Abstract
本发明公开了一种多聚物外墙涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:丙烯酸十三氟辛酯2-4、2,2-二溴-3-氰基丙酰胺1-2、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛0.6-1、聚乳酸1-2、聚丙烯酸甲酯2-3、1,4-环己烷二甲醇1-3、钛酸钾1-2、二硫化二苯并噻唑0.6-1、方解石粉10-14、纳米碳粉2-3、过硫酸钠0.7-2、丙烯酸戊酯120-160、醋酸乙烯酯140-200、乳化剂OP-102-3、去离子水500-700、粘结助剂4-6,本发明的涂料耐水性能好,可长时间浸泡在水中,室内墙壁有污垢可用水冲刷,漆膜无损,无有害物质挥发,各原料复配,粘结性强,附着力强,漆膜坚固,经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种多聚物外墙涂料。
背景技术
涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能(如绝缘、防腐、标志等)的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料的总称,包括油(性)漆、水性漆、粉末涂料。漆是可流动的液体涂料,包括油(性)漆及水性漆。油漆是以有机溶剂为介质或高固体、无溶剂的油性漆。水性漆是可用水溶解或用水分散的涂料。涂料作为家庭装修的主材之一,在装饰装修中占的比例较大,购买涂料的合格与否直接影响到整体装修效果和居室的环境,有时甚至会对人体的健康产生极大的危害。目前随着各种各样涂料的产生,对涂料的品质要求也不断提高,而不断提高涂料质量对于建筑、生活都可以起到很大的帮助作用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种多聚物外墙涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种多聚物外墙涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
丙烯酸十三氟辛酯2-4、2,2-二溴-3-氰基丙酰胺1-2、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛0.6-1、聚乳酸1-2、聚丙烯酸甲酯2-3、1,4-环己烷二甲醇1-3、钛酸钾1-2、二硫化二苯并噻唑0.6-1、方解石粉10-14、纳米碳粉2-3、过硫酸钠0.7-2、丙烯酸戊酯120-160、醋酸乙烯酯140-200、乳化剂OP-10 2-3、去离子水500-700、粘结助剂4-6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-37、紫檀木微粉1-2、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2-3、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-3、偏硅酸钠1-2、硅胶1-2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵0.8-1、去离子水10-15;
将硅胶、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合,搅拌均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,在60-70℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,加入到醋丙乳液中,搅拌均匀;
将偏硅酸钠与紫檀木微粉混合加入到去离子水中,升高温度为50-60℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,300-400转/分搅拌分散10-20分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种多聚物外墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸钠加入上述去离子水重量的10-15%,搅拌溶解,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取乳化剂op-10,加入剩余去离子水重量的70-80%,在50-60℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸戊酯重量的30-40%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的40-50%、丙烯酸十三氟辛酯混合,加入上述预乳液,在60-65℃下搅拌混合30-35分钟,升高温度为70-75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,待乳液呈蓝相,保温60-70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸戊酯、醋酸乙烯酯混合,在65-70℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,得混合单体;
(5)取钛酸钾,加入剩余去离子水重量的20-30%,搅拌均匀,加入1,4-环己烷二甲醇,在50-60℃下保温搅拌3-10分钟,冷却至常温,得液a;
(6)在上述种子乳液中加滴加混合单体,滴加时间为90-120分钟,滴加完毕后,加入上述液a,搅拌均匀,在80-90℃下保温50-60分钟,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(7)将上述步骤(6)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述多聚物外墙涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的涂料耐水性能好,可长时间浸泡在水中,室内墙壁有污垢可用水冲刷,漆膜无损,无有害物质挥发,各原料复配,粘结性强,附着力强,漆膜坚固,经久耐用。本发明的粘结助剂中加入的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚具有保温隔热效果,醋丙乳液与紫檀木微粉、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、偏硅酸钠、硅胶混合改性可以有效提高粘结强度,增强涂层表面抗性和稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种多聚物外墙涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
