本发明公开了一种营养豆酱,其特征在于,所述营养豆酱的原料配方及其重量份数如下:黄豆35-40份、面粉25-30份、盐9-11份、发酵粉1-3份、山楂1-2份、莲子1-2份、无花果1-2份、蜂蜜3-5份、阿胶3-5份、大枣2-3份、水30-40份。本发明的配方中不仅有黄豆,而且还包含一定比例的山楂、莲子、无花果、蜂蜜、阿胶和大枣,这样不仅增加了营养成分,同时本发明中的成份会产生协同功效,起到助消化的效果。

 本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种营养豆酱。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们已经不仅仅满足于吃得饱,而是更希望食品具有良好的口感,丰富的营养,并具有一定的保健功效。黄豆酱作为一种传统食品深受人们喜爱,主要是用黄豆炒熟磨碎后发酵而制成,是我国传统的调味酱。黄酱有浓郁的酱香和酯香,咸甜适口,可用于烹制各种菜肴,也是制作炸酱面的配料之一。但是现有的黄豆酱成份单一、而且营养也不够全面,更重要的是,由于黄豆性偏寒,食用后容易引起腹胀、消化不良等症状,影响人们的健康。
因此,需要一种营养丰富,造价低廉,利于消化的营养豆酱。

本发明的目的是提供一种营养丰富,造价低廉,利于消化的营养豆酱。 
为实现上述的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种营养豆酱,其特征在于,所述营养豆酱的原料配方及其重量份数如下: 黄豆35-40 份、面粉25-30份、盐9-11份、发酵粉1-3份、山楂1-2份、莲子1-2份、无花果1-2份、蜂蜜3-5份、阿胶3-5份、大枣2-3份、水30-40份。
本发明的有益效果是:
