本发明公开了一种清热滋补的绿豆粥,其特征在于,所述绿豆粥的原料配方及其重量份数为:绿豆20-25份、竹叶5-8份、金银花3-6份、白果1-2份、栀子2-3份、冰糖1-3份、薄荷1-3份、蜂蜜3-4份,水400-500份。本发明的配方中不仅有绿豆,而且还包含一定比例的竹叶、薄荷、金银花、白果、栀子、薄荷、冰糖和蜂蜜,这样不仅提升了香味,而且也改善了口感,此外也增加了营养成分;同时本发明中的成份会产生协同功效,起到显著的清热滋补效果。

 本发明涉及保健食品加工技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种清热滋补的绿豆粥。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们已经不仅仅满足于吃得饱,而是更希望食品具有良好的口感,丰富的营养,并具有一定的保健功效。绿豆粥作为一种传统食品深受人们喜爱,但是现有的绿豆粥成份单一、而且营养也不够全面,且祛火功效不够明显。
因此,需要一种口感好、营养丰富,且造价低廉,可清热滋补的绿豆粥。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种营养丰富,且造价低廉,可清热滋补的绿豆粥。 
为实现上述的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种清热滋补的绿豆粥,其特征在于,所述绿豆粥的原料配方及其重量份数为: 绿豆20-25 份、竹叶5-8份、金银花3-6份、白果1-2份、栀子2-3份、冰糖1-3份、薄荷1-3份、蜂蜜3-4份,水400-500份。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的配方中不仅有绿豆,而且还包含一定比例的竹叶、薄荷、金银花、白果、栀子、薄荷、冰糖和蜂蜜,这样不仅提升了香味,而且也改善了口感,此外也增加了营养成分;同时本发明中的成份会产生协同功效,起到显著的清热滋补效果。
