本发明公开了一种具有祛痰止咳功效的芒果西米露的制备方法。本发明用法简单,具有一定的保健功效,营养价值高。本发明由以下原料构成:西米50-100、芒果20-30、蜂蜜20-30、川贝母3-5、枇杷叶5-6、枸杞3-5、甘草4-5、水适量。本发明的一种祛痰止咳芒果西米露,酸甜可口,能够消炎润肺,祛痰止咳;制作工艺简单环保,添加川贝母、枇杷叶、枸杞等中药材,具有很好的祛痰止咳的效果。

本发明主要涉及食品及其制备方法的技术领域,尤其涉及一种祛痰止咳芒果西米露。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对食品饮品的要求也越来越高,在注重食物味道口感的同时,更加重要其保健功能,但目前市场上功能性食品种类并不丰富。传统的西米露是一种常见的饮品,常佐椰汁饮用,口感顺滑,但不具有保健功能。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种祛痰止咳芒果西米露,本发明用法简单,工艺环保,且具有很好的保健功能,老少皆宜。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种祛痰止咳芒果西米露,其特征在于:由以下原料组成:西米50-100、芒果20-30、蜂蜜20-30、川贝母3-5、枇杷叶5-6、枸杞3-5、甘草4-5、水适量。
其制备方法为:
(1)将适量水烧开;
(2)将所述重量份西米倒入沸水中,转文火并不断搅拌至透明状,捞出,过冷水后沥干备用;
(3)将所述重量份芒果洗净去皮后,切成块状,备用;
(4)将所述重量份川贝母、枇杷叶、枸杞、甘草用2-3倍水浸泡12小时后,加适量水加热浸提,浸提后过滤浓缩;
(5)将中药浓缩液倒入煮好的西米中,顺时针搅拌均匀,冷却温度至30-40度后,加入块状芒果及所述重量份蜂蜜,即得芒果西米露。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
1、本配方中,芒果具有祛痰止咳,降低胆固醇、甘油三酯,抗菌消炎的作用;川贝母具有清热润肺,化痰止咳的作用;枇杷叶具有清肺祛痰,和胃降逆的作用;枸杞味甘性平,具有养肝滋肾润肺的作用;甘草具有益气补中,缓急止痛,润肺止咳,泻火解毒,调和诸药的作用。
2、本发明提供的制备方法,能够将中药材组分当中的有效成析出,与水果食物相结合,制作方法简便易行,味道酸甜可口,保健功能较好,适用于家庭自制,便于推广。

以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种祛痰止咳芒果西米露,由以下原料组成:西米100克、芒果30克、蜂蜜30克、川贝母5克、枇杷叶6克、枸杞5克、甘草5克、水适量。
一种祛痰止咳芒果西米露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将适量水烧开;
(2)将所述重量份西米倒入沸水中,转文火并不断搅拌,7-8分钟后,西米由白色转至透明状,将西米捞出,过冷水后沥干备用;
(3)将所述重量份芒果洗净去皮后,切成直径约1-1.5cm的块状,备用;
(4)将所述重量份川贝母、枇杷叶、枸杞、甘草用2-3倍冷水浸泡12小时后,加适量水加热浸提,浸提后过滤浓缩;
(5)将中药浓缩液倒入煮好的西米中,顺时针搅拌均匀,冷却温度至30-40度后,加入块状芒果及所述重量份蜂蜜,即得芒果西米露。
实施例2:
一种祛痰止咳芒果西米露,由以下原料组成:西米50克、芒果20克、蜂蜜20克、川贝母3克、枇杷叶5克、枸杞4克、甘草4克、水适量。

1.一种祛痰止咳芒果西米露,其特征在于:由以下原料组成:西米50-100、芒果20-30、蜂蜜20-30、川贝母3-5、枇杷叶5-6、枸杞3-5、甘草4-5、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛痰止咳芒果西米露,其特征在于,所述的制备方法为:
