Abstract
本发明提供一种减肥淡斑膏滋,包括下述重量份的原料:奇亚籽15‑20份、青稞10‑15份,重瓣红玫瑰10‑15份,荷叶3‑10份,决明子9‑15份,火麻仁10‑15份,桑椹9‑15份,枸杞6‑12份,沙棘3‑10份,红枣6‑15份,雪莲培养物10‑20份,阿胶3‑9份,蜂蜜30‑80份。本方剂中组分药食同源,在达到治疗保健的功效基础上为人体提供必须的营养组分;组分结合奇亚籽吸水膨胀后形成胶状物质的特性达到疏肝理气、健脾祛湿、气血双补的治疗保健目的,作用于根本;本方剂中各组分性味多平和,对肝经、大肠经的疏泻,对肾经、脾、胃的滋补,整个方剂针对病理补疏适当,使整个机体处于一个平衡的状态。

本发明涉及一种保健品,尤其涉及一种减肥淡斑膏滋及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会生活节奏加快,女性的工作与生活的压力增大,尤其是在繁忙嘈杂的都市,长期伏案,缺乏运动锻炼以至于女性亚健康人群越来越多,最容易出现的症状就是内分泌失调,而内分泌失调会引起肥胖、脸上长斑等一系列问题。
内分泌失调在中医辩证中包括内因和外因,内因分为下述几类:
1、情志不遂:情志失调,如:肝气郁结、暴怒伤肝、思虑伤脾、惊恐伤肾,都可能使气机逆乱,气滞血淤,可导致黄褐斑、月经不调、痛经、不孕、子宫肌瘤、早衰等内分泌失调疾病;
2.劳伤脾土:饮食没有节制、劳倦过度、偏嗜五味(也就是偏好某种味道的食物),如:人经常食入冷、油腻食物,常食夜宵等易生湿,经常食入麻、辣饮食,吃火锅、酒在体内易化热,所以现代人体质因为环境及饮食结构改变,可使脾胃功能受阻,容易形成湿热体质,使水谷精微吸收受限,糟粕残留体内,从而引起各种内分泌失调症状;
3.肾虚也是引起女性内分泌失调的原因之一:女人的生长、发育、生殖、衰老各阶段的生理过程与肾气盛衰紧密相关,女人一些特有的生理现象,经(月经)、带(白带)、孕(胎孕)、产(分娩)、乳(哺乳)等也与精气关系密切;
4、女性以血为本,以气为用,气血是月经、孕育、哺乳的物质基础。肾藏精,精化血、化气,是经、孕、产、乳、带下的先决条件,只有肾气旺盛,经、孕、产、乳、带下功能才会正常,女性受生理、病理因素影响容易发生肾虚,如先天禀赋不足导致精气亏虚;房事过度,久伤阴精,或人到中年,肾精亏耗,肾阴虚或阳虚,可出现五心烦热、头晕耳鸣、失眠健忘、经少经闭、宫寒不孕等病症。
5、感六邪:女性在经、胎、产等特殊生理过程中,易受到风、寒、暑、湿、热等外邪的侵害,导致气机失调、气血不和,从而导致多种女性内分泌失调症状;
外因包括:1、环境污染如灰尘、雾霾等易造成外在环境空气湿气重,特别春、夏、秋季,湿气重易造成热不易散去,造成空气湿、闷热,使人易受湿温病邪入侵,易患“湿温病”;
2、身处环境温差剧大变化,如受凉,不当使用空调造成冷热不均,时冷时热等因素。
发明人通过多年临床实践总结出,治疗应平时增强锻炼,避免和消除外在环境及不良饮食结构对人体容易形成湿热体质的诱因,利用我国中医学知识达到治疗的目的。

本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种减肥淡斑膏滋,包括下述重量份的原料:奇亚籽15-20份、青稞10-15份,重瓣红玫瑰10-15份,荷叶3-10份,决明子9-15份,火麻仁10-15份,桑椹9-15份,枸杞6-12份,沙棘3-10份,红枣6-15份,雪莲培养物10-20份,阿胶3-9份,蜂蜜30-80份。
作为优选项:包括下述重量份的原料:奇亚籽12-20份、青稞12-15份,重瓣红玫瑰12-15份,荷叶5-8份,决明子9-12份,火麻仁10-12份,桑椹9-12份,枸杞6-9份,沙棘3-8份,红枣6-11份,雪莲培养物10-15份,阿胶3-6份,蜂蜜30-50份。

