本发明公开了一种高温型保温涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:钙沸石4-6、陶瓷纤维2-4、尼龙酸甲酯2-4、8-羟基喹啉铜0.7-1、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯4-10、六溴环十二烷0.6-1、陶土10-12、马来酸酐1-2、磷酸二氢铝1-3、三氯异氰尿酸0.4-1、六甲基环三硅氧烷80-100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯60-100、甲基丙烯酸乙酯50-60、丙烯酸己酯130-200、去离子水500-600、过硫酸钾2-4、op-103-4、饱和十八碳酰胺2-3、粘结助剂3-6,本发明的涂料加入的陶瓷纤维等可以有利于降低该保温涂料的干密度、提高耐火等级、改善热震稳定性,加入的各种原料可以有效的促进纤维的相容性,本发明的涂料强度高,耐候性好。

技术领域
    本发明主要涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种高温型保温涂料。 
背景技术
    涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能(如绝缘、防腐、标志等)的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料的总称,包括油(性)漆、水性漆、粉末涂料。漆是可流动的液体涂料,包括油(性)漆及水性漆。油漆是以有机溶剂为介质或高固体、无溶剂的油性漆。水性漆是可用水溶解或用水分散的涂料。涂料作为家庭装修的主材之一,在装饰装修中占的比例较大,购买涂料的合格与否直接影响到整体装修效果和居室的环境,有时甚至会对人体的健康产生极大的危害。目前随着各种各样涂料的产生,对涂料的品质要求也不断提高,而不断提高涂料质量对于建筑、生活都可以起到很大的帮助作用。 
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种高温型保温涂料。 
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
一种高温型保温涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
钙沸石4-6、陶瓷纤维2-4、尼龙酸甲酯2-4、8- 羟基喹啉铜0.7-1、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯4-10、六溴环十二烷0.6-1、陶土10-12、马来酸酐1-2、磷酸二氢铝1-3、三氯异氰尿酸0.4-1、六甲基环三硅氧烷80-100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯60-100、甲基丙烯酸乙酯50-60、丙烯酸己酯130-200、去离子水500-600、过硫酸钾2-4、op-10 3-4、饱和十八碳酰胺2-3、粘结助剂3-6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
硅丙乳液30-36、生石膏微粉2-3、聚乙烯醇3-4、过硫酸钾1-2、氨基树脂0.7-1、纳米麦饭石粉3-4、聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯2-3、去离子水16-20;
将生石膏微粉、聚乙烯醇混合,在70-80℃下保温搅拌5-10分钟,加入过硫酸钾,搅拌至常温,加入硅丙乳液重量的50-60%,60-100转/分搅拌分散2-4分钟;
将氨基树脂加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯,100-200转/分搅拌分散6-10分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,300-400转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种如权利要求1所述的高温型保温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 
(1)取上述甲基丙烯酸丁酯重量的50-60%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯重量的40-50%、丙烯酸己酯重量的50-60%混合,搅拌均匀后加入二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,在50-60℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,冷却至常温,得单体a; 
(2)将剩余的甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸己酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯与六甲基环三硅氧烷混合,在60-70℃下保温搅拌6-10分钟,得单体b; 
(3)取过硫酸钾,加入上述去离子水重量的10-20%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液; 
(4)取op-10与剩余去离子水重量的10-20%混合,加入引发剂溶液、饱和十八碳酰胺,升高至温度为60-70℃,保温搅拌20-30分钟,滴加上述单体a,在2-4小时内滴完,滴加完毕后在上述温度下保温20-30分钟,得种子乳液; 
(5)在上述种子乳液中滴加单体b,滴加时间为100-120分钟,滴加完毕后,在70-80℃下保温1-2小时,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料; 
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述高温型保温涂料。  
本发明的优点是: 
    本发明的涂料加入的陶瓷纤维等可以有利于降低该保温涂料的干密度、提高耐火等级、改善热震稳定性,加入的各种原料可以有效的促进纤维的相容性,本发明的涂料强度高,耐候性好。本发明的粘结助剂中加入的生石膏微粉和聚乙烯醇,可以有效的改善涂层表面的质感,与过硫酸钾、硅丙乳液混合,具有很好的粘结性,增强涂膜的抗剥离强度和稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1 
一种高温型保温涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
