背景技术
仔猪营养性贫血是猪的一种营养代谢病,病猪由于机体缺乏铁元素而造成贫血,可视粘膜轻度黄染或者苍白,可以使用注射铁元素进行治疗,多在冬春季节群发,病死率较高。
概述
仔猪营养性贫血(Nutritional Anemia of Piglet)是指5~28d内哺乳仔猪由于营养不足及微量元素缺乏,特别是铁的缺乏而引起的贫血,临床上以可视粘膜色淡,轻度黄染或苍白;循环血液中红细胞数量下降,血红蛋白显著减少等为特征,又称为缺铁性贫血或者小细胞低色素性贫血。多发生于寒冷的冬末、春初季节的舍饲仔猪,特别是猪舍以木板或水泥为地面而不采取补铁措施的集约化养猪场。本病在一定地区具有群发性,发病率、死亡率较高,且每年都可能发生,给养猪业造成严重的经济损失。

主要是铁不足或缺乏,仔猪出生后头几周,生长发育迅速,全血容量增长快,每天需铁7~15mg,而母乳供给的铁每天仅为1mg,于是动用体内极其微薄的贮存铁(约为40~47mg)。而此期仔猪若生长在以水泥或木板为地面的猪舍内不能与土壤接触,失去了对铁的摄取来源,同时又没有采取人工补铁措施,而使仔猪缺铁严重;加上仔猪出生后7d内胃液缺乏盐酸,获得的铁就更少了,结果血红蛋白合成不足而出现生理性贫血。

仔猪补饲日粮中碳酸钙和锰的含量过多可以引起条件性缺铁和贫血,这主要是由于碳酸钙和锰都对铁的吸收具有拮抗作用。当日粮中蛋白质、铜、钴、锌、维生素B12、叶酸、烟酸、硫胺素、核黄素等缺乏时,可引起或促进仔猪营养性贫血的发生。磷酸、植酸、鞣酸、草酸等均能与铁结合,阻碍铁的吸收,日粮中这些物质的含量过高,也可促进本病的发生。
其他
此外,环境因素如猪舍空气不流通、粉尘多、阴湿、密养等均能加重贫血。如果仔猪摄入了有毒、含生物碱的饲料和多次或长期使用某种药物(如国家规定食品动物禁用的氯霉素)也会加速贫血的发生。
危害
体内绝大部分铁用于合成血红蛋白,因此缺铁将导致血红蛋白含量下降和红细胞生成减少而发生贫血。贫血持续到一定时期便会破坏机体的氧化还原过程,同时仔猪的消化吸收机能减弱,加重了贫血的发生,进而因机体免疫性反应降低诱发消化系统和呼吸器官疾病等,死亡率可达10%~15%。
临床症状
病猪精神沉郁,离群伏卧,食欲减退,被毛逆立,缺乏光泽,生长缓慢或停止。体温不高,多伴腹泻。可视粘膜色淡,轻度黄染或苍白。光照耳壳呈灰白色,几乎见不到明显的血管,针刺也很少出血。呼吸增数,脉搏急速,可听到贫血性心内杂音;轻微运动则心搏动强盛,喘息不止。头和前躯可发生水肿,有时发生膈痉挛。有的仔猪外观很肥胖,生长发育也较快,可在奔跑中突然死亡。有的仔猪外观消瘦,便秘下痢交替出现,异嗜,衰竭;腹壁卷缩,其体型呈橄榄状。
病理变化
肝脏脂肪变形且肿大,呈淡灰色,有时有出血点。血液稀薄呈水样、凝固性差;肌肉色泽变淡,特别是臀肌和心肌呈现出典型的贫血变化。脾脏肿大,被膜增厚,色浅,质地稍结实。肾脏实质变性,呈灰白色,被膜易剥离,切面皮质和髓质界限清楚。腹腔、胸腔、心包腔积液,心脏扩张,心外膜有小点出血。肺水肿,间质明显,切面有渗出液溢出。肠系膜淋巴结水肿、淤血;胃和肠腔空虚,其粘膜有灶性病变。
组织学检查:骨髓中红细胞生成加强,在肝脏、脾脏及淋巴结有髓外造血功能。
西医治疗仔猪营养不良性贫血一般是补充外源性铁剂,如右旋糖酐铁、葡聚糖铁钴等,充实体内铁质储备。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种含有用于治疗仔猪营养不良性贫血的中药添加剂的哺乳期母猪配合饲料,可使猪阴阳气血调和,治疗疗程短、效果较好、毒副作用低、成本低廉、残留量低的同时可增强仔猪的免疫力及抗病能力,绿色无污染,且本药物属纯中药制剂,无耐药性和药物残留。

