Abstract

本发明公开一种防晕车保健饮料及其制备方法,其配方为:草莓10~20份、乌梅10~20份、酸梅10~20份、山楂6~12份、草果6~12份、柑皮6~12份、白芷4~8份、当归4~8份、甘草4~8份、食盐3~5份、蔗糖10~20份、蜂蜜5~10份。其制备方法为:经过鲜果提汁与发酵醪液混合,再于蜂蜜和食盐进行调配制得饮料。该饮料饮用后防治晕车效果好,营养丰富,无毒副作用,还具有敛汗止泻祛湿,可预防流汗过多而耗气伤阴,又能生津解渴,健胃消食等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,具体涉及一种防晕车保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
晕车是一种常见多发的晕动病。是由于各种原因所致交通工具摇摆、颠簸、旋转、加速运动等,引起乘客各种不适的疾病。常表现在乘客乘坐交通工具数分钟至数小时后发生,初时感觉上腹不适,继有恶心,面色苍白,出冷汗,随后有眩晕,精神抑郁,唾液分泌增多和呕吐。可能伴有血压下降,呼吸深而慢,眼球震颤,严重呕吐引起失水和电解质紊乱。症状一般在停止运行或减速后数分钟内消失或减轻,亦有持续数天后才逐渐恢复,并伴有精神萎靡,四肢无力。尤其在外出或旅游观光时,很容易引起情绪以及带来身体上的种种不适,甚至还影响身边的人。目前,防治晕动病多采用药物,主要为镇静止吐药(如安定、乘晕宁等),能够很好抑制神经中枢兴奋,缓解消化道痉挛,加上这些药物多有口干、嗜睡等副作用,而且需要在指定的药店才能购买。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防晕车保健饮料及其制备方法,该饮料饮用后防治晕车效果好,营养丰富,无毒副作用,还具有敛汗止泻祛湿,可预防流汗过多而耗气伤阴,又能生津解渴,健胃消食等功效。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种防晕车保健饮料,包括以下重量份原料制得:草莓10~20份、乌梅10~20份、酸梅10~20份、山楂6~12份、草果6~12份、柑皮6~12份、白芷4~8份、当归4~8份、甘草4~8份、食盐3~5份、蔗糖10~20份、蜂蜜5~10份。
优选的,原料重量份为:草莓15份、乌梅15份、酸梅15份、山楂9份、草果9份、柑皮9份、白芷6份、当归6份、甘草6份、食盐4份、蔗糖15份、蜂蜜8份。
上述所述的防晕车保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份称取草莓、乌梅和酸梅,破碎压榨,用稀乙醇溶液提取,回收尽乙醇,分离出汁液和料渣;
2)按重量份称取山楂、草果、柑皮、白芷、当归和甘草,并与料渣混合,粉碎过80目筛,再加入3~5倍水、蔗糖和0.01~1%的酵母菌,于30~35℃的温度下发酵3~5小时,取出发酵醪液,采用超滤膜过滤,即得发酵液;
3)发酵液和汁液混合,用水勾兑至酒精含量为3~7%(v/v),,静置沉淀1~2天,取上层清液,再与蜂蜜、食盐进行调配后,采用巴氏消毒法灭菌,灌装,即可。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明以多种水果及中草药为原料,经过鲜果提汁与发酵醪液混合,再于蜂蜜和食盐进行调配制得饮料,酸甜可口,味道醇厚,无毒副作用,能够充分发挥原料的营养价值,达到快速防治晕车效果的同时,还具有敛汗止泻祛湿,可预防流汗过多而耗气伤阴,又能生津解渴,健胃消食等功效,无毒副作用,而且方便购买。
具体实施方式
下面以具体选实施例作进一步说明,但本发明不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种防晕车保健饮料,其配方为:草莓15份、乌梅15份、酸梅15份、山楂9份、草果9份、柑皮9份、白芷6份、当归6份、甘草6份、食盐4份、蔗糖15份、蜂蜜8份。
本实施例防晕车保健饮料的制备方法,其步骤为:
1)按重量份称取草莓、乌梅和酸梅,破碎压榨,用稀乙醇溶液提取,回收尽乙醇,分离出汁液和料渣;
2)按重量份称取山楂、草果、柑皮、白芷、当归和甘草,并与料渣混合,粉碎过80目筛,再加入4倍水、蔗糖和0.5%的酵母菌,于33℃的温度下发酵4小时,取出发酵醪液,采用超滤膜过滤,即得发酵液;
3)发酵液和汁液混合,用水勾兑至酒精含量为5%(v/v),,静置沉淀2天,取上层清液,再与蜂蜜、食盐进行调配后,采用巴氏消毒法灭菌,灌装,即可。
实施例2
一种防晕车保健饮料,其配方为:草莓20份、乌梅16份、酸梅10份、山楂12份、草果9份、柑皮6份、白芷8份、当归6份、甘草4份、食盐5份、蔗糖16份、蜂蜜5份。
本实施例防晕车保健饮料的制备方法,其步骤为:
1)按重量份称取草莓、乌梅和酸梅,破碎压榨,用稀乙醇溶液提取,回收尽乙醇,分离出汁液和料渣;
2)按重量份称取山楂、草果、柑皮、白芷、当归和甘草,并与料渣混合,粉碎过80目筛,再加入5倍水、蔗糖和1%的酵母菌,于35℃的温度下发酵3小时,取出发酵醪液,采用超滤膜过滤,即得发酵液;
3)发酵液和汁液混合,用水勾兑至酒精含量为7%(v/v),,静置沉淀2天,取上层清液,再与蜂蜜、食盐进行调配后,采用巴氏消毒法灭菌,灌装,即可。
实施例3
一种防晕车保健饮料,其配方为:草莓16份、乌梅10份、酸梅20份、山楂8份、草果6份、柑皮12份、白芷6份、当归4份、甘草8份、食盐4份、蔗糖10份、蜂蜜10份。
本实施例防晕车保健饮料的制备方法,其步骤为:

1.一种防晕车保健饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料制得:草莓10~20份、乌梅10~20份、酸梅10~20份、山楂6~12份、草果6~12份、柑皮6~12份、白芷4~8份、当归4~8份、甘草4~8份、食盐3~5份、蔗糖10~20份、蜂蜜5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防晕车保健饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料制得:草莓15份、乌梅15份、酸梅15份、山楂9份、草果9份、柑皮9份、白芷6份、当归6份、甘草6份、食盐4份、蔗糖15份、蜂蜜8份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防晕车保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