丙烯酸十三氟辛酯2、2,2-二溴-3-氰基丙酰胺2、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛0.6、聚乳酸2、聚丙烯酸甲酯2、1,4-环己烷二甲醇3、钛酸钾2、二硫化二苯并噻唑0.6、方解石粉14、纳米碳粉2-3、过硫酸钠0.7、丙烯酸戊酯160、醋酸乙烯酯200、乳化剂OP-10 2-3、去离子水700、粘结助剂4;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
醋丙乳液37、紫檀木微粉1、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3、偏硅酸钠1、硅胶2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵0.8、去离子水15;
将硅胶、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合,搅拌均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,在70℃下搅拌混合5分钟,加入到醋丙乳液中,搅拌均匀;
将偏硅酸钠与紫檀木微粉混合加入到去离子水中,升高温度为50℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,400转/分搅拌分散20分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种如权利要求1所述的多聚物外墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸钠加入上述去离子水重量的15%,搅拌溶解,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取乳化剂op-10,加入剩余去离子水重量的80%,在60℃下保温搅拌20分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸戊酯重量的40%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的50%、丙烯酸十三氟辛酯混合,加入上述预乳液,在65℃下搅拌混合35分钟,升高温度为75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,待乳液呈蓝相,保温70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸戊酯、醋酸乙烯酯混合,在70℃下保温搅拌30分钟,得混合单体;
(5)取钛酸钾,加入剩余去离子水重量的30%,搅拌均匀,加入1,4-环己烷二甲醇,在60℃下保温搅拌10分钟,冷却至常温,得液a;
(6)在上述种子乳液中加滴加混合单体,滴加时间为120分钟,滴加完毕后,加入上述液a,搅拌均匀,在90℃下保温60分钟,冷却,用250目筛网过滤出料;
(7)将上述步骤(6)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述多聚物外墙涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种多聚物外墙涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
丙烯酸十三氟辛酯2-4、2,2-二溴-3-氰基丙酰胺1-2、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛0.6-1、聚乳酸1-2、聚丙烯酸甲酯2-3、1,4-环己烷二甲醇1-3、钛酸钾1-2、二硫化二苯并噻唑0.6-1、方解石粉10-14、纳米碳粉2-3、过硫酸钠0.7-2、丙烯酸戊酯120-160、醋酸乙烯酯140-200、乳化剂OP-10 2-3、去离子水500-700、粘结助剂4-6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
醋丙乳液30-37、紫檀木微粉1-2、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2-3、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-3、偏硅酸钠1-2、硅胶1-2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵0.8-1、去离子水10-15;
将硅胶、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合,搅拌均匀后加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,在60-70℃下搅拌混合3-5分钟,加入到醋丙乳液中,搅拌均匀;
将偏硅酸钠与紫檀木微粉混合加入到去离子水中,升高温度为50-60℃,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,300-400转/分搅拌分散10-20分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的多聚物外墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸钠加入上述去离子水重量的10-15%,搅拌溶解,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取乳化剂op-10,加入剩余去离子水重量的70-80%,在50-60℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取上述丙烯酸戊酯重量的30-40%、醋酸乙烯酯重量的40-50%、丙烯酸十三氟辛酯混合,加入上述预乳液,在60-65℃下搅拌混合30-35分钟,升高温度为70-75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,待乳液呈蓝相,保温60-70分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)将剩余的丙烯酸戊酯、醋酸乙烯酯混合,在65-70℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,得混合单体;
(5)取钛酸钾,加入剩余去离子水重量的20-30%,搅拌均匀,加入1,4-环己烷二甲醇,在50-60℃下保温搅拌3-10分钟,冷却至常温,得液a;
(6)在上述种子乳液中加滴加混合单体,滴加时间为90-120分钟,滴加完毕后,加入上述液a,搅拌均匀,在80-90℃下保温50-60分钟,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(7)将上述步骤(6)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述多聚物外墙涂料。