所述中药添加剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按所述比例取阿胶和鹿角胶粉碎成120目-150目的细粉,将所述剩余原料药按比例投入搅拌机中搅拌、混合,后送入粉碎机中粉碎、将粉碎后的中药组合物装入多功能提取罐中,加入相对于其质量5-7倍量的水、煮沸2-4小时,蒸汽压力为0.6-1Mpa处理,过滤,得到第一过滤液和滤渣;
步骤二、将获得的滤渣再次加入相对于其质量5-7倍量的水、煮沸2-4小时、蒸汽压力为0.6Mpa-1Mpa处理,过滤得到第二过滤液和滤渣;
步骤三、将第一过滤液和第二过滤液合并,浓缩除去水分,获得干膏,采用超微粉磨机粉碎,粉碎至30μm以下,获得药物组合物粉末,将所述药物组合物粉末与步骤一的细粉混合均匀即得中药添加剂散剂。
为了更好地实现发明目的,本发明还提供一种哺乳期母猪配合饲料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)破碎步骤:按重量份数比称取大枣、葡萄干、桂圆肉、红豆粕、平菇、花生粕、发菜、胡萝卜、桑葚和南瓜粕投入粉碎机进行微粉碎,经过粉碎后过2.0mm筛;
(2)配料步骤:按照重量份数比称取黑芝麻粉、紫薯粉、黑米粉、黄鳝肉泥、山药粉、栗子粉、藕粉、维生素预混料、微量元素预混料和中药添加剂,与步骤(1)粉碎获得的细粉混合,投入混合机,混合均匀,混合时间为30-60s;
(3)制粒步骤:投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为85℃,使其糊化度达到90%以上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的配合饲料含有具有益气补血、健脾助运作用的中药添加剂,可扶正祛邪,治疗仔猪营养不良性贫血具有调节阴阳气血,治疗疗程短、效果较好、毒副作用低、成本低廉、残留量低的同时可增强仔猪的免疫力及抗病能力,绿色无污染,且本药物属纯中药制剂,无耐药性和药物残留。

中药添加剂是指以我国对大自然中草药的物性(阴、阳、寒、冻、温、热)、物味(酸、甘、苦、辣、咸)和物质关系的传统理论为主导、并以饲养和饲料业等学科理论及技术为依托,所研制的单一和复合型的中草药添加剂或混合剂。从现代药理学分析,以中草药有效成分为主体的饲料添加剂,具有调节机体的免疫功能以及非特异性抗菌作用,中草药含有抗抑菌成份的生物碱、多糖、贰类挥发油、有机酸类黄酮和生物类黄酮等生物活性物质,对调节机体免疫机能,提高健康水平有良好的作用。据报道,多搪具有促进胸腺反应、刺激网状内皮细胞提高特异性抗原反应能力;生物碱能增强体液与细胞免疫功能,以及刺激巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,贰类可增强网状内皮系统的吞噬功能,并可促进抗体生成,促进抗原抗体反应和淋巴细胞转化有机酸,能调节肠内并防止有害细菌的繁殖和提高酶的活性,使动物体内新陈代谢能正常进行。从现代营养学的理论分折中药饲料添加剂不仅含有一定数量的营养物质,而且还含有一定数量的未知生长调节因子和色素,具有直接或间接地激活机体的生化反应,增强生物合成作用,从而促进动物的生产性能。
本发明中药添加剂遵循“扶正祛邪”的基本原理,遵循益气补血、健脾助运的原则,提供了一种用于防治猪营养不良性贫血的饲料,其包括中药添加剂,中药添加剂包括以下原料药材:当归、阿胶,血风藤、铁落、虫莲、桑寄生、蕨麻、党参、香菇、明党参、绞股蓝、鸡血藤、酸枣仁、山药、白扁豆、蚕沙、砂仁、木香、鸡内金、补骨脂、鹿角胶、松子和枸杞子。其中,当归、阿胶,血风藤、铁落、虫莲、桑寄生、蕨麻补血,党参、香菇、明党参、绞股蓝补脾肺之气助气血之生化;鸡血藤、酸枣仁养肝血,助肝藏血,肝之存血,譬如河之于湖,水涨能纳,水亏能补;山药、白扁豆、蚕沙、砂仁理气健脾;木香、鸡内金疏肝和胃,助运消食;补骨脂、鹿角胶、松子、枸杞子补肾填精,增益后天之本,后天有本如若军之有粮,仓癝之官亦能灵活调度,调和诸药。

