本发明公开了一种环保反光涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:氯化钠0.8-1、反光玻璃微珠10-16、六甲基环三硅氧烷1-2、水合硼酸锌1-2、羧酸甘油酯2-4、硫酸氢钾0.6-1、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯3-4、聚乙烯醇2-3、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-3、硅灰石粉10-12、白矿油0.4-1、丙烯酸丁酯130-150、醋酸乙烯酯150-200、偏硅酸钠0.6-2、乳化剂OP-102-3、粘结助剂4-6、去离子水500-700,本发明的涂料反光率高,可以用作建筑物外墙涂料,装饰效果好,保护性强,耐久性好,建设造价低廉,施工方便,无毒、环保,使用安全。

技术领域
    本发明主要涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种环保反光涂料。
背景技术
和普通苯丙乳液相比,醋丙乳液具有很多的优越性能:1. 无APEO、无甲醛,健康环保。2. 对比率高、良好的开罐效果。3. 成膜温度低,可适当少加成膜助剂,降低涂料成本。4.漆膜细腻、平整光滑,装饰效果好。5.价格适中,为涂料厂家提供最佳性价比,特别适用于配制高、中、低PVC的高品质的平光和半光环境友好型健康环保内墙乳胶漆。随着醋丙乳液的应用范围不断扩大,进一步提高其粘结性、表面抗性、稳定性等性能可以使其更好的适应现代化建设的需求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种环保反光涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种环保反光涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氯化钠0.8-1、反光玻璃微珠10-16、六甲基环三硅氧烷1-2、水合硼酸锌1-2、羧酸甘油酯2-4、硫酸氢钾0.6-1、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯3-4、聚乙烯醇2-3、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-3、硅灰石粉10-12、白矿油0.4-1、丙烯酸丁酯130-150、醋酸乙烯酯150-200、偏硅酸钠0.6-2、乳化剂OP-10 2-3、粘结助剂4-6、去离子水500-700;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
氨基树脂4-6、偏硅酸钠1-2、硫铝酸钙3-5、三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯2-3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、丙烯酸十三氟辛酯2-4、硅丙乳液30-36、去离子水20-25;
A、将偏硅酸钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为50-60℃,滴加烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,滴加完毕后加入三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,搅拌至常温;
B、将丙烯酸十三氟辛酯加入到硅丙乳液中,搅拌均匀后加入硫铝酸钙,100-200转/分搅拌分散5-10分钟;
将上述处理后的A、B物料混合,搅拌均匀后加入氨基树脂,在60-70℃下搅拌反应20-30分钟,冷却至常温,400-600转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种如权利要求1所述的环保反光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将偏硅酸钠加入到上述去离子水重量的10-15%中,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取乳化剂OP-10,加入剩余去离子水重量的60-70%,搅拌均匀,加入六甲基环三硅氧烷,在50-60℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸丁酯重量的50-60%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的50-60%混合,加入上述预乳液,在60-65℃下搅拌混合30-35分钟,升高温度为70-75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液重量的60-65%,待乳液呈蓝相,保温60-70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯酯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯混合,在60-80℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,搅拌至常温,得混合单体;
(5)将上述混合单体、剩余的引发剂溶液、聚乙烯醇混合,搅拌均匀,得处理液;
(6)在上述种子乳液中滴加上述处理液,滴加时间为90-120分钟,滴加完毕后,在80-90℃下保温50-60分钟,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(7)将上述步骤(6)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述环保反光涂料。
本发明的优点是:
   本发明的涂料反光率高,可以用作建筑物外墙涂料,装饰效果好,保护性强,耐久性好,建设造价低廉,施工方便,无毒、环保,使用安全。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保反光涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氯化钠0.8、反光玻璃微珠16、六甲基环三硅氧烷2、水合硼酸锌1、羧酸甘油酯2、硫酸氢钾0.6、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯3、聚乙烯醇2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2、硅灰石粉12、白矿油0.4、丙烯酸丁酯150、醋酸乙烯酯200、偏硅酸钠0.6、乳化剂OP-10 3、粘结助剂4、去离子水700;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
氨基树脂4、偏硅酸钠1、硫铝酸钙3、三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2、丙烯酸十三氟辛酯2、硅丙乳液36、去离子水25;
A、将偏硅酸钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为60℃,滴加烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,滴加完毕后加入三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,搅拌至常温;
B、将丙烯酸十三氟辛酯加入到硅丙乳液中,搅拌均匀后加入硫铝酸钙,200转/分搅拌分散10分钟;
将上述处理后的A、B物料混合,搅拌均匀后加入氨基树脂,在70℃下搅拌反应30分钟,冷却至常温,600转/分搅拌分散15分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种环保反光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将偏硅酸钠加入到上述去离子水重量的15%中,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取乳化剂OP-10,加入剩余去离子水重量的70%,搅拌均匀,加入六甲基环三硅氧烷,在60℃下保温搅拌5分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸丁酯重量的60%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的60%混合,加入上述预乳液,在65℃下搅拌混合35分钟,升高温度为75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液重量的65%,待乳液呈蓝相,保温70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯酯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯混合,在80℃下保温搅拌30分钟,搅拌至常温,得混合单体;
(5)将上述混合单体、剩余的引发剂溶液、聚乙烯醇混合,搅拌均匀,得处理液;
(6)在上述种子乳液中滴加上述处理液,滴加时间为120分钟,滴加完毕后,在90℃下保温60分钟,冷却,用250目筛网过滤出料;
(7)将上述步骤(6)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述环保反光涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种环保反光涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氯化钠0.8-1、反光玻璃微珠10-16、六甲基环三硅氧烷1-2、水合硼酸锌1-2、羧酸甘油酯2-4、硫酸氢钾0.6-1、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、三乙二醇二异辛酸酯3-4、聚乙烯醇2-3、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-3、硅灰石粉10-12、白矿油0.4-1、丙烯酸丁酯130-150、醋酸乙烯酯150-200、偏硅酸钠0.6-2、乳化剂OP-10 2-3、粘结助剂4-6、去离子水500-700;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
氨基树脂4-6、偏硅酸钠1-2、硫铝酸钙3-5、三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯2-3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、丙烯酸十三氟辛酯2-4、硅丙乳液30-36、去离子水20-25;
A、将偏硅酸钠加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为50-60℃,滴加烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,滴加完毕后加入三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,搅拌至常温;
B、将丙烯酸十三氟辛酯加入到硅丙乳液中,搅拌均匀后加入硫铝酸钙,100-200转/分搅拌分散5-10分钟;
将上述处理后的A、B物料混合,搅拌均匀后加入氨基树脂,在60-70℃下搅拌反应20-30分钟,冷却至常温,400-600转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的环保反光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将偏硅酸钠加入到上述去离子水重量的10-15%中,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取乳化剂OP-10,加入剩余去离子水重量的60-70%,搅拌均匀,加入六甲基环三硅氧烷,在50-60℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸丁酯重量的50-60%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的50-60%混合,加入上述预乳液,在60-65℃下搅拌混合30-35分钟,升高温度为70-75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液重量的60-65%,待乳液呈蓝相,保温60-70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯酯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯混合,在60-80℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,搅拌至常温,得混合单体;
(5)将上述混合单体、剩余的引发剂溶液、聚乙烯醇混合,搅拌均匀,得处理液;
(6)在上述种子乳液中滴加上述处理液,滴加时间为90-120分钟,滴加完毕后,在80-90℃下保温50-60分钟,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(7)将上述步骤(6)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述环保反光涂料。
