本发明涉及到一种口感酸酸甜甜、具有梨特有的香浓味冰糖香梨饮料。
背景技术
香梨含有蛋白质,脂肪,糖、粗纤维,钙,磷、铁等矿物质,多种维生素等,具有降低血压、养阴清热的功效;患高血压、心脏病、肝炎、肝硬化的病人,经常吃些梨大有益处。能促进食欲,帮助消化,并由利尿通便和解热的作用。可用于高热时补充水分和营养。冰糖具有补中益气、和胃润肺、止咳化痰的作用,并且有去火的功效,冰糖是如肝和肺经的优良产品。因香梨水果具有一定季节性,不易保存,开发满足消费者一年四季对香梨需要的冰糖香梨饮料,具有广阔的市场潜力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能提供多种营养、并且口感好香味浓的冰糖香梨饮料。
本发明采用的技术方案是;所述冰糖香梨饮料,其特点是;各原料的重量百分比含量为9~12%的香梨汁3~5.5%的白砂糖,2~4%冰糖,1~3‰柠檬酸,0.8~1.3‰的稳定剂,0.1~0.3‰的甜味剂,0.3~0.7‰的梨香料,余量为水。
所的香梨汁采用浓缩汁,稀释后加入白砂糖、冰糖、柠檬酸、稳定剂等混和液中,再加热至80℃保温10分钟,经过滤后打入调配罐中调配至所规定量,然后加入少量香梨料而制成的香香浓浓的冰糖香梨汁饮料。
本发明得有点是;得到的冰糖香梨汁饮料口感酸甜,具备多种营养和保健功效,满足了消费者一年四季对香梨的需要。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
1.配料:严格按照标准配方进行原料称量,10%的香梨汁,5%的白砂糖,3%的冰糖,2‰的柠檬酸,1‰稳定剂,0.2‰甜味剂,0.5‰香梨料其余为水。
2.调配:香梨汁采用浓缩香梨汁,稀释后加入白砂糖、冰糖、柠檬酸、稳定剂、甜味剂及水的混和液中,再加热80℃保温10分钟,经过滤后打入调配罐中调配,然后加入梨香料,再经过过滤、定量、均质、杀菌等工序得到所需的香香浓浓的冰糖香梨汁饮料。
由此得到的冰糖香梨汁饮料口感酸甜,具备多种营养和保健功效,满足了消费者一种四季对香梨的需要。