阿胶:甘,平。归肺、肝、肾经。补血滋阴,润燥,止血。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,肌痿无力,心烦不眠,虚风内动,肺燥咳嗽,劳嗽咯血,吐血尿血,便血崩漏,妊娠胎漏。
血风藤:甘;温。归肺;脾经。补气血;强筋骨;舒经络。主气血虚弱;有经不调;血虚经闭;风湿疼痛;跌打损伤;腰肌劳损。
铁落:为打铁时因外层氧化而打落的细铁屑,或铁工厂锻铁时的副产品铁屑。辛;凉。归心;肝经。平肝镇惊;解毒敛疮;补血。主癫狂;热病谵妄;心悸易惊;风湿痹痛;贫血;疮疡肿毒。
虫莲:蔷薇科地榆属植物矮地榆,以根入药。辛,温。补血调经。用于月经不调,痛经。
桑寄生:本品为桑寄生科植物桑寄生的干燥带叶茎枝。苦、甘,平。归肝、肾经。补肝肾,强筋骨,祛风湿,安胎元。用于风湿痹痛,腰膝酸软,筋骨无力,崩漏经多,妊娠漏血,胎动不安;高血压。
蕨麻:甘,平。补气血,健脾胃,生津止渴,利湿。用于病后贫血,营养不良,脾虚腹泻,风湿痹痛。
党参:甘,平。归脾、肺经。补中益气,健脾益肺。用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴。
香菇:为侧耳科植物香菇的子实体。甘,平。归胃经。益胃气,托痘疹。
明党参:甘、微苦,微寒。归肺、脾、肝经。润肺化痰,养阴和胃,平肝,解毒。用于肺热咳嗽,呕吐反胃,食少口干,目赤眩晕,疔毒疮疡。
绞股蓝:味苦;微甘;性凉。归肺;脾;肾经。清热解毒,止咳祛痰。用于慢性支气管炎,传染性肝炎,肾炎炎,胃肠炎。清热;补虚;解毒。主体虚乏力;虚劳失精;白细胞减少症;高脂血症;病毒性肝炎;慢性胃肠炎;慢性气管炎。
鸡血藤:苦、甘,温。归肝、肾经。补血,活血,通络。用于月经不调,血虚萎黄,麻木瘫痪,风湿痹痛。
酸枣仁:甘、酸,性平。归心经,脾经,肝经,胆经。《神农本草经》:“补中益肝,坚筋骨,助阴气,皆酸枣仁之功也。”《本经》:“主心腹寒热,邪结气聚,四肢酸疼,湿痹。”《别录》:“主烦心不得眠,脐上下痛,血转久泄,虚汗烦渴,补中,益肝气,坚筋骨,助阴气,令人肥健。”《药性论》:“主筋骨风,炒末作汤服之。功用”养肝,宁心,安神,敛汗。有镇静、催眠、镇痛、抗惊厥作用;有一定的降压作用;对子宫有兴奋作用。
山药:味甘,性平,入肺、脾、肾经,具有健脾补肺、益胃补肾、固肾益精、聪耳明目、助五脏、强筋骨、长志安神、延年益寿的功效,主治脾胃虚弱、倦怠无力、食欲不振、久泄久痢、肺气虚燥、痰喘咳嗽、肾气亏耗、腰膝酸软、下肢痿弱、消渴尿频、遗精早泄、带下白浊、皮肤赤肿、肥胖等证。
白扁豆:甘淡,微温,平;归脾经、胃经。健脾,化湿,消暑。主治脾虚生湿,食少便溏,白带过多,暑湿吐泻,烦渴胸闷。。白扁豆治暑湿吐泻、暑多夹湿,夏日暑湿伤中,脾胃不和,易致吐泻。
蚕沙:味辛、甘,性温。《本草纲目》:“治消渴,症结,及妇人血崩,头风,风赤眼,去风除湿。”《本草拾遗》:“炒黄,袋盛浸酒,去风缓诸节不遂,皮肤顽麻痹,腹内宿冷,冷血瘀血,腰脚疼冷。”祛风燥湿、清热活血。治风湿、皮肤不仁,关节不遂,急剧吐泻转筋,筋骨不遂、腰脚痛、腹内瘀血、头风赤眼。本品辛甘发散,可以袪风,温燥而通,又善除湿舒筋,作用缓和,可用于各种痹证。
砂仁:味辛,性温;归脾经、胃经、肾经。功能化湿开胃,温脾止泻,理气安胎。《汤液本草》:“缩砂,与白檀、豆蔻为使则入肺,与人参、益智为使则入脾,与黄柏、茯苓为使则入肾,与赤、白石脂为使则入大、小肠。”《日华子本草》:“治一切气,霍乱转筋,心腹痛。”功能化湿开胃,温脾止泻,理气安胎。用于湿浊中阻,脘痞不饥,脾胃虚寒,呕吐泄泻,妊娠恶阻,胎动不安。