本发明还提供制备上述减肥淡斑膏滋的方法,(1)按比例将将奇亚籽,青稞,重瓣红玫瑰,荷叶,决明子,火麻仁,桑椹,枸杞,沙棘,红枣,雪莲培养物混合并碎成30目-40目的混合粗粉,然后以水为提取溶剂,在70-80℃条件下将混合粗粉回流提取两次,合并两次提取液,400目过滤弃去药渣,收集提取液;
(2)将提取液在60-70℃,真空度-0.04 - -0.08Mpa条件下浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,得流浸膏;
(3)按比例取阿胶,加入阿胶重量的2-4倍的水,在100-120℃条件下熬煮融化,备用;
(4)按比例取蜂蜜,使其在60-70℃,真空度-0.04 - -0.08Mpa条件下浓缩至相对密度为1.3-1.6,备用;
(5)将步骤2,3,4所得物混合均匀,在100-130℃条件下熬煮浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,即得。
所述步骤一中首次回流提取中水的重量为混合粗粉的10-18倍,提取时间2小时;二次回流提取中水的重量为混合粗粉的8-12倍,提取时间2小时。

本发明中奇亚籽( Salvia hispanica L. ) 起源于墨西哥,被子植物门,双子叶植物纲,唇形目,唇形科,鼠尾草属,是芡欧鼠尾草的种子. 奇亚籽富含优质蛋白、n - 3 多不饱和脂肪酸、可溶性膳食纤维、维生素和矿物质以及多种抗氧化化合物,具有调节血脂、调节血糖、调节血压、辅助减肥、预防心脑血管疾病等诸多功能;奇亚籽中的可溶性膳食纤维可以溶解于水中,吸水膨胀后形成一种胶状物质,浸泡后食用可以起到代餐减肥、持续供能、润肠通便的作用。
青稞, 是生长在我国西北、西南特别是西藏、青海等地的一种重要粮食作物 ;研究表明:青稞味咸,性平凉,入肝、脾、肺,青稞的营养组成全面而独特, 具有极高的营养和食疗价值;它具有清肠、调节血糖、降低胆固醇和提高免疫力等生理功能;青稞富含纤维,它的可溶性纤维和总纤维含量均高于其他谷类作物;青稞还含有丰富的B 族维生素和多种有益人体健康的矿物质元素如铁、锌、钙、磷、铜以及具有防癌抗癌作用的微量元素硒;这些矿物质对促进人体的健康发育都有着非常积极的作用。
重瓣红玫瑰在药用、食用和日化工业等方面具有较高的开发利用价值,其味甘、微苦,性微温,归肝、脾、胃经;所含挥发精油、黄酮、多酚、多糖、色素、蛋白质及氨基酸、维生素、膳食纤维、不饱和脂肪酸、微量元素等多种组分均具有生理活性;其中黄酮、多酚化合物和多糖具有清除自由基,延缓衰老的辅助功效;另外,食用玫瑰中同时存在的维生素A、B、C,具有较好的协同抗氧化作用。人体所必须的8 种氨基酸在其中都有检出;所含膳食纤维对预防高血脂、结肠癌及降低胆固醇的发病率有一定的作用。
荷叶为睡莲科多年生水生植物莲( Nelumbonucifera Gaertn) 的叶子,入肝,脾,胃经;因其含有黄酮、多糖、多酚和生物碱等多种生物功能性物质,被列入我国药食同源的植物名录中;现代药理学研究表明,荷叶具有抗氧化、抗衰老、清热、降血脂、降胆固醇及治疗心脑血管疾病等功能。
决明子是豆科植物决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子,以其有明目之功而名之,味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经;润肠通便,降脂明目。
