Abstract

[0020]本发明的折弯挡块微调机构的下压气缸驱动可带动推块下移使压柱推动导向块下移,导向块可下压挡块的楔形体部位,折弯挡块定位产品的折弯位置,并且可以细微调整折弯位置,使软排线折弯精度高,从而完成了折弯的动作。其稳定可靠,作业方便,提升了折弯效率。

[0030]实施例,见附图1〜7,一种软排线折弯机构,它包括面板1、载板2、上模装置I和下模装置Π,所述载板安装在面板上,载板上定位有产品,产品是由多个软排线并排连接在一起组成的连板结构产品;所述上模装置安装在面板上部,所述下模装置安装在面板下部。[0031 ]所述上模装置包括竖板3和横板4,竖板和横板垂直固定连接在一起,竖板上设有连接孔和减轻竖板重量的方形槽孔,竖板和横板之间安装有两个加强板5,且加强板位于竖板的背部,便于整个机构的稳定性。
[0032]所述横板上安装有竖向气缸6,竖向气缸的活塞杆从横板上穿过,其活塞杆下端连接一横向连接板7,所述横向连接板下端左右两侧分别安装有一支撑板8,两个支撑板下端连接在一导向固定板9上;所述竖板上设有两条竖向滑轨1,每条竖向滑轨上配合安装有一个竖向滑块,所述导向固定板背部安装在两个竖向滑块上;当竖向气缸驱动带动导向固定板沿着竖向滑轨移动,设有竖向滑轨和竖向滑块可保证导向固定板的移动平稳性。
[0033]所述导向固定板上左右两侧分别安装有一滑动限位块11,竖板上安装有两条滑轨,每条滑轨上配合安装有一个滑块,两个滑动限位块分别对应安装在滑块上。这样向固定板上移时可通过滑动限位块限位。
[0034]所述导向固定板上安装有横向气缸12,且横向气缸位于两个支撑板之间,横向气缸的活塞杆上连接有推板13;所述导向固定板上部两侧分别安装有横向滑轨14,每个横向滑轨上配合安装有以一个横向滑块15,两个横向滑块上安装有一挡块固定座16,所述挡块固定座与推板固定连接在一起;当横向气缸驱动带动挡块固定座沿着横向滑轨移动,设有横向滑轨和横向滑块可保证挡块固定座的移动平稳性。
[0035]所述挡块固定座上并排安装有十二组折弯挡块17,且折弯挡块从所述的导向固定板上穿过;所述折弯挡块包括连接件1701和挡块,连接件上设有安装孔1702,通过安装孔将折弯挡块安装在挡块固定座上,且连接件穿过导向固定板,所述挡块是由三棱柱体1703与楔形体1704组成的一体式结构,挡块位于导向固定板下方。

[0037]所述导向固定板上还安装有一折弯挡块微调机构ΙΠ和十二组导向块19,导向块为带有凸缘的长方体结构,导向固定板上设有与导向块的横截面相匹配的槽孔,导向块插接在槽孔内,且凸缘与导向固定板之间连接有弹簧,弹簧可使导向块复位。
[0038]所述折弯挡块微调机构包括气缸支撑板20、气缸安装板21、下压气缸22、压块23、推块24和压柱25,所述气缸支撑板有两个,分别安装在导向固定板的上部左右两侧,气缸安装板安装在两个气缸支撑板上,所述下压气缸有两组,分别安装在气缸安装板上;所述每组下压气缸的活塞杆穿过气缸安装板与一组压块连接在一起;所述每组压块下方固定连接有一组推块,所述每组推块上安装有六组压柱,所述每组压柱对应一组导向块,压柱位于导向块的正上方;压柱为螺丝,其螺杆部分穿过推块,并露出在推块下方。每组推块上安装有两个导向柱26,共四个导向柱,气缸安装板上安装有四组导套27,且每个导向柱分别从相对应的导套中穿过。
[0039]所述下模装置包括它包括固定座28、导向板29和折弯模30,固定座和导向板分别有两个,分为两组,所述导向板螺接固定在固定座上,导向板和固定座的长度相同,导向板的宽度小于固定座的宽度,每组导向板上设有六组槽孔,折弯模共12组,每个折弯模从相应的槽孔穿过安装在固定座上,折弯模底部安装有弹簧,通过弹簧使折弯模与固定座连接在一起。
[0040]所述下模装置还包括升降气缸31、升降滑轨32、连接板33、水平滑轨34、水平滑块35、水平推块36、水平气缸固定座37和水平气缸38,所述升降气缸有两组,每组对应一组固定座和一组导向板,所述升降气缸安装在升降气缸固定板上,升降气缸的活塞杆与固定座连接在一起;所述连接板位于固定座后方,连接板有一组,连接板上设有四组升降滑轨,每组升降滑轨上配合安装有一种升降滑块,所述每组固定座安装在两组升降滑块上;所述连接板的背部安装有水平滑轨,水平滑轨上配合安装有两组水平滑块,所述水平气缸固定座安装在两组水平滑块上,水平气缸固定座上安装有水平气缸;所述连接板的背部左侧固定安装着水平推块,所述水平气缸的活塞杆与水平推块固定连接在一起。
[0041]所述面板上左右两侧分别设有限位块39,产品定位在载具上后,两侧的折弯挡块与产品的间隙可通过限位块限位。
[0042]本发明工作原理:将成排的产品放置在载板上定位后,竖向气缸驱动,带动导向固定板沿着竖向滑轨移动,可带动预压块和折弯挡块下行到达标准作业位置,预压块压住产品,折弯挡块定位产品的折弯位置,同时折弯挡块微调机构的下压气缸驱动,带动压柱下压导向块,导向块下压折弯挡块可以细微调整折弯位置,然后升降气缸带动折弯模上升将产品折弯90°,水平气缸驱动带动折弯模侧推将产品折弯一定角度,然后折弯挡块由横向气缸带动后退,最后折弯模由升降气缸带动下压将产品折弯成型。

