五谷坚果方便酱及制备工艺是由:以去皮玉米、东北大豆、香米、薏米、小米、花生米、白芝麻、核桃仁、榛子仁、山杏仁、调味料油、酱油、食用盐。以50千克“五谷坚果方便酱”为例:去皮玉米10千克、东北大豆20千克、香米1千克、薏米1千克、小米10千克、花生米1千克、白芝麻1千克、核桃仁1千克、榛子仁1千克、山杏仁1千克、料油1千克、酱油1千克、食用盐1千克。精选分类:水洗、烘干、炒熟,用特制粉碎机磨成粉状,超强冷冻配齐料包,包装为产品,不影响食用酱的各种食用制作方法,即能增加食用酱的营养成份,又能改善食用品质,强化营养、食疗、保健、口味纯香、食用方便。

本发明涉及一种改善食用酱,强化营养、食疗、保健、特殊口味的配方及制备工艺。
背景技术:
目前市场上出售的各种食用酱,均使用传统的制做方式方法,如欲调整营养成份或口味,均采用制作时添加调料的方式,因添加原料居家无法精细加工,而影响食用口感、口味,且制做食品时不能使用统一标准,不能成批生产。
发明内容:
为了克服传统食用酱的品种单一,家庭食用时随意添加原料口味不好,营养成份不全,且不能大批量生产的不足,本发明提供一种以多种五谷杂粮、豆类、坚果的配方及制备工艺,即能增加食用酱的营养成份,又能改善食用酱的品质,且彻底改变了中国几千年的传统食用酱的制做方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:以去皮玉米、大豆、香米、薏米、小米、花生米、白芝麻、核桃仁、榛子仁、山杏仁、调味料油、酱油、食用盐。以50千克“五谷坚果方便酱”为例:去皮玉米10千克、东北大豆20千克、香米1千克、薏米1千克、小米10千克、花生米1千克、白芝麻1千克、核桃仁1千克、榛子仁1千克、山杏仁1千克、料油1千克、酱油1千克、食用盐1千克。
50千克原料进行精选分类:水洗、烘干、炒熟,用特制粉碎机磨成粉状,超强冷冻,包装为产品。
