本发明设计一种酸果罐头,属于食品罐头领域。现在人们对食物的追求必然向小量发展,对食品的要求从过去的填充裹腹转变到对口感、品质、营养、品牌的追求。一种酸果罐头,由山楂肉,柑橘汁,石榴,李子肉,糖,水和添加剂组成,山楂肉与李子肉份数之比5:1;石榴1个;柑橘汁与水份数之比为1:15,经过原料选择—处理原料—制作浆水—灌装加热—真空密封--灭菌---保藏工艺制成,其制作浆水,用水与柑橘汁配合,添加添加剂包含酸味剂,增稠剂,木糖醇后加入糖,使糖水浓度保持在20%左右,最后把处理好的石榴粒加入,搅拌均匀,添加剂中含量最多的是酸味剂。

本发明设计一种酸果罐头,属于食品罐头领域。
技术背景
随着计划生育后一代的成熟,城市化速度的加快,人口的流动速度加快,传统家庭多人家庭产生裂便,单身、情侣或三口之家等等家庭形式越来越多,对于食品的购买不再是家庭主妇的专利。这样,五口之家和情侣之家在对食物的追求上必然向小量发展。 
过去人们对食品的要求是有吃的,吃饱肚子,对应市场上出的食品都是对食物的简单加工居多。但随着消费观念的变化,人们对食品的要求从过去的填充裹腹转变到对口感、品质、营养、品牌的追求,食品也出现多样化的趋势,各种加工方式的食品不断出现并带给消费者冲击。
发明内容
     本发明针对现在社会的现状,对食物的追求上必然向小量发展,对食品的要求从过去的填充裹腹转变到对口感、品质、营养、品牌的追求。
 一种酸果罐头,由山楂肉,柑橘汁,石榴,李子肉,糖,水和添加剂组成,山楂肉与李子肉份数之比5:1;石榴1个;柑橘汁与水份数之比为1:15,经过原料选择—处理原料—制作浆水—灌装加热—真空密封--灭菌---保藏工艺制成,其制作浆水,用水与柑橘汁配合,添加添加剂包含酸味剂,增稠剂,木糖醇后加入糖,使糖水浓度保持在20%左右,最后把处理好的石榴粒加入,搅拌均匀,添加剂中含量最多的是酸味剂,给人爽快的感觉,可增进食欲。一般具有防腐效用,又有助于溶解纤维素及钙、磷等物质,帮助消化,增加营养。
   本发明的有益效果在于一种产品富含多种水果,符合目前人群的需求,量小而物多的效果,并且本发明在于酸,给人爽快的感觉,可增进食欲,小孩,孕妇,老人都有相应的好处。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸果罐头,糖水浓度一般在20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸果罐头,经过原料选择—处理原料—制作浆水—灌装加热—真空密封--灭菌---保藏工艺制成,其制作浆水,用水与柑橘汁配合,添加添加剂包含酸味剂,增稠剂,木糖醇后加入糖,最后把处理好石榴粒加入,搅拌均匀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸果罐头,添加剂中含量最多的是酸味剂。
