Abstract

本发明公开了一种三头切削设备,其结构包括液压系统、切削装置、送料装置、夹具和电气控制装置,所述的切削装置包括安装在机床床板水平面上的左右两个动力切削头、安装在机床床板上与两个动力切削头垂直方向的动头切削头以及推动切削头前进旋转的机构;所述的送料装置包括送料笼体、带刀刃的白钢条、前部挡件杆、后部挡件杆和推件板。该设备可以同时自动加工三个平面,送料装置设置了带刀刃的白钢条既可以防止加工件左右移动,又可以减少与加工件之间的摩擦力,使加工件能快速平稳的移动至卡具上,保证了安全加工的同时又提高了工作效率和加工精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切削设备,具体地说是三头自动切削设备。
背景技术
工件需要在其三个面上进行平面切削时,现有的加工技术是使用普通的切削机,每次切削一个平面,其效率低,精度差。目前有同时钻孔的设备,但不适用同时切削平面,且送料装置只是简单的导向槽,工件滑落后的冲击大,容易损坏加工件的质量,安全性低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种三头自动切削设备,该设备可以同时自动加工三个平面,送料装置设置了带刀刃的白钢条既可以防止加工件左右移动,又可以减少与加工件之间的摩擦力,使加工件能快速平稳的移动至夹具上,保证了安全加工的同时又提高了工作效率和加工精度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:三头自动切削设备,其结构包括液压系统、切削装置、送料装置、夹具和电气控制装置,所述的液压系统包括液压站、电磁阀、油缸和气缸,所述的电气控制装置包括控制气缸进退的电磁阀以及控制动力头的电器机构,所述的切削装置包括安装在机床床板水平面上的左右两个动力切削头、安装在机床床板上与两个动力切削头垂直方向的动头切削头以及推动切削头前进旋转的机构;所述的送料装置包括送料笼体、带刀刃的白钢条、前部挡件杆、后部挡件杆和推件板。
进一步,所述的送料笼体是由多根键条构成的镂空腔体,送料笼体倾斜设置,在送料笼体的下端底部延伸设有与送料笼体倾斜角度相同的四条带刀刃的白钢条,在四条白钢条的自由端水平连接有数量相同的带刀刃的白钢条;在送料笼体的下端上部设有后部挡件杆,在倾斜的白钢条的下部设有前部挡件杆,所述的前部挡件杆的一侧设有推件板。
进一步,通过气缸带动前部挡件杆和后部挡件同时上移或下移,实现送料装置一次只能推送一个加工件。
进一步,所述的切削头设置在切削头底座的前端,在切削头底座的前部设有前限位调整螺栓,切削头底座的后部设有后限位挡板。
进一步,所述的夹具包括夹具上部和夹具下部,所述的夹具下部设置在机床床板上,所述的夹具上部通过导向轴与气缸支撑座连接,在气缸支撑座的上部设有气缸。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.在机床床板上设有三个动力切削头,可以同时自动加工三个平面,大大的提高了工作效率。
2、送料装置设有送料笼体和带刀刃的白钢条,送料笼体倾斜设置,能使加工件顺利滑落至底部的白钢条处,由于白钢条是由倾斜和水平位置的两部分衔接,加工件滑至送料笼体底部时由倾斜的白钢条将加工件引导至水平面上的白钢条,白钢条上设有刀刃可以与加工件的底面嵌入,能防止加工件滑动时左右移动,且由于刀刃的锋利与加工件的接触面小,所以加工件移动的速度快,既稳定又不会左右移动,保证了加工件能平稳快速的移动至夹具上。
3、送料装置上设有前部挡件杆和后部挡件杆,气缸带动前部挡件杆和后部挡件杆同时上移或下移,实现了一次只能送出一个加工件,防止了待加工件下移影响加工的问题,保证了加工件的安全和精度。
4、在切削头底座上设有前限位和后限位挡板,通过前限位调整螺栓可以防止机器失灵时切削头继续前进损坏切削头和加工件;后限位挡板是控制切削头的行程,缩短行程节省加工时间。