火麻仁为桑科植物大麻Cannabis sativa L.的干燥成熟种子,性味味甘,性平;归脾、胃、大肠经;火麻仁功效润肠通便;主治用于血虚津亏,肠燥便秘。
桑椹富含丰富的功能性物质,是我国传统的药食两用资源;桑椹是我国中医临床中传统的补益类中药材,且药食兼用;其味甘、酸、性寒,归肝、肾经,为凉血补血益阴之药;桑椹中含有多种物质,能有效清除自由基,诱导促进体内抗氧化酶的活性,从而提高机体的抗氧化能力,同时,桑椹还有提高免疫力,抗辐射,降血脂等功效。
枸杞子为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实;夏秋二季果实程橙红色时采收,晾至皮皱后,再爆晒至外皮干硬、果肉柔软,除去果梗;或热风低温烘干,除去果梗;枸杞甘,平;归肝、肾经;滋补肝肾,益精明目;用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明;历代养生家、医学家都很看重枸杞的补养功效;早在《神农本草经》中就指出:久服坚筋骨。枸杞主要活性成分为枸杞多糖,具有提高免疫力,抗氧化,抗衰老的功能。
沙棘果中除含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物外,还含有人体必需的多种维生素和矿物质;其中维生素C(抗坏血酸)、E(生育酚)、A(胡萝卜素)、K的含量,几乎居果蔬之冠;尤以维生素C的含量最高,沙棘果实归脾经、胃经、肺经、心经,含花青素、槲皮素等生物活性成分达190多种降低血胆固醇、缓解心绞痛发作,抗辐射、抗衰老和增强免疫力,抗炎生肌,祛痰、止咳、平喘,可用于防治急慢性气管炎、咳喘等呼吸系统疾病
天山雪莲是新疆特有的名贵中草药,中医认为,雪莲温肾助阳,祛风胜湿,通经活血;临床主要用于治疗风寒湿痹痛,小腹疼痛,月经不调等。经系统研究表明,雪莲培养物不仅含有与天然雪莲相近的活性成分,且亦具有与之相当的多方面的药理活性;其主要药理作用:镇痛、抗炎、抗风湿;抑制血小板聚集、降血脂、改善血液循环;对免疫系统具有调节作用;同时还有抗氧化、抗辐射、和抗疲劳等多方面的药效学作用。
红枣味甘香甜,风味独特,营养特别丰富,不但含有丰富的营养物质,而且还含有丰富的药用物质,具有养胃健脾、补血益气、和解药毒、保护肝脏、增强肌力等功效,可润肺、止咳、治虚、养胃。红枣的特殊营养价值主要在于其所含环磷酸腺苷(c AMP)、芦丁(Rutin)、红枣多糖、三萜类物质等营养成分方面。Rutin也叫维生素P,是红枣中含量较高的黄酮类物质,红枣中的Rutin含量为果蔬之冠。
阿胶为马科动物驴Equus asinus L.的皮去毛后熬制而成的胶块。味甘,性平;入肺、肝、肾经;功能:补血、止血、润肺、安胎。主治:血虚、虚劳咳嗽、吐血、衄血、便血、妇女月经不调、崩中、胎漏。阿胶,能保肺气,养肝血,补虚羸,故止血安胎,止嗽止痢,治痰治痿,皆效;惟久嗽久痢久痰及虚劳失血之症者易用。
本方剂中组分药食同源,在达到治疗保健的功效基础上为人体提供必须的营养组分;其中荷叶,青稞,决明子,重瓣红玫瑰,火麻仁,桑椹,枸杞,沙棘,红枣,雪莲培养物,阿胶主要作用于肝肾,其次为脾、胃、大肠、肺经,上述组分结合奇亚籽吸水膨胀后形成胶状物质的特性达到疏肝理气、健脾祛湿、气血双补的治疗保健目的,作用于根本;本方剂中各组分性味多平和,对肝经、大肠经的疏泻,对肾经、脾、胃的滋补,整个方剂针对病理补疏适当,使整个机体处于一个平衡的状态。
临床试验:
临床实验数据说明本发明的疗效:分别按A 与B 两种情况予以陈述。
A对象为健康人群
发明人收集120个案例,其中60例作为对照组,另外60例作为治疗组按计量服用本产品;
治疗组与对照组在性别、人数、年龄、病情等资料均无显著性差异的情况下,具有可比性。