木香:味辛,苦,性温。能行气止痛,调中导滞。《本草纲目》:“木香,乃三焦气分之药,能升降诸气。诸气膹郁,皆属于肺,故上焦气滞用之者,乃金郁则泄之也;中气不运,皆属于脾,故中焦气滞宜之者,脾胃喜芳香也;大肠气滞则后重,膀胱气不化则癃淋,肝气郁则为痛,故下焦气滞者宜之,乃塞者通之也。”《本草经疏》:“肺虚有热者,慎毋犯之。元气虚脱及阴虚内热,诸病有热,心痛属火者禁用。”可用于胞胁胀满足,脘腹胀痛,哎吐泄泻,痢疾后重。
鸡内金:味甘,性寒,入脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经,《日华子本草》:“止泄精,并尿血、崩中、带下、肠风、泻痢。”《滇南本草》:“宽中健脾,消食磨胃。治小儿乳食结滞,肚大筋青,痞积疳积。”有健脾消食、涩精止溺的作用,主要用于食积停滞之脘腹胀满,暖气腹泻,小儿疳疾等症状。
补骨脂:味辛、苦,性温,归肾、脾经。《药性论》:“主男子腰疼,膝冷囊湿,逐诸冷痹顽,止小便利,腹中冷。”《开宝本草》:“主五劳七伤,风虚冷,骨髓伤败,肾冷精流及妇人血气堕胎。”补肾壮阳,固精缩尿,温脾止泻,纳气平喘。用于治疗肾虚阳痿,腰膝酸软冷痛,肾虚遗精,遗尿,尿频,脾肾阳虚引起的五更泄泻。
鹿角胶:甘、咸,温。归肾、肝经。温补肝肾,益精养血。用于阳痿滑精,腰膝酸冷,虚劳羸瘦,崩漏下血,便血尿血,阴疽肿痛。
松子:甘,温。润肺,滑肠。用于肺燥咳嗽,慢性便秘。松子具有滋阴润燥、扶正补虚的功效,特别适合体虚、便秘、咳嗽等病患者食用。
枸杞子:甘,平。归肝、肾经。滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目。治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精。

实施例1 中药添加剂
取当归31份、阿胶22份、血风藤16份、铁落23份、虫莲12份、桑寄生17份、蕨麻19份、党参30份、香菇13份、明党参27份、绞股蓝22份、鸡血藤26份、酸枣仁23份、山药27份、白扁豆22份、蚕沙31份、砂仁14份、木香13份、鸡内金15份、补骨脂18份、鹿角胶19份、松子23份和枸杞子25份。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
第步骤一、按所述比例取阿胶和鹿角胶粉碎成150目的细粉,将所述剩余原料药按比例投入搅拌机中搅拌、混合,后送入粉碎机中粉碎、将粉碎后的中药组合物装入多功能提取罐中,加入相对于其质量6倍量的水、煮沸3小时,蒸汽压力为1Mpa处理,过滤,得到第一过滤液和滤渣;
步骤二、将获得的滤渣再次加入相对于其质量5倍量的水、煮沸3小时、蒸汽压力为1Mpa处理,过滤得到第二过滤液和滤渣;
步骤三、将第一过滤液和第二过滤液合并,浓缩除去水分,获得干膏,采用超微粉磨机粉碎,粉碎至30μm以下,获得药物组合物粉末,将所述药物组合物粉末与步骤一的细粉混合均匀即得中药添加剂散剂。
实施例2 饲料
本发明实施例提供了一种用于治疗猪营养不良性贫血的配合饲料,饲料中各原料的重量份数为:大枣22重量份、葡萄干17重量份、桂圆肉48重量份、黑芝麻粉40重量份、紫薯粉16重量份、黑米粉18重量份、红豆粕21重量份、黄鳝肉泥32重量份、平菇17重量份、山药粉13重量份、栗子粉26重量份、花生粕12重量份、发菜12重量份、胡萝卜11重量份、桑葚9重量份、南瓜粕12重量份、藕粉13重量份、食盐5重量份、维生素预混料0.5重量份、微量元素预混料0.3重量份和中药添加剂2重量份;其中中药添加剂中各原料药材的重量份数比为:当归31份、阿胶22份、血风藤16份、铁落23份、虫莲12份、桑寄生17份、蕨麻19份、党参30份、香菇13份、明党参27份、绞股蓝22份、鸡血藤26份、酸枣仁23份、山药27份、白扁豆22份、蚕沙31份、砂仁14份、木香13份、鸡内金15份、补骨脂18份、鹿角胶19份、松子23份和枸杞子25份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:

(3)制粒步骤:投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为85℃,使其糊化度达到90%以上。
中药添加剂的毒性试验:
1、试验药物
选取当归31g、阿胶22g、血风藤16g、铁落23g、虫莲12g、桑寄生17g、蕨麻19g、党参30g、香菇13g、明党参27g、绞股蓝22g、鸡血藤26g、酸枣仁23g、山药27g、白扁豆22g、蚕沙31g、砂仁14g、木香13g、鸡内金15g、补骨脂18g、鹿角胶19g、松子23g和枸杞子25g混合,粉碎成粉末;将获得粉末加入1400g冷水中浸泡25小时,以文火煎煮,煎煮时间为1.5小时,将煎煮液过滤,获得第一滤液,收集滤渣;将过滤获得的滤渣再次加入1400g冷水中,以文火煎煮3次,每次煎煮1小时,过滤并合并过滤液,获得第二滤液;合并两次滤液,减压浓缩除去部分水,获得汤剂,汤剂的生药浓度为3g/ml。
2、试验方法:选用SD大鼠,给予不同浓度(18.0、6.0、2.0g生药/kg)的本发明的中药添加剂的汤剂,每天灌胃一次,连续90天,末次给药后24小时各组活杀1/2动物(雌雄各半),其余1/2动物继续观察2周后活杀。试验期间观察动物的外 观、一般行为、摄食量、体重变化,给药后90天和停药2周进行血液学(RBC、 HB、网织红细胞、PLT、CT、WBC及分类)和血液生化(AST、ALT、ALP、 Glu、BUN、Crca、TP、T.BIL、ALB、CHOL)、尿液生化、脏器系数、病理 组织学等指标检查。试验结果表明:本发明的中药添加剂在高、中、低剂量组动物一般状态良好,外观体征、行为活动、进食量和体重增长均无异常变化; 三个剂量组及对照组血液学检查、血液生化学、尿液生化检查均在正常范围,组间无显著差异;各组主要脏器组织病理学检查未见明显异常。上述指标停药2周后也未见改变。本试验用药剂量分别为临床用药剂量的180、60、20倍,根据试验结果本发明的中药制剂在高、中、低三个剂量(18.0、6.0、2.0g 生药/kg)连续90天给药对大鼠无明显影响,无明确的毒性靶器官和敏感指标,恢复期观察也未见延迟性毒性反应,提示本发明的中药制剂临床应用的剂量安全性较高。
对比试验
安徽巢湖某养猪场,自2010年2月以来,7-28日龄未断奶的仔猪群中200多只仔猪, 持续出现精神萎靡,生长缓慢,体质衰弱,有的仔猪拉稀,粪便恶臭,手触摸皮肤冰冷,有的甚至死亡。
剖检死亡仔猪:血液稀薄,颜色淡,肌肤颜色变浅,胸膜腔内有积液。胃肠膜色淡,心脏扩张,实质性脏器脂肪变性,皮肤及黏膜显著苍白。
病猪血液检查:血红蛋白4%,红细胞数降至280万个/mm3;白细胞中度增加,其中淋巴细胞显著增多,酸性粒细胞减少,不见碱性粒细胞;血液稀薄,血沉速度加快,血凝时间延长;红细胞形态异常,较小,并且大小不均,网织细胞增多。
根据检查及剖检结果确诊为仔猪营养不良性贫血。
选取20日龄确诊的患病仔猪50头,将50头患病仔猪及为其哺乳的母猪随机分成两组,分别为实施例组和对照组,两组的患病仔猪在体重、病情等方面均无显著差异,具有可比性。实施例组和对照组分别使用本发明实施例2的饲料和传统饲料喂养哺乳母猪,连续饲喂4天,其中;对照组还需将硫酸亚铁2.5g,硫酸铜1g,氯化铁0.2g溶于1000ml温开水中给患病仔猪饮用,连续饮用4天;
实验周期为4天,实验前后分别称取各组患病仔猪体重,期间记录患病仔猪的痊愈情况及死亡数,计算出平均日增重及痊愈率,结果如表1和表2所示。结果如表1和表2所示。其中,治愈:精神饱满,粪便正常,健康活泼,抽样剖检及血液检查正常;无效:临床症状没有改善甚至加重或死亡。

从表1的数据可知:与对照组相比,使用本发明的饲料饲喂的仔猪,至仔猪24日龄时,其平均体重比传统治疗方法治疗的仔猪高出471g,平均日增重高出120g/d。

