一种苹果鸡翅的制作方法。本发明是为了让喜爱它的人们可以自己制作品尝,而提供一种苹果鸡翅的制作方法。本发明是由下述方法实现的,鸡翅10个,苹果1个,植物油、盐、生抽、白醋、番茄酱、白糖各适量。将苹果去皮、去核,切成大块,取一碗加入适量番茄酱、生抽、糖、白醋盐搅拌均匀成料汁;锅中注入少量的油,下入姜片,再下入焯水的鸡翅煎制;煎制一面金黄后翻面,再加入苹果一同煎制两面都金黄,加入料汁;倒入适量的开水,没过鸡翅,大火烧开,转中火,焖至10分钟;收干汤汁即可。

本发明目的在于:为了让喜爱它的人们可以自己制作品尝,而提供一种苹果鸡翅的制作方法。本发明技术方案是:鸡翅10个,苹果1个,植物油、盐、生抽、白醋、番茄酱、白糖各适量。具体实施方法: 将苹果去皮、去核,切成大块,取一碗加入适量番茄酱、生抽、糖、白醋盐搅拌均匀成料汁;锅中注入少量的油,下入姜片,再下入焯水的鸡翅煎制;煎制一面金黄后翻面,再加入苹果一同煎制两面都金黄,加入料汁;倒入适量的开水,没过鸡翅,大火烧开,转中火,焖至10分钟;收干汤汁即可。
