Description

本发明涉及一种用于承受扭矩与/或张力、压力或弯曲力的复合空心体。
复合空心体由于例如欧洲专利0    212    130成为公知,其中,一个加强的圆筒附加在一个管件上,使管件保持一个预压力而加强圆筒保持一个预张力。此处的加强圆筒最好由纤维增强材料制成,并且两部分的相互插接是通过将加强圆筒弹性变形地扩张及将管件径向压缩来实现的,在平衡时形成力的连接。
本发明的目的是提供各种复合空心体形式的构件,这些构件结构简单,具有显著的高强度,而且容易制造。
实现此目的的方案是,通过内支撑装置沿径向承受压力,在外面材料层中、基本上沿整个轴向长度建立一个持续存在的周向均匀的预张力。根据各轴向区域的壁厚的分布、局部加压的大小和加压的时间顺序,设定在外面的材料层内、需要时也同时在轴向上持续存在着一个均匀的或不均匀的预压力。
第一种有利的实施例提供一种环贴着外层的、由一种屈服点较低的材料制成的塑性扩张的内层构成的支撑装置。通过这个方案可以提供制造简便的空心体,它们由于内部预应力而具有较高的抗弯和抗扭强度,用作例如曲轴、传动轴或凸轮轴是有利的。通过按照本发明对各种材料的屈服点进行协调,可以按公知的方式通过内部加压而取得新需的应力状态。
第二种有利的实施例提供一种通过多个紧贴外层的部分周边的、由一种屈服点较低的材料制成的塑性扩张的环状件或衬套件特定地跟位于这些环状件之间的成型件结合而构成的支撑装置。用这种方式制造的构件适用于空心体截面并非圆形的场合,连杆即可视为一种可推荐的实例。在确定外部轮廓的构件内嵌入多个随后以公知的方式加以塑性扩张的圆形衬套。外层与内衬套之间的中间空间应以多个成型件来填充,这些成型件具有带相对于回缩力方向起自锁作用的角度的滑动接合面,在相应最外面的相对设置的衬套可以考虑直接用作连杆孔。这样,在扩张时使支承装置变形的力较小,而扩张后的支撑作用很大。在这里的确定外部轮廓的外层中也形成一个均匀的预张力,而内衬套则处于预压力下。空心体的经受预应力的材料结构简单并具有高的形状稳定性。
第三种有利的实施例可能涉及圆形截面的和非圆形截面的复合空体,在外层与一个或多个位于其内的衬套之间设有通过自锁作用而相互支撑着的卡紧件,内层或内衬套的塑性变形材料的屈服点要比外层的小。在此处,通过塑性扩张,卡紧件向外相对滑动推移、向内则通过自锁并从而防止了回滑而相互支撑着,这样来改变其相互之间的位置使卡紧件由于具有高的抗压强度而决定性地参与维持外层的预应力。其内的塑性变形的材料层将卡紧件可靠地固定在扩张后的位置上。
外层应优先采用具有较高的抗张强度及较高的屈服点的材料,例如调质钢、弹簧钢、钛或纤维增强材料。用于必须能够塑性变形的内层或衬套的材料则建议采用相应挑选的结构钢、碳素钢或非铁金属。外层与内层或内衬套可分别由强度自内向外增大的多个分层构成。中间空间的卡紧件最好采用陶瓷或抗压的紧硬材料,也可用脆性的材料。由于外层和内层之间持续存在着预应力,在各分层之间也建立了附着连接。通过这种附着连接作用,使外层与/或内层或内衬套可分别由多个轴向分立节段构成,当内层及外层出现分离接缝时,这些接缝应当是在轴向上足够远地错开。这样,复合空心体就可以用较短的衬套件构成。
由分立节段轴向组合而成的空心体的复合层的壁厚以及强度参数可以在纵向上分级,这样,依次施加不同的扩张压力,或同时施加相同的扩张压力,可以得出不同的轴向和径向的预应力,后者在各横截面上大致是均匀的。
各内层或内衬套的塑性扩张可通过准静态方式或脉动方式、或爆炸方式产生的内压力进行,最好是靠一个外模从外面支撑住。在这种模具里设有扩张余隙,外层在达到弹性极限以前应贴在非常稳定的模壁上,这样,扩张压力就不一定要限制得很严。
在内层或内衬套内可压入横隔板或类似形式的附加支撑装置,或将这些附加支撑装置做在内衬套里,这些附加支撑装置在横截面发生变化的部位提高径向强度。
在内层及外层分别保持着的预应力也可通过其它的接合方法、特别是热接合(收缩、扩张)、或通过单纯轴向压力连接而产生,此时,内层和外层材料的屈服点的比例的意义下降了。

