本发明公开了一种高固含低粘度涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:藻酸丙二醇酯2-3、亚硫酸钠1-2、偏硼酸铵0.8-2、硬酯酸单甘油酯2-3、轻烧镁粉2-3、珍珠贝粉2-4、硫酸铜0.8-2、硅酸镁1-3、甲基丙烯酸十八酯2-3、超细硫酸钡20-26、单乙醇胺1-2、丙烯酸异辛酯120-150、醋酸乙烯酯130-200、甲基丙烯酸己酯10-16、过硫酸钾0.7-2、松油醇1-2、去离子水500-700、乳化剂op-103-4、粘结助剂4-5,本发明的涂料各原料复配合理,制得的涂料低粘度、易施工,在外墙施工时无需加水开稀,可以达到直接施工,抗水抗渗性好,环保性强。
Description
技术领域
本发明主要涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种高固含低粘度涂料。
背景技术
涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能(如绝缘、防腐、标志等)的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料的总称,包括油(性)漆、水性漆、粉末涂料。漆是可流动的液体涂料,包括油(性)漆及水性漆。油漆是以有机溶剂为介质或高固体、无溶剂的油性漆。水性漆是可用水溶解或用水分散的涂料。涂料作为家庭装修的主材之一,在装饰装修中占的比例较大,购买涂料的合格与否直接影响到整体装修效果和居室的环境,有时甚至会对人体的健康产生极大的危害。目前随着各种各样涂料的产生,对涂料的品质要求也不断提高,而不断提高涂料质量对于建筑、生活都可以起到很大的帮助作用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种高固含低粘度涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高固含低粘度涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
藻酸丙二醇酯2-3、亚硫酸钠1-2、偏硼酸铵0.8-2、硬酯酸单甘油酯2-3、轻烧镁粉2-3、珍珠贝粉2-4、硫酸铜0.8-2、硅酸镁1-3、甲基丙烯酸十八酯2-3、超细硫酸钡20-26、单乙醇胺1-2、丙烯酸异辛酯120-150、醋酸乙烯酯130-200、甲基丙烯酸己酯10-16、过硫酸钾0.7-2、松油醇1-2、去离子水500-700、乳化剂op-10 3-4、粘结助剂4-5;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-37、紫檀木微粉1-2、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2-3、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-3、偏硅酸钠1-2、硅胶1-2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵0.8-1、去离子水10-15;
将硅胶、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合,搅拌均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,在60-70℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,加入到醋丙乳液中,搅拌均匀;
将偏硅酸钠与紫檀木微粉混合加入到去离子水中,升高温度为50-60℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,300-400转/分搅拌分散10-20分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种高固含低粘度涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将过硫酸钾、偏硼酸铵混合,加入上述去离子水重量的10-15%,搅拌溶解,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取乳化剂op-10,加入剩余去离子水重量的70-80%,在50-60℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,加入松油醇,搅拌至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸异辛酯重量的30-40%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的40-50%混合,加入上述预乳液,在60-65℃下搅拌混合30-35分钟,升高温度为70-75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,待乳液呈蓝相,保温60-70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸异辛酯、醋酸乙烯酯混合,加入甲基丙烯酸己酯,在65-70℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,得混合单体;
(5)在上述种子乳液中加滴加混合单体,滴加时间为90-120分钟,滴加完毕后,加入亚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,在80-90℃下保温50-60分钟,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述高固含低粘度涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的涂料各原料复配合理,制得的涂料低粘度、易施工,在外墙施工时无需加水开稀,可以达到直接施工,抗水抗渗性好,环保性强。本发明的粘结助剂中加入的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚具有保温隔热效果,醋丙乳液与紫檀木微粉、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、偏硅酸钠、硅胶混合改性可以有效提高粘结强度,增强涂层表面抗性和稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高固含低粘度涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
藻酸丙二醇酯3、亚硫酸钠2、偏硼酸铵0.8、硬酯酸单甘油酯3、轻烧镁粉2、珍珠贝粉2、硫酸铜2、硅酸镁1、甲基丙烯酸十八酯2、超细硫酸钡26、单乙醇胺2、丙烯酸异辛酯150、醋酸乙烯酯130-200、甲基丙烯酸己酯16、过硫酸钾0.7、松油醇1、去离子水700、乳化剂op-10 3、粘结助剂5;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
醋丙乳液37、紫檀木微粉1、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3、偏硅酸钠1、硅胶2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵0.8、去离子水15;
将硅胶、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合,搅拌均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,在70℃下搅拌混合3分钟,加入到醋丙乳液中,搅拌均匀;
将偏硅酸钠与紫檀木微粉混合加入到去离子水中,升高温度为60℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,400转/分搅拌分散20分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种高固含低粘度涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将过硫酸钾、偏硼酸铵混合,加入上述去离子水重量的15%,搅拌溶解,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取乳化剂op-10,加入剩余去离子水重量的80%,在60℃下保温搅拌20分钟,加入松油醇,搅拌至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸异辛酯重量的40%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的50%混合,加入上述预乳液,在65℃下搅拌混合35分钟,升高温度为75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,待乳液呈蓝相,保温70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸异辛酯、醋酸乙烯酯混合,加入甲基丙烯酸己酯,在70℃下保温搅拌20分钟,得混合单体;
(5)在上述种子乳液中加滴加混合单体,滴加时间为120分钟,滴加完毕后,加入亚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,在90℃下保温60分钟,冷却,用250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述高固含低粘度涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种高固含低粘度涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
藻酸丙二醇酯2-3、亚硫酸钠1-2、偏硼酸铵0.8-2、硬酯酸单甘油酯2-3、轻烧镁粉2-3、珍珠贝粉2-4、硫酸铜0.8-2、硅酸镁1-3、甲基丙烯酸十八酯2-3、超细硫酸钡20-26、单乙醇胺1-2、丙烯酸异辛酯120-150、醋酸乙烯酯130-200、甲基丙烯酸己酯10-16、过硫酸钾0.7-2、松油醇1-2、去离子水500-700、乳化剂op-10 3-4、粘结助剂4-5;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-37、紫檀木微粉1-2、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2-3、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-3、偏硅酸钠1-2、硅胶1-2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵0.8-1、去离子水10-15;
将硅胶、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合,搅拌均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,在60-70℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,加入到醋丙乳液中,搅拌均匀;
将偏硅酸钠与紫檀木微粉混合加入到去离子水中,升高温度为50-60℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,300-400转/分搅拌分散10-20分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的高固含低粘度涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将过硫酸钾、偏硼酸铵混合,加入上述去离子水重量的10-15%,搅拌溶解,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取乳化剂op-10,加入剩余去离子水重量的70-80%,在50-60℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,加入松油醇,搅拌至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸异辛酯重量的30-40%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的40-50%混合,加入上述预乳液,在60-65℃下搅拌混合30-35分钟,升高温度为70-75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,待乳液呈蓝相,保温60-70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸异辛酯、醋酸乙烯酯混合,加入甲基丙烯酸己酯,在65-70℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,得混合单体;
(5)在上述种子乳液中加滴加混合单体,滴加时间为90-120分钟,滴加完毕后,加入亚硫酸钠,搅拌均匀,在80-90℃下保温50-60分钟,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述高固含低粘度涂料。
