技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种春夏植物饮料。
背景技术
一年四季气候变化的正常规律为春温、夏热、秋燥、冬寒。自然界一切生物在四季气候变化的影响下,必然产生相应的变化,这就是春生、夏长、秋收、冬藏的自然规律。人体的生理功能也是与大自然相适应的,一年四季机体的新陈代谢若违反这一规律,四时之气便会伤及五脏,即所谓“春伤于风、夏伤于暑、秋伤于湿、冬伤于寒”。
根据中医理论,人体阳气潜藏一冬,从春天开始升发,因此春夏要“养阳”。因为春夏是阳长阴消的阶段,顺应阳长的气化趋势养阳,效果就会比其他时候要好,所以春夏要养阳,阳是指人体阳气,泛指人体的功能。春夏饮食要吃一些起到温补人体阳气的食物,以使人体阳气充实,只有这样才能增加人体抵抗力,抗御以风邪为主的邪气对人体的侵袭。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种春夏植物饮料,具有补阴气,壮五脏功能,能明目、降血脂血压和血糖。
本发明是通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题的:一种春夏植物饮料,包括以下述重量分数的各成分:枸杞0.1~20.4%、覆盆子0.1~20.17%、砂仁0.1~20.25%、黄精0.1~20.25%、低聚果糖1~30%,余量为水。
进一步地,包括以下述重量分数的各成分:枸杞0.4%、覆盆子0.17%、砂仁0.25%、黄精0.25%、低聚果糖10%,余量为水。
本发明的有益效果在于:具有补阴气,壮五脏功能,能明目、降血脂血压和血糖,具有减肥美容功效。
具体实施方式
一种春夏植物饮料,包括以下述重量分数的各成分:枸杞0.1~20.4%、覆盆子0.1~20.17%、砂仁0.1~20.25%、黄精0.1~20.25%、低聚果糖1~30%,余量为水。(因为下限值如果减去-20%的话,会变成负数,不合理,所以我自己拟定了下限值,请核实,或不合适请修改)
所述春夏植物饮料,优选包括以下述重量分数的各成分:枸杞0.4%、覆盆子0.17%、砂仁0.25%、黄精0.25%、低聚果糖10%,余量为水。

针对表1中的各实施例制备所述春夏植物饮料的方法如下:
将枸杞、覆盆子、黄精、砂仁分别清洗,再混合,加水蒸煮,将蒸煮液过滤,取滤液;将低聚果糖与所述滤液进行调配,混匀,然后再经灌装、杀菌、检验、包装即得成品。
将上述实施例制得的春夏植物饮料进行性能检测,各项性能指标如下:

黄精具有以下功效:补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾。用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴。
枸杞具有以下功效:滋补肝肾,益精明目,用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,阳萎遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。
覆盆子具有以下功效:益肾固精缩尿,养肝明目;用于遗精滑精,遗尿尿频,阳痿早泄,目暗昏花。
砂仁具有以下功效:化湿开胃,温脾止泻,理气安胎;用于湿浊中阻,脘痞不饥,脾胃虚寒,呕吐泄泻,妊娠恶阻,胎动不安。