从表2的数据可知:与传统药物相比,本发明实施例2的饲料在治疗仔猪营养不良性贫血方面具有疗效显著、价格低廉、无毒副作用的优势。
通过对比试验可知:本发明实施例2的配合饲料喂养的患病仔猪平均体重、治愈率均优于对照组,即本发明的饲料不仅能够治疗仔猪营养不良性贫血,还能够满足仔猪的营养需求,特别适用于患有仔猪营养不良性贫血的仔猪的营养需求。
典型病例
2012年4月安徽巢湖某养猪专业户饲养的50头7-28日龄的仔猪,出现消瘦,全身衰弱,常伏卧,食欲不振,生长缓慢。剖检死亡猪只血液稀薄,颜色淡,肌肤颜色变浅,胸膜腔内有积液。胃肠膜色淡,心脏扩张,实质性脏器脂肪变性,皮肤及黏膜显著苍白。病猪血液检查确诊为仔猪营养不良性贫血。取实施例2饲料饲喂给患病仔猪哺乳的母猪,第3天患病仔猪症状明显改善,第4天仔猪均痊愈,继续饲喂5天后,与健康仔猪相比,平均体重基本相同。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种哺乳期母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料包括以下原料:大枣、葡萄干、桂圆肉、黑芝麻粉、紫薯粉、黑米粉、红豆粕、黄鳝肉泥、平菇、山药粉、栗子粉、花生粕、发菜、胡萝卜、桑葚、南瓜粕、藕粉、维生素预混料和微量元素预混料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的哺乳期母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料中各原料的重量份数为:大枣12-27重量份、葡萄干12-27重量份、桂圆肉33-56重量份、黑芝麻粉25-45重量份、紫薯粉10-19重量份、黑米粉15-20重量份、红豆粕10-22重量份、黄鳝肉泥15-35重量份、平菇15-25重量份、山药粉8-17重量份、栗子粉20-32重量份、花生粕7-16重量份、发菜7-14重量份、胡萝卜8-17重量份、桑葚8-17重量份、南瓜粕7-16重量份、藕粉7-16重量份、食盐3-6重量份、维生素预混料0.1-0.5重量份和微量元素预混料0.1-0.5重量份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的哺乳期母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料还包括中药添加剂,所述饲料的中各原料的重量份数为:大枣12-27重量份、葡萄干12-27重量份、桂圆肉33-56重量份、黑芝麻粉25-45重量份、紫薯粉10-19重量份、黑米粉15-20重量份、红豆粕10-22重量份、黄鳝肉泥15-35重量份、平菇15-25重量份、山药粉8-17重量份、栗子粉20-32重量份、花生粕7-16重量份、发菜7-14重量份、胡萝卜8-17重量份、桑葚8-17重量份、南瓜粕7-16重量份、藕粉7-16重量份、食盐3-6重量份、维生素预混料0.1-0.5重量份、微量元素预混料0.1-0.5重量份和中药添加剂2-4重量份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的哺乳期母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料的中各原料的重量份数为:大枣22重量份、葡萄干17重量份、桂圆肉48重量份、黑芝麻粉40重量份、紫薯粉16重量份、黑米粉18重量份、红豆粕21重量份、黄鳝肉泥32重量份、平菇17重量份、山药粉13重量份、栗子粉26重量份、花生粕12重量份、发菜12重量份、胡萝卜11重量份、桑葚9重量份、南瓜粕12重量份、藕粉13重量份、食盐5重量份、维生素预混料0.5重量份、微量元素预混料0.3重量份和中药添加剂2重量份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的哺乳期母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂包括以下原料药材:当归、阿胶、血风藤、铁落、虫莲、桑寄生、蕨麻、党参、香菇、明党参、绞股蓝、鸡血藤、酸枣仁、山药粉、白扁豆、蚕沙、砂仁、木香、鸡内金、补骨脂、鹿角胶、松子和枸杞子。