具体实施方式
参照说明书附图对本发明的三头自动切削设备作以下详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明的其结构包括液压系统、切削装置、送料装置4、夹具和电气控制装置6,所述的液压系统包括液压站、电磁阀、油缸7和气缸8,所述的电气控制装置包括控制气缸进退的电磁阀以及控制动力头的电器机构,所述的切削装置包括安装在机床床板1水平面上的左右两个动力切削头2、安装在机床床板上与两个动力切削头垂直方向的动头切削头以及推动切削头前进旋转的机构;所述的送料装置包括送料笼体41、带刀刃的白钢条44、前部挡件杆43、后部挡件杆42和推件板45。
所述的切削头2设置在切削头底座3的前端,在切削头底座3的前部设有前限位调整螺栓12,切削头底座3的后部设有后限位挡板13。通过前限位调整螺栓12可以防止机器失灵时切削头2继续前进损坏切削头和加工件;后限位挡板13是控制切削头2的行程,缩短行程节省加工时间。
所述的夹具包括夹具上部11和夹具下部5,所述的夹具下部5设置在机床床板1上,所述的夹具上部11通过导向轴10与气缸支撑座9连接,在气缸支撑座9的上部设有气缸8。
如图3、图4所示,所述的送料笼体41是由多根键条构成的镂空腔体,送料笼体41倾斜设置,在送料笼体41的下端底部延伸设有与送料笼体41倾斜角度相同的四条带刀刃的白钢条44,在四条白钢条44的自由端水平连接有数量相同的带刀刃的白钢条44;在送料笼体41的下端上部设有后部挡件杆42,在倾斜的白钢条44的下部设有前部挡件杆43,所述的前部挡件杆43的一侧设有推件板45,推件板45是将加工件推至夹具上。
送料笼体41倾斜设置,能使加工件顺利滑落至底部的白钢条44处,由于白钢条44是由倾斜和水平位置的两部分衔接,加工件滑至送料笼体41底部时由倾斜的白钢条44将加工件引导至水平面上的白钢条,白钢条上设有刀刃可以与加工件的底面嵌入,能防止加工件滑动时左右移动,且由于刀刃的锋利与加工件的接触面小,所以加工件移动的速度快,既稳定又不会左右移动,保证了加工件能平稳快速的移动至夹具上。
通过气缸带动前部挡件杆43和后部挡件42同时上移或下移,实现送料装置一次只能推送一个加工件。气缸带动前部挡件杆43和后部挡件杆42同时上移,此时后部挡件杆43打开,前部挡件杆43上移阻挡,送料笼体41底部的待加工件滑动至前部挡件杆43处,气缸再次动作带动前部挡件杆43和后部挡件杆42同时下移,此时后部挡件杆42下移相当于关闭,阻挡上一待加工件滑落,前部挡件杆43此时也下移相当于打开,推件板45推动加工件移动至夹具处,实现了一次只能送出一个加工件,防止了待加工件下移影响加工的问题,保证了加工件的安全和精度。
本发明的工作过程为手动放工件送料装置的送料笼体内,由于送料笼体倾斜设置,工件自动落件到送料笼体底部,此时由于后部挡件杆的阻挡工件停止移动,通过气缸控制后部挡件杆和前部挡件杆的运动,将工件顺利推至夹具上,且夹住工件,在夹住不动的情况下,三个切削头同时伸出,对工件进行自动切削,切削完毕后,气缸上升,另一个工件落下,油缸向前推,把需要加工的工件推动到夹具上,需要加工的工件把加工后的顶出,在机床的下料口落出,一个循环完毕。

1.三头自动切削设备,包括液压系统、切削装置、送料装置、夹具和电气控制装置,所述的液压系统包括液压站、电磁阀、油缸和气缸,所述的电气控制装置包括控制气缸进退的电磁阀以及控制动力头的电器机构,其特征是,所述的切削装置包括安装在机床床板水平面上的左右两个动力切削头、安装在机床床板上与两个动力切削头垂直方向的动头切削头以及推动切削头前进旋转的机构;所述的送料装置包括送料笼体、带刀刃的白钢条、前部挡件杆、后部挡件杆和推件板;
所述的送料笼体是由多根键条构成的镂空腔体,送料笼体倾斜设置,在送料笼体的下端底部延伸设有与送料笼体倾斜角度相同的四条带刀刃的白钢条,在四条白钢条的自由端水平连接有数量相同的带刀刃的白钢条;在送料笼体的下端上部设有后部挡件杆,在倾斜的白钢条的下部设有前部挡件杆,所述的前部挡件杆的一侧设有推件板;
所述的夹具包括夹具上部和夹具下部,所述的夹具下部设置在机床床板上,所述的夹具上部通过导向轴与气缸支撑座连接,在气缸支撑座的上部设有气缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三头自动切削设备,其特征是,通过气缸带动前部挡件杆和后部挡件同时上移或下移,实现送料装置一次只能推送一个加工件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三头自动切削设备,其特征是,所述的切削头设置在切削头底座的前端,在切削头底座的前部设有前限位调整螺栓,切削头底座的后部设有后限位挡板。