图1a示出带有一个外衬套1的圆形空心体,该外衬套由多个未详加描述的分层组成,在内部有一个内衬套2紧贴着外衬套。
在图1b中可以见到由多层构成的外衬套1、嵌在其内的内衬套2以及两个在横截面发生变化的部位内与内衬套连成一体的中间隔板3和4。中间隔板3与4呈拱形,使它们在内衬套2的内部沿箭头所示方向加压时塑性变形地被压平以实现提高外衬套1的预应力。
图2a和2c示出一个圆形空心体,外层11由多个分层组成,这些分层没有单独标出。内衬套12跟外层11隔开一段距离设置,在外层与内衬套之间设置了沿径向设有楔形平面的支撑件13与14。这些支撑件在衬套12发生塑性变形或热变形时会相对移动,而当纯粹弹性扩张的外层11回缩时则会相对楔入,因而也录受到预压力。图2a示出内衬套12变形前的状况,此时,支撑件13和14在接触面上相对错开。图2c示出内衬套12变了形、内支撑件13在外支撑件14之间径向推移以后的状况,这些外支撑件在这个位置上把弹性地施加了预应力的外层11按相对配定的位置固持在扩大了的支撑周边上。内衬套12可以经冷却后插入,或者在不带应力地插入后再加以塑性扩张。

图3a描述了曲轴的具有两个主轴轴颈31和32及一个曲柄轴颈33的一个节段。在一个曲柄臂上设置了一个配重34。曲轴由一个外壳35和在轴颈部位嵌入其内的塑性变形的内衬套36、37和38以及在曲柄臂部位嵌入其内的塑性变形的内衬套39、40、41和42所组成。外壳35分别由相互插接的轴颈构件43、44、45、46,47、48组成,它们分别固装在曲柄臂49、50上。

6、按权利要求1至5的复合空心体,其特征在于,内层(2、12)或内衬套(22、23、24,39、40、41、42)由屈服点比外层(1、11、21、35)小的、可就地塑性扩张的材料制成。
7、按权利要求1至6中之一项的复合空心体,其特征在于,插入或形成在用屈服点较低的材料制成的支撑装置内的中间隔板用作附加的支撑。
8、按权利要求1至6中之一项的复合空心体,其特征在于设计成曲轴、传动轴或凸轮轴。
9、按权利要求1或3至7的复合空心体,其特征在于设计成连杆。
10、制造按权利要求1至7中之一项的管状的复合空心体的方法,其特征在于,首先通过对一管状支撑件的末端进行塑性扩张以在外面材料层和支撑件之间建立连接,然后,通过对管状支撑件的中间区域在同时轴向缩短的情况下进行塑性扩张而在外面材料层中形成一个沿周长方向的预张力和一个沿纵向的预压力。
11、制造按权利要求1至7中之一项的复合空心体的方法,其特征在于,支撑件通过液力内压加以扩张。
12、制造按权利要求1至7中之一项的复合空心体的方法,其特征在于,支撑件从内部通过机械方式加以扩张。
13、制造按权利要求1至7中之一项的复合空心体的方法,其特征在于,把支撑件进行冷却与/或把外面材料层在接合前加热,随后接合达致温度平衡。
14、制造按权利要求1至7中之一项的复合空心体的方法,其特征在于,支撑件和外面材料层纵向相对压接。
