具体实施方式
图1是具备本发明的角度头的工具交换装置的立式加工中心的立体图。
立式加工中心1具有在底座10上沿X轴方向移动的工作台20。
在底座10上立设有门形的立柱30,由设在立柱30的前面的导轨来支撑的鞍座40沿Y轴方向移动。
鞍座40的前面配备有沿Z轴方向自由移动的主轴头50,且主轴头50的下端部具备工具主轴70。
在底座10的一侧上设有控制装置80,配备有操作用的操作盘(未图示)。
在底座10的另一侧上配备有工具主轴用自动工具交换装置100,对于工具主轴70自动交换工具T。
本发明的立式加工中心在设有底座10的控制装置80的侧部上配备有角度头收纳装置300。
该角度头收纳装置300收纳能够装卸于工具主轴70的角度头200的同时,还具有自动交换装载于角度头200上的工具的功能。
图2~图4是示出角度头收纳装置300的主要结构的立体图。
角度头收纳装置300,具有基座310,且以将基座310突出于机外的形式装载于立柱30上。基座310的端部上安装有伺服电机320,伺服电机320驱动滚珠螺杆322,且使支撑于导杆312的收纳装置本体支架330滑动,同时定位在工具交换位置和退回位置上。工具交换位置为使收纳装置本体支架330前进之后,使后述的角度头放置台360进入到机内的位置,退回位置为使纳装置本体支架330后退之后,使角度头收纳装置300退回到机外的位置。就这样,加工时退回到机外,工具交换时进入到机内的工具主轴的冲程范围内,从而能够进行工具交换。换言之,无需延长工具主轴70的Y轴冲程,仅将角度头收纳装置300安装至立柱上就能够实现装载于角度头的工具的自动交换。从而能够灵活地对应客户的需求。
在收纳装置本体支架330上,通过导杆332且利用气缸335,在与收纳装置本体支架330的移动方向相同的方向上能够自由往返移动地设置弹鼓安装支架340,且定位在工具装卸位置和弹鼓旋转位置上。工具装卸位置为弹鼓安装支架340的前进端,弹鼓旋转位置为后退端。其中,弹鼓安装支架340的前进以及后退方向与收纳装置本体支架330的前进以及后退方向相同。
弹鼓安装支架340上装载有旋转型弹鼓353以及弹鼓驱动马达355。旋转型弹鼓353具备夹子357,且夹紧交换用的角度加工用工具。角度头用工具自动交换装置350由气缸335,弹鼓安装支架340,旋转型弹鼓353,以及弹鼓驱动马达355形成。
本发明的角度头用工具自动交换装置350能够容纳8个角度加工用工具。
在收纳装置本体支架330上设有角度头放置台360,且邻接于所述角度头放置台360设有松开部件370。角度头放置台360上设有角度头定位销380。
将装载于工具主轴70的角度头200定位在有角度头放置台360之后,对装载于角度头200的工具进行工具交换。并且,立即松开工具主轴,将角度头200放在角度头放置台360上,且也可以收纳在角度头收纳装置300内。
当角度头定位销380交换角度头200的工具时,其通过卡合至设置于角度头200的底部上的孔204来控制角度头200,且具有接收松开部件370的推力的功能。这时,孔204作为卡合部件,以及角度头定位销380作为控制部件来进行操作。通过该结构,即使角度头接收到由于松开工具而增加的外力,制造为小型且轻量型而刚性较差的角度头也不会变形,不仅能够实现可靠的松开操作,而且能够防止将过大的力施加到角度头以及轴承上,所述轴承为通过工具主轴梢部来夹紧角度头的工具主轴的重要构成部件。其结果防止轴承的故障,且防止缩短使用寿命。
图5是示出角度头200和角度头放置台360以及松开部件370的结构的截面图。
角度头200具有旋转自如地支撑于箱体202的柄部210。柄部210被工具主轴70夹紧,驱动。来自箱体202的三个臂部215延伸至除角度头的工具装载面以外正交的三个方向上。臂部215的上端部分别装载有拉钉220,且被主轴头50夹紧,从而支撑角度加工时的切削反作用力。其中,可通过所需的切削力来选择一个臂部。用于支撑加工时的切削反作用力而设置的臂部和拉钉能够支撑松开角度加工用工具T1的外力,也可以用于角度头的工具自动交换上。
柄部210的下端具有锥齿轮230,咬合于锥齿轮230的锥齿轮232驱动正交于柄部210而配置的心轴240。