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的哺乳期母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂中各原料药材的重量份数为:当归22-34份、阿胶15-26份、血风藤10-18份、铁落18-29份、虫莲8-14份、桑寄生9-19份、蕨麻13-24份、党参20-33份、香菇12-21份、明党参20-35份、绞股蓝17-26份、鸡血藤21-34份、酸枣仁12-28份、山药粉18-30份、白扁豆15-26份、蚕沙15-32份、砂仁11-23份、木香10-21份、鸡内金11-19份、补骨脂13-23份、鹿角胶18-27份、松子15-26份和枸杞子20-32份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的哺乳期母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂中各原料药材的重量份数为:当归31份、阿胶22份、血风藤16份、铁落23份、虫莲12份、桑寄生17份、蕨麻19份、党参30份、香菇13份、明党参27份、绞股蓝22份、鸡血藤26份、酸枣仁23份、山药粉27份、白扁豆22份、蚕沙31份、砂仁14份、木香13份、鸡内金15份、补骨脂18份、鹿角胶19份、松子23份和枸杞子25份。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的哺乳期母猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述中药添加剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按所述比例取阿胶和鹿角胶粉碎成120目-150目的细粉,将所述剩余原料药按比例投入搅拌机中搅拌、混合,后送入粉碎机中粉碎、将粉碎后的中药组合物装入多功能提取罐中,加入相对于其质量5-7倍量的水、煮沸2-4小时,蒸汽压力为0.6-1Mpa处理,过滤,得到第一过滤液和滤渣;
步骤二、将获得的滤渣再次加入相对于其质量5-7倍量的水、煮沸2-4小时、蒸汽压力为0.6Mpa-1Mpa处理,过滤得到第二过滤液和滤渣;
步骤三、将第一过滤液和第二过滤液合并,浓缩除去水分,获得干膏,采用超微粉磨机粉碎,粉碎至30μm以下,获得药物组合物粉末,将所述药物组合物粉末与步骤一的细粉混合均匀即得中药添加剂散剂。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的哺乳期母猪配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)破碎步骤:按重量份数比称取大枣、葡萄干、桂圆肉、红豆粕、平菇、花生粕、发菜、胡萝卜、桑葚和南瓜粕投入粉碎机进行微粉碎,经过粉碎后过2.0mm筛;
(2)配料步骤:按照重量份数比称取黑芝麻粉、紫薯粉、黑米粉、黄鳝肉泥、山药粉、栗子粉、藕粉、维生素预混料、微量元素预混料和中药添加剂,与步骤(1)粉碎获得的细粉混合,投入混合机,混合均匀,混合时间为30-60s;
(3)制粒步骤:投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为85℃,使其糊化度达到90%以上。