Claims (8)
1.一种软排线折弯机构,它包括面板、载板、上模装置和下模装置,所述载板安装在面板上,载板上定位有产品;所述上模装置安装在面板上部,所述下模装置安装在面板下部,其特征在于:所述上模装置包括竖板和横板,竖板和横板垂直固定连接在一起;所述横板上安装有竖向气缸,竖向气缸的活塞杆从横板上穿过,其活塞杆下端连接一横向连接板,所述横向连接板下端左右两侧分别安装有一支撑板,两个支撑板下端连接在一导向固定板上;所述竖板上设有两条竖向滑轨,每条竖向滑轨上配合安装有一个竖向滑块,所述导向固定板背部安装在两个竖向滑块上; 所述导向固定板上安装有横向气缸,且横向气缸位于两个支撑板之间,横向气缸的活塞杆上连接有推板;所述导向固定板上部两侧分别安装有横向滑轨,每个横向滑轨上配合安装有以一个横向滑块,两个横向滑块上安装有一挡块固定座,所述挡块固定座与推板固定连接在一起; 所述挡块固定座上并排安装有多组折弯挡块,且折弯挡块从所述的导向固定板上穿过;所述导向固定板上安装有多组预压块,且每一组预压块对应一组折弯挡块,且折弯挡块位于预压块的右侧; 所述导向固定板上还安装有一折弯挡块微调机构和多组导向块,所述折弯挡块微调机构包括气缸支撑板、气缸安装板、下压气缸、压块、推块和压柱,所述气缸支撑板有两个,分别安装在导向固定板的上部左右两侧,气缸安装板安装在两个气缸支撑板上,所述下压气缸有两组,分别安装在气缸安装板上;所述每组下压气缸的活塞杆穿过气缸安装板与一组压块连接在一起;所述每组压块下方固定连接有一组推块,所述每组推块上安装有多组压柱,所述每组压柱对应一组导向块,压柱位于导向块的正上方; 所述下模装置包括它包括固定座、导向板和折弯模,所述导向板固定在固定座上,导向板上设有槽孔,折弯模从槽孔穿过安装在固定座上,还包括升降气缸、升降滑轨、连接板、水平滑轨、水平滑块、水平推块、水平气缸固定座和水平气缸,所述升降气缸安装在升降气缸固定板上,升降气缸的活塞杆与固定座连接在一起;所述连接板位于固定座后方,连接板上设有升降滑轨,升降滑轨上配合安装有升降滑块,所述固定座安装在升降滑块上;所述连接板的背部安装有水平滑轨,水平滑轨上配合安装有水平滑块,所述水平气缸固定座安装在水平滑块上,水平气缸固定座固定在面板底部,水平气缸固定座上安装有水平气缸;所述连接板的背部左侧固定安装着水平推块,所述水平气缸的活塞杆与水平推块固定连接在一起; 所述竖向气缸驱动,带动导向固定板沿着竖向滑轨移动,可带动预压块和折弯挡块下行到达标准作业位置,预压块压住产品,折弯挡块定位产品的折弯位置,同时折弯挡块微调机构的下压气缸驱动,带动压柱下压导向块,导向块下压折弯挡块可以细微调整折弯位置,然后升降气缸带动折弯模上升将产品折弯90°,水平气缸驱动带动折弯模侧推将产品折弯一定角度,然后折弯挡块由横向气缸带动后退,最后折弯模由升降气缸带动下压将产品折弯成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种软排线折弯机构,其特征在于:所述产品是由多个软排线并排连接在一起的连板结构,所述面板上左右两侧分别设有限位块,产品定位在载具上后,两侧的折弯挡块与产品的间隙可通过限位块限位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种软排线折弯机构,其特征在于:所述折弯挡块包括连接件和挡块,连接件上设有安装孔,通过安装孔将折弯挡块安装在挡块固定座上,且连接件穿过导向固定板,所述挡块是由三棱柱体与楔形体组成的一体式结构,挡块位于导向固定板下方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种软排线折弯机构,其特征在于:所述导向固定板上左右两侧分别安装有一滑动限位块,竖板上安装有两条滑轨,每条滑轨上配合安装有一个滑块,两个滑动限位块分别对应安装在滑块上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种软排线折弯机构,其特征在于:所述预压块上设有一突出部,突出部上设有安装孔a,导向固定板上设有与预压块外形相对应的槽孔,预压块对应安装在槽孔处,且预压块的下部露出在导向固定板下方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种软排线折弯机构,其特征在于:所述折弯模底部安装有弹簧,通过弹簧使折弯模与固定座连接在一起。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种软排线折弯机构,其特征在于:所述推块上安装有导向柱,气缸安装板上安装有导套,且导向柱从导套中穿过。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种软排线折弯机构,其特征在于:所述压柱为螺丝,其螺杆部分穿过推块,并露出在推块下方。
