Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚脲防水涂料，由如下重量份数的组分：聚醚40～60份、聚酯40～60份、杀菌剂1～2份、消泡剂1～2份、填料8～10份、增塑剂2～5份、固化剂3～6份、水60～80份混合搅拌而成。本发明的聚脲防水涂料涂覆在底材表面成膜以后为透明状，因此成膜以后不改变底材的颜色，另外本发明的无溶剂、无污染、高反应型，防渗水性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水涂料，属于新型材料领域。
背景技术
防水涂料主要用于防渗水。目前市场上的防水涂料大多采用乳液加水简单搅拌而成，将该防水涂料涂覆到底材上后，形成的膜既不透明，而且膜很薄，不利于防水涂料起到防渗水的作用。因此一种无溶剂、无污染、高反应型的防水涂料的开发很有必要。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种无溶剂、无污染、高反应型的防水涂料。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种防水涂料，由如下重量份数的组分：聚醚40～60份、聚酯40～60份、杀菌剂1～2份、消泡剂1～2份、填料8～10份、增塑剂2～5份、固化剂3～6份、水60～80份混合搅拌而成；其中，所述聚醚为聚乙二醇醚3000，所述聚酯为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯，所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸高聚物或它们的混合物，所述填料为氟化钙，所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，所述固化剂为4-羟基苯磺酸。
有益效果：相比于现有技术，本发明的防水涂料涂覆在底材表面成膜以后为透明状，因此成膜以后不改变底材的颜色，另外本发明的无溶剂、无污染、高反应型，防渗水性能好。

本发明中各组分物质均为市售产品。
实施例1
一种防水涂料，由如下重量份数的组分：聚醚40份、聚酯40份、杀菌剂2份、消泡剂2份、填料10份、增塑剂5份、固化剂6份、水80份混合搅拌而成。
该实施例中，所述聚醚为聚乙二醇醚3000，所述聚酯为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯，所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸高聚物或它们的混合物，所述填料为氟化钙，所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，所述固化剂为4-羟基苯磺酸。
上述防水涂料的制备方法为，将所需量的各组分物质混合搅拌，搅拌2h，搅拌速度为500r/min即可得到所需产物。
实施例2
一种防水涂料，由如下重量份数的组分：聚醚60份、聚酯60份、杀菌剂1份、消泡剂1份、填料8份、增塑剂2份、固化剂3份、水60份混合搅拌而成。
该实施例中，所述聚醚为聚乙二醇醚3000，所述聚酯为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯，所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸高聚物或它们的混合物，所述填料为氟化钙，所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，所述固化剂为4-羟基苯磺酸。
上述防水涂料的制备方法为，将所需量的各组分物质混合搅拌，搅拌1h，搅拌速度为800r/min即可得到所需产物。

1.一种防水涂料，其特征在于：由如下重量份数的组分：聚醚40～60份、聚酯40～60份、杀菌剂1～2份、消泡剂1～2份、填料8～10份、增塑剂2～5份、固化剂3～6份、水60～80份混合搅拌而成；其中，所述聚醚为聚乙二醇醚3000，所述聚酯为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯，所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸高聚物或它们的混合物，所述填料为氟化钙，所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，所述固化剂为4-羟基苯磺酸。