在心轴240内配备有拉杆250。
心轴240的顶端上配备有角度加工用工具T1,通过筒夹260来夹紧。
在筒夹260通过盘簧252来夹紧工具T1的方向上,即在心轴240的后端方向上,拉杆250时常增势。
松开部件370具备液压活塞372,在液压活塞372的顶端上,通过与盘簧252的增势力对抗来按压拉杆250,从而使拉杆250前进之后,打开筒夹260,且松开工具T1。松开部件370以及角度定位销380形成工具松开操作装置。
图6示出了设置在角度头的箱体202的底部的孔204与插入至该孔204的角度头定位销380的关系。
孔204与角度头定位销380的水平截面形状均为圆形,将其中心配置在通过心轴240的轴线的垂直面上。从而,即使接收到用于松开角度加工用工具T1的施加至拉杆250的外力,也不会产生旋转角度头的旋转力,能够进行稳定的操作。
角度头定位销380在中心即在销的上部具备通风槽。若定位销380卡合于孔204,则从空气供给部件400送出的空气的通风通道太窄,其结果空气的背压上升。其通过气隙传感器410来检测,从而能够确认角度头200是否可靠地入座于角度头放置台360上。通过该座位确认来能够防止未正确入座时将松开用的外力施加至拉杆上而破坏刚性低的角度头的情况。
图7~图14示出了位于角度头收纳装置300的角度头的工具自动交换的工序。
图7,示出了将完成了夹紧在角度头200的角度加工的工具T1交换于容纳在角度头收纳装置300的角度头用工具自动交换装置350的下一个工具T2的准备工序。具体地,图7为根据工具T1完成了角度加工的角度头200将位于水平面内的工具的方向定位在指定的角度,且将工具主轴70定位在Y轴以及Z轴的指定的位置的状态。角度头收纳装置300为待机状态。即图7为将收纳装置本体支架330定位在退回位置,将弹鼓安装支架340定位在弹鼓旋转位置上的状态。
图8示出了操作伺服电机320之后,使装载了角度头用工具自动交换装置350的收纳装置本体支架330沿Y轴方向移动,且定位在工具交换位置的同时,操作气缸335之后,将弹鼓安装支架340定位在工具装卸位置上的状态。
图9示出了将主轴头50沿Z轴方向下降之后,将角度头200入座于角度头放置台360上的同时,将工具T1插入至旋转型弹鼓353的夹子357上的工序。
如图6的说明,角度头200入座于角度头放置台360上之后,通过空气回路来检测装载于角度头放置台360的角度头定位销380是否可靠地插入至角度头200的有底孔204上。
图10通过操作在图5中说明的松开部件370的液压活塞372来推出拉杆250,且松开角度加工用工具T1之后,操作气缸335,且将弹鼓安装支架340定位在弹鼓旋转位置上,并且使旋转型弹鼓353从角度头200中后退之后,将其包含在旋转型弹鼓353的旋转中。
角度头定位销380对抗于活塞372的推出力,控制沿角度头200的心轴240的轴线方向的移动。
图11示出了旋转旋转型弹鼓353之后,使角度加工用下一个工具T2与角度头200相向的状态。
图12示出了操作气缸335之后,使弹鼓安装支架340前进,并将装载于旋转型弹鼓353的角度加工用下一个工具T2插入至角度头200之后,通过操作松开部件370来使活塞372后退,且角度头200的心轴夹紧角度头用下一个工具T2的状态。
图13示出了将主轴头50沿Z轴方向上升的状态。装载有新的角度加工用工具的角度头200开始加工操作。
图14将角度头收纳装置300返回到待机状态。即,示出了将收纳装置本体支架330定位在退回位置,且将弹鼓安装支架340定位在弹鼓旋转位置的状态。
在上述的一系列工序中完成了角度头的工具的自动交换。
如上述,本发明的角度头收纳装置300能够以将角度头200配备在立式加工中心1的状态来对角度头200自动交换工具。
图15是示出工具交换时控制角度头,且接收心轴的轴线方向的力的控制部件的其他例子的说明图。
在本例中,角度头放置台500包括区块510。
自动工具交换时,若角度头200a沿Z轴方向下降,且定位在角度头放置台500上,则角度头200a的箱体的前端部203与区块510相向。