治疗组服用本产品一个月后,相较于对照组,治疗组成员没有不良反映,且气色更好。
B对象为亚健康人群
发明人收集120个案例,其中60例作为对照组,另外60例作为治疗组按计量服用本产品;
治疗组与对照组在性别、人数、年龄、病情等资料均无显著性差异的情况下,具有可比性。
治疗组服用本产品二个月后,相较于对照组,治疗组成员没有不良反映,且治疗组成员的排便规律正常,体重平均减轻3kg,肤色红润,斑点减少。
由此可见,经过临床实践总结,本发明的中药能有效安全调节亚健康人群的亚健康状态,调节人体内分泌,提高人体抵抗力,达到治疗保健的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)按重量取奇亚籽15份、青稞10份,重瓣红玫瑰10份,荷叶3份,决明子9份,火麻仁10份,桑椹9份,枸杞6份,沙棘3份,红枣6份,雪莲培养物10份,混合并碎成30目-40目的混合粗粉,然后以水为提取溶剂,在70-80℃条件下将混合粗粉回流提取两次,合并两次提取液,400目过滤弃去药渣,收集提取液;
所述首次回流提取中水的重量为混合粗粉的10-18倍,提取时间2小时;二次回流提取中水的重量为混合粗粉的8-12倍,提取时间2小时。
(2)将提取液在60-70℃,真空度-0.04 - -0.08Mpa条件下浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,得流浸膏;
(3)取3重量份的阿胶,加入阿胶重量的2-4倍的水,在100-120℃条件下熬煮融化,备用;
(4)取30重量份蜂蜜,使其在60-70℃,真空度-0.04 - -0.08Mpa条件下浓缩至相对密度为1.3-1.6,备用;
(5)将步骤2,3,4所得物混合均匀,在100-130℃条件下熬煮浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,即得。
实施例2
(1)取奇亚籽20份、青稞15份,重瓣红玫瑰15份,荷叶10份,决明子15份,火麻仁15份,桑椹15份,枸杞12份,沙棘10份,红枣15份,雪莲培养物20份,混合并碎成30目-40目的混合粗粉,然后以水为提取溶剂,在70-80℃条件下将混合粗粉回流提取两次,合并两次提取液,400目过滤弃去药渣,收集提取液;
所述首次回流提取中水的重量为混合粗粉的10-18倍,提取时间2小时;二次回流提取中水的重量为混合粗粉的8-12倍,提取时间2小时。
(2)将提取液在60-70℃,真空度-0.04 - -0.08Mpa条件下浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,得流浸膏;
(3)取9重量份的阿胶,加入阿胶重量的2-4倍的水,在100-120℃条件下熬煮融化,备用;
(4)取80重量份的蜂蜜,使其在60-70℃,真空度-0.04 - -0.08Mpa条件下浓缩至相对密度为1.3-1.6,备用;
(5)将步骤2,3,4所得物混合均匀,在100-130℃条件下熬煮浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,即得。
实施例3

实施例5
(1)按重量取奇亚籽12份、青稞12份,重瓣红玫瑰12份,荷叶8份,决明子12份,火麻仁12份,桑椹12份,枸杞9份,沙棘7份,红枣11份,雪莲培养物15份,混合并碎成30目-40目的混合粗粉,然后以水为提取溶剂,在70-80℃条件下将混合粗粉回流提取两次,合并两次提取液,400目过滤弃去药渣,收集提取液;