钙沸石4、陶瓷纤维2、尼龙酸甲酯2、8- 羟基喹啉铜0.7、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯10、六溴环十二烷0.6、陶土12、马来酸酐2、磷酸二氢铝3、三氯异氰尿酸0.4、六甲基环三硅氧烷100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯100、甲基丙烯酸乙酯60、丙烯酸己酯130-200、去离子水600、过硫酸钾2、op-10 4、饱和十八碳酰胺2、粘结助剂6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
硅丙乳液36、生石膏微粉2、聚乙烯醇3、过硫酸钾2、氨基树脂0.7、纳米麦饭石粉3、聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯2、去离子水20;
将生石膏微粉、聚乙烯醇混合,在80℃下保温搅拌10分钟,加入过硫酸钾,搅拌至常温,加入硅丙乳液重量的60%,100转/分搅拌分散4分钟;
将氨基树脂加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯,200转/分搅拌分散10分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,400转/分搅拌分散15分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种高温型保温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 
(1)取上述甲基丙烯酸丁酯重量的60%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯重量的50%、丙烯酸己酯重量的60%混合,搅拌均匀后加入二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,在60℃下保温搅拌20分钟,冷却至常温,得单体a;
(2)将剩余的甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸己酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯与六甲基环三硅氧烷混合,在70℃下保温搅拌10分钟,得单体b;
(3)取过硫酸钾,加入上述去离子水重量的20%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(4)取op-10与剩余去离子水重量的20%混合,加入引发剂溶液、饱和十八碳酰胺,升高至温度为60℃,保温搅拌20分钟,滴加上述单体a,在2 小时内滴完,滴加完毕后在上述温度下保温30分钟,得种子乳液;
(5)在上述种子乳液中滴加单体b,滴加时间为120分钟,滴加完毕后,在80℃下保温2小时,冷却,用250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述高温型保温涂料。
性能测试: 
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种高温型保温涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
钙沸石4-6、陶瓷纤维2-4、尼龙酸甲酯2-4、8- 羟基喹啉铜0.7-1、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯4-10、六溴环十二烷0.6-1、陶土10-12、马来酸酐1-2、磷酸二氢铝1-3、三氯异氰尿酸0.4-1、六甲基环三硅氧烷80-100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯60-100、甲基丙烯酸乙酯50-60、丙烯酸己酯130-200、去离子水500-600、过硫酸钾2-4、op-10 3-4、饱和十八碳酰胺2-3、粘结助剂3-6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
硅丙乳液30-36、生石膏微粉2-3、聚乙烯醇3-4、过硫酸钾1-2、氨基树脂0.7-1、纳米麦饭石粉3-4、聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯2-3、去离子水16-20;
将生石膏微粉、聚乙烯醇混合,在70-80℃下保温搅拌5-10分钟,加入过硫酸钾,搅拌至常温,加入硅丙乳液重量的50-60%,60-100转/分搅拌分散2-4分钟;
将氨基树脂加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯,100-200转/分搅拌分散6-10分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,300-400转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的高温型保温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述甲基丙烯酸丁酯重量的50-60%、甲基丙烯酸乙酯重量的40-50%、丙烯酸己酯重量的50-60%混合,搅拌均匀后加入二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,在50-60℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,冷却至常温,得单体a;
(2)将剩余的甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸己酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯与六甲基环三硅氧烷混合,在60-70℃下保温搅拌6-10分钟,得单体b;
(3)取过硫酸钾,加入上述去离子水重量的10-20%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(4)取op-10与剩余去离子水重量的10-20%混合,加入引发剂溶液、饱和十八碳酰胺,升高至温度为60-70℃,保温搅拌20-30分钟,滴加上述单体a,在2-4 小时内滴完,滴加完毕后在上述温度下保温20-30分钟,得种子乳液;
(5)在上述种子乳液中滴加单体b,滴加时间为100-120分钟,滴加完毕后,在70-80℃下保温1-2小时,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述高温型保温涂料。