接触传感器520确认角度头200a的座位之后,输出信号S1。当通过松开部件的活塞来按压角度头200a内的拉杆时,区块510接收该按压力,且能够松开角度加工用工具T1。这时,作为控制部件来操作区块510。
图16是示出工具交换时控制角度头,且接收心轴的轴线方向的力的控制部件的其他例子的说明图。
在本例中,角度头放置台600包括槽610。
自动工具交换时,若角度头200b沿Z轴方向下降,且定位在角度头放置台600上,则角度头200b的箱体的突起部205向槽610内部突入。
接触传感器620确认角度头200b的座位之后,输出信号S1。当通过松开部件的活塞来按压角度头200b内的拉杆时,槽610接收该按压力,且能够松开角度加工用工具T1。这时,作为控制部件来操作槽610。
如上述,本发明的立式加工中心能够对装载于工具主轴上的角度头自动交换工具,因此能够进行最适于工作台上的工件的加工。

Claims (8)

1.一种立式加工中心,包括能够在X·Y·Z轴上相对移动的工作台与工具主轴;所述立式加工中心的特征在于,包括:
装卸自如地装载于所述工具主轴上的角度头和工具松开操作装置以及工具交换装置,其中,
所述角度头包括:
柄部,其插入至所述工具主轴上;
心轴,包括与所述柄部的轴线正交的轴线;
箱体,旋转自如地支撑所述柄部和心轴,并在内部具备将柄部的驱动力传送至所述心轴上的传送机构;
筒夹,其夹紧包含于所述心轴上的工具;
拉杆,所述拉杆插入至所述心轴上,且通过前后运动来夹紧或松开所述筒夹;
弹簧机构,其在筒夹夹紧所述拉杆的一侧上增势;
臂部,连结于所述箱体;
拉钉,设在所述臂部上,且主轴头夹紧所述拉钉,其中,所述主轴头装载有所述工具主轴,
所述工具松开操作装置包括:
液压活塞,其按压所述角度头的所述拉杆,
利用所述工具松开操作装置和工具交换装置对装载于所述角度头上的工具进行工具交换。
2.一种立式加工中心,包括能够在X·Y·Z轴上相对移动的工作台与工具主轴;所述立式加工中心的特征在于,包括:
装卸自如地装载于所述工具主轴上的角度头和工具松开操作装置以及工具交换装置,其中,
所述角度头包括:
柄部,其插入至所述工具主轴上;
心轴,包括与所述柄部的轴线正交的轴线;
箱体,旋转自如地支撑所述柄部和心轴,并在内部具备将柄部的驱动力传送至所述心轴上的传送机构;
筒夹,其夹紧包含于所述心轴上的工具;
拉杆,所述拉杆插入至所述心轴上,且通过前后运动来夹紧或松开所述筒夹;
弹簧机构,其在筒夹夹紧所述拉杆的一侧上增势;
所述工具松开操作装置包括:
控制部件,其控制角度头的一部分,且接收施加于所述心轴上的轴线方向的力;
液压活塞,其按压角度头的拉杆,
利用所述工具松开操作装置和工具交换装置对装载于所述角度头上的工具进行工具交换。
3.根据权利要求2所述的立式加工中心,其特征在于,
将力的作用点配置在所述心轴的轴线通过的垂直面上,所述力的作用点为所述控制部件接收所述液压活塞按压拉杆时施加的力。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的立式加工中心,其特征在于,
所述角度头在底面上包括卡合部件,
所述工具松开操作装置包括:
角度头放置台;
控制部件,卡合至设于角度头放置台上的所述卡合部件上
液压活塞,其按压角度头的拉杆。
5.根据权利要求4所述的立式加工中心,其特征在于,
所述卡合部件以及所述控制部件的水平方向上的截面形成为圆形。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的立式加工中心,其特征在于,
将喷嘴设在所述控制部件的上端上,所述喷嘴向所述卡合部件的内部喷射空气,以及,包括:
用于判断控制部件是否准确地卡合于卡合部件上的部件。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的立式加工中心,其特征在于,
所述工具交换装置,能够在所述角度头的所述心轴上的轴线方向上往返移动,且由弹鼓构成,所述弹鼓能够在平行于所述轴线方向上的轴的周围旋转定位。
8.根据权利要求7所述的立式加工中心,其特征在于,
所述工具松开操作装置以及所述工具交换装置装载于立柱上,且在退回位置·交换位置上进出。