所述首次回流提取中水的重量为混合粗粉的10-18倍,提取时间2小时;二次回流提取中水的重量为混合粗粉的8-12倍,提取时间2小时。
(2)将提取液在60-70℃,真空度-0.04 - -0.08Mpa条件下浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,得流浸膏;
(3)取6重量份的阿胶,加入阿胶重量的2-4倍的水,在100-120℃条件下熬煮融化,备用;
(4)取50重量份蜂蜜,使其在60-70℃,真空度-0.04 - -0.08Mpa条件下浓缩至相对密度为1.3-1.6,备用;
(5)将步骤2,3,4所得物混合均匀,在100-130℃条件下熬煮浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,即得。
典型病例:
案例1:李**,45岁,肥胖指数32,长期便秘,脸上斑点明显,前期以实施例2为方剂服用2个月后,便秘情况好转,排便规律,肥胖指数减少为28,肤色较以前的蜡黄慢慢改善为红润,斑点减少;后期改为以实施例5为方剂继续服用2个月,肥胖指数为24,气色继续好转。
案例2:张**,28岁,肥胖指数30,其他正常,以实施例3为方剂服用2个月,肥胖指数为24,气色有改善。
案例3:姜**,31岁,肥胖指数20,面色苍白,四肢乏力,月经不调,以实施例4为方剂服用2个月,肥胖指数为18,气色红润,有活力,月经正常规律。
应当理解的是,本说明书未详细阐述的部分均属于现有技术。

Claims (4)
1.一种减肥淡斑膏滋,其特征在于:包括下述重量份的原料:奇亚籽15-20份、青稞10-15份,重瓣红玫瑰10-15份,荷叶3-10份,决明子9-15份,火麻仁10-15份,桑椹9-15份,枸杞6-12份,沙棘3-10份,红枣6-15份,雪莲培养物10-20份,阿胶3-9份,蜂蜜30-80份。
2.如权利要求1所述的减肥淡斑膏滋,其特征在于:包括下述重量份的原料:奇亚籽12-20份、青稞12-15份,重瓣红玫瑰12-15份,荷叶5-8份,决明子9-12份,火麻仁10-12份,桑椹9-12份,枸杞6-9份,沙棘3-8份,红枣6-11份,雪莲培养物10-15份,阿胶3-6份,蜂蜜30-50份。
3.一种制备如权利要求1所述减肥淡斑膏滋的方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:(1)按比例将奇亚籽,青稞,重瓣红玫瑰,荷叶,决明子,火麻仁,桑椹,枸杞,沙棘,红枣,雪莲培养物混合并碎成30目-40目的混合粗粉,然后以水为提取溶剂,在70-80℃条件下将混合粗粉回流提取两次,合并两次提取液,400目过滤弃去药渣,收集提取液;
(2)将提取液在60-70℃,真空度-0.04 - -0.08Mpa条件下浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,得流浸膏;
(3)按比例取阿胶,加入阿胶重量的2-4倍的水,在100-120℃条件下熬煮融化,备用;
(4)按比例取蜂蜜,使其在60-70℃,真空度-0.04 - -0.08Mpa条件下浓缩至相对密度为1.3-1.6,备用;
(5)将步骤2,3,4所得物混合均匀,在100-130℃条件下熬煮浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.4,即得。
4.如权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中首次回流提取中水的重量为混合粗粉的10-18倍,提取时间2小时;二次回流提取中水的重量为混合粗粉的8-12倍,提取时间2小时。
