Abstract
本发明公开了一种护肝益肾的竹盐的制备方法,采用中药成分熬成中药汁后干燥成中药粉,同时将海盐与中药粉以及加入竹筒中进行煅烧,并通过温度的控制,保证了竹盐的质量。本发明提供的采用本改进方法进行竹盐生产,烘烤的温度较均匀,食盐的热裂解程度基本一致、质量较稳定,且污染小,制得的产品质量好,同时通过将中药粉与海盐一起烘制,制得竹盐具有护肝益肾的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种竹盐的制备方法,特别涉及一种护肝益肾的竹盐的制备方法。
背景技术
竹盐是以海盐与竹子为原料经过特殊工艺制成的具有保健功能和药用疗效的物质。我国古代就有关于竹盐制备方法的记载。将海盐放到新鲜的竹筒中,用黄泥浆封住竹筒两端,高温烘烤,使竹筒内的海盐与竹汁结合,然后升温脱水,多次高温煅烧。以此工艺得到的竹盐,可以在消化不良时用作“消化剂”,受伤时用作“止血剂”,还可以刷牙,洗眼。现代科学研究表明,竹汁含有多种微量元素,如硅、锌、硒、锗、铁等;含有丰富维生素及多糖,能
促进新陈代谢,活化人体细胞,使人体机能达到一个稳定平衡,从而保持人体健康,具有排
毒解酒、养颜、止咳化痰、止血消痔、消脂降压、防癌抗癌等诸多功效。竹盐在口腔保健方面也有应用,如竹盐牙膏。因此对竹盐做进一步地研究,得到更好的保健作用的竹盐显得尤文必要。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种护肝益肾的竹盐的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种护肝益肾的竹盐的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜竹叶和嫩竹笋,放入榨汁机中进行榨汁;
(2)将党参、黄芪、枸杞、泽泻、丹皮、五味子、麦冬、人参的混合物加水采用文火进行熬制,熬制成浓汁,并经过喷雾干燥等步骤制得混合中药粉;
(3)将矿盐或者海盐干粉与步骤(2)得到的中药粉混合,搅拌均匀成混合物,矿盐或者海盐与混合中药粉的重量比为5:1-4:1;
(4)选用新鲜甜竹,将其裁成长度相同的竹段,每个竹段保留一个竹节,然后把步骤(3)得到的盐药混合物盛入竹段中,盐药混合物的盛入量为竹段体积的65-75%;然后用无污染的黄泥浆封口;
(5)将上述用泥浆封口的竹段置于陶瓷器皿中,向陶瓷器皿中加入海盐干粉重量8%-10%的松香,然后进行高温煅烧,600~720℃煅烧3-4小时,然后保温1-2小时;然后降温到400-480℃,重复3-5次;
(6)将上述产品进行冷却至100-150℃后保温2-4小时,然后自然冷却至常温,取出陶瓷器皿,从竹段中取出已变成晶体块状的竹盐;
(7)将上述晶体状的竹盐经过整理粉碎后得到竹盐产品。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(2)中的中药混合物的各成分含量为: 党参2-6份、黄芪4-7份、枸杞12-14份、泽泻4-8份、丹皮4-7份、五味子2-4份、麦冬3-5份、人参7-9份。
本发明提供的采用本改进方法进行竹盐生产,烘烤的温度较均匀,食盐的热裂解程度基本一致、质量较稳定,且污染小,制得的产品质量好,同时通过将中药粉与海盐一起烘制,制得竹盐具有护肝益肾的作用。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种护肝益肾的竹盐的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜竹叶和嫩竹笋,放入榨汁机中进行榨汁;
(2)将党参2份、黄芪4份、枸杞12份、泽泻4份、丹皮4份、五味子2份、麦冬3份、人参7份的混合物加水采用文火进行熬制,熬制成浓汁,并经过喷雾干燥等步骤制得混合中药粉;
(3)将海盐干粉与步骤(2)得到的中药粉混合,搅拌均匀成混合物,海盐与混合中药粉的重量比为5:1;
(4)选用新鲜甜竹,将其裁成长度相同的竹段,每个竹段保留一个竹节,然后把步骤(3)得到的盐药混合物盛入竹段中,盐药混合物的盛入量为竹段体积的65%;然后用无污染的黄泥浆封口;
(5)将上述用泥浆封口的竹段置于陶瓷器皿中,向陶瓷器皿中加入海盐干粉重量8%的松香,然后进行高温煅烧,600℃煅烧3小时,然后保温1小时;然后降温到400℃,重复3次;

(2)将党参4份、黄芪5份、枸杞13份、泽泻6份、丹皮5份、五味子3份、麦冬4份、人参8份的混合物加水采用文火进行熬制,熬制成浓汁,并经过喷雾干燥等步骤制得混合中药粉;
(3)将海盐干粉与步骤(2)得到的中药粉混合,搅拌均匀成混合物,海盐与混合中药粉的重量比为5:1;
(4)选用新鲜甜竹,将其裁成长度相同的竹段,每个竹段保留一个竹节,然后把步骤(3)得到的盐药混合物盛入竹段中,盐药混合物的盛入量为竹段体积的70%;然后用无污染的黄泥浆封口;
(5)将上述用泥浆封口的竹段置于陶瓷器皿中,向陶瓷器皿中加入海盐干粉重量9%的松香,然后进行高温煅烧,660℃煅烧3-4小时,然后保温1.5小时;然后降温到460℃,重复4次;
(6)将上述产品进行冷却至130℃后保温3小时,然后自然冷却至常温,取出陶瓷器皿,从竹段中取出已变成晶体块状的竹盐;
(7)将上述晶体状的竹盐经过整理粉碎后得到竹盐产品。
实施例3:
一种护肝益肾的竹盐的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜竹叶和嫩竹笋,放入榨汁机中进行榨汁;
(2)将党参6份、黄芪7份、枸杞14份、泽泻8份、丹皮7份、五味子4份、麦冬5份、人参9份的混合物加水采用文火进行熬制,熬制成浓汁,并经过喷雾干燥等步骤制得混合中药粉;
(3)将矿盐或者海盐干粉与步骤(2)得到的中药粉混合,搅拌均匀成混合物,矿盐或者海盐与混合中药粉的重量比为4:1;
(4)选用新鲜甜竹,将其裁成长度相同的竹段,每个竹段保留一个竹节,然后把步骤(3)得到的盐药混合物盛入竹段中,盐药混合物的盛入量为竹段体积的75%;然后用无污染的黄泥浆封口;
(5)将上述用泥浆封口的竹段置于陶瓷器皿中,向陶瓷器皿中加入海盐干粉重量10%的松香,然后进行高温煅烧, 720℃煅烧4小时,然后保温2小时;然后降温到480℃,重复5次;
(6)将上述产品进行冷却至150℃后保温4小时,然后自然冷却至常温,取出陶瓷器皿,从竹段中取出已变成晶体块状的竹盐;
(7)将上述晶体状的竹盐经过整理粉碎后得到竹盐产品。

Claims (2)
1.一种护肝益肾的竹盐的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜竹叶和嫩竹笋,放入榨汁机中进行榨汁;
(2)将党参、黄芪、枸杞、泽泻、丹皮、五味子、麦冬、人参的混合物加水采用文火进行熬制,熬制成浓汁,并经过喷雾干燥等步骤制得混合中药粉;
(3)将矿盐或者海盐干粉与步骤(2)得到的中药粉混合,搅拌均匀成混合物,矿盐或者海盐与混合中药粉的重量比为5:1-4:1;
(4)选用新鲜甜竹,将其裁成长度相同的竹段,每个竹段保留一个竹节,然后把步骤(3)得到的盐药混合物盛入竹段中,盐药混合物的盛入量为竹段体积的65-75%;然后用无污染的黄泥浆封口;
(5)将上述用泥浆封口的竹段置于陶瓷器皿中,向陶瓷器皿中加入海盐干粉重量8%-10%的松香,然后进行高温煅烧,600~720℃煅烧3-4小时,然后保温1-2小时;然后降温到400-480℃,重复3-5次;
(6)将上述产品进行冷却至100-150℃后保温2-4小时,然后自然冷却至常温,取出陶瓷器皿,从竹段中取出已变成晶体块状的竹盐;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种护肝益肾的竹盐的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中的中药混合物的各成分含量为: 党参2-6份、黄芪4-7份、枸杞12-14份、泽泻4-8份、丹皮4-7份、五味子2-4份、麦冬3-5份、人参7-9份。
