于电子模块的所述至少一个就坐位置。

26.根据权利要求25所述的电子器件支承单元,其中,基部构件的剩余部分限定顶部构件和用于电子模块的所述至少一个就坐位置之间的一个或多个热路径。
27.根据权利要求25所述的电子器件支承单元,其中,所述一个或多个热路径是曲折的。
28.一种电子器件支承单元,包括:
基部构件,其限定用于电子模块的至少一个就坐位置;和
附接构件;
其中,所述附接构件包括与基部构件相邻的第一端和位于基部构件远侧的第二端;
其中,基部构件包括一个或多个孔口,从而在附接构件和用于电子模块的至少一个就坐位置之间形成一个或多个曲折的热路径。
