肝脏是人体内的一个重要代谢器官，对人体所食用的许多非营养性物质如各种药物、毒物以及体内某些代谢产物，具有生物转化作用；随着人们生活水平的提高，饮食结构发生了很大变化，如动物脂肪摄入量，饮酒，营养过剩，服用药物以及血管类疾病等，都会造成肝脏损坏，影响肝脏代谢功能，使肝脏的分泌、解酒、解毒作用降低，造成大量的脂肪肝和酒精肝病人，脂肪肝已经成为仅次于病毒肝炎的第二大肝病，被公认为是隐蔽性肝硬化的常见原因，严重影响到人们的身心健康和生命；目前市场上出现的护肝解酒的产品很多，但其成分单一，疗效不显著，功能单一只是将酒精排出体外就算完了，保健效果不理想，且副作用大，长期服用会产生不良后果。

一种护肝解酒排毒的保健品，其特征是：所述各成分的最佳质量配比为：发酵姜黄粉35份，猴头菇多糖20份，葛根提取物10份，黄精提取物5份，鸡内金粉7份，山药提取物7份，牛磺酸5份，维生素C4份，维生素B10.5份，维生素B60.5份，维生素B120.25份，叶酸0.01份；所述保健品的剂型为粉剂、片剂、胶囊。
发酵姜黄粉：发酵姜黄粉是本发明中的重要成分，其作用有：1、有保肝解毒、利胆的作用，而发酵后的姜黄不但提高了口感，改善了气味，其钙、锌等含量有明显提高，并且摄取发酵姜黄能提高肝脏对酒精和脂质的代谢，提高抗氧化性，有效降低了谷氨酰转肽酶的值，可以饮酒而不伤肝，减少多余脂肪，改善肝脏免受病毒的侵害；2、姜黄素可以清除肝脏自由基，抑制肝脏炎症反应，有阻断、延缓肝脏损伤病理进程的作用，同时有解酒、保肝、养胃、明目、利胆、抗癌等多重功效，研究证明，人们服用发酵姜黄后，会激发肝脏成倍产生“乙醛脱氧酶”，从而能够加速分解乙醛，缓和酒后的各种不适症状；长期服用发酵姜黄可以起到保护肝脏，有缓解和治疗化学肝损伤的作用。
猴头菇多糖：是从猴头菇中提取的主要成分，具有保肝护肝功能，同时具有助消化、利五脏、增加免疫力、抗衰老作用，还有抗溃疡和抗炎作用，抗肿瘤作用，增加免疫力，提高机体耐缺氧能力，增加心脏血液输出量，加速机体血液循环，降低血糖和血脂的作用；通过动物实验得出，猴头菇多糖可以提高小鼠血清溶菌酶含量，提高大脑和肝脏的超氧化歧化酶（SOD）和过氧化氢酶（CAT）含量，有效降低大脑和肝脏丙二醛（MDA）的毒性，具有一定的免疫调节和抗氧化作用。
葛根提取物：1、葛根具有解肌退热、滋身健体、生津、除烦止渴等功效，能够抗衰老、降压、降糖、降脂、增加皮肤弹性，葛根提取物含有大豆素、葛根素等多种黄酮类成分，其可以提高小鼠对酒精的耐受量，缩短小鼠大剂量酒精中毒时的翻正反射消失时间，并缩短睡眠潜伏期，降低血中酒精含量；2、葛根的中药成分具有清腻解热，祛痰止咳，降血糖的作用，保护心脑血管健康；同时含有大量的膳食纤维，能改善便秘，清除体内毒素，减少癌病的发生；传统医学认为葛根有解酒、养胃、保肝、护肝作用；在许多古籍中就有葛根解酒的记载，现代研究发现葛根中的大豆甙，可以分解乙醇（酒的主要成分），减少乙醇对大脑的伤害，减轻酒精对肠胃的刺激，促进新陈代谢，促使血液排掉酒精毒素，长期服用可以完全排出肝脏内残留毒素。
黄精提取物：黄精具有降血压，降血糖，降血脂，防止动脉粥样硬化，延缓衰老和抗菌等作用，黄精多糖具有免疫激活作用；有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾的功效，可以明显增加大鼠心房肌的收缩力，使其耐缺氧能力明显提高，有增强细胞免疫功能的作用，提高脾脏T细胞数和外源胸腺依赖抗原的体液免疫水平，提高肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶活性，增强机体健康水平和延缓衰老。
鸡内金粉：鸡内金含有大量的胃激素，胃蛋白酶，淀粉酶，多种元素，18种氨基酸及多种矿物质；能够促进肝脏胆汁分泌，增强胃肠蠕动，加快胃肠排空，提高胃肠消化和吸收能力；还有消食健胃助消化的功效，可以促进胃液分泌，提高胃酸度及消化力，使胃运动功能明显增强，可以抑制肿瘤细胞生长；消除肝热，消脾积。
山药提取物：山药性凉润，入肺、脾、肾经，是生活中很常见的滋补食品，具有降血糖、清热解毒、养血止渴、补中益气的功效，可以增强人体免疫力，山药粉中含有淀粉和蛋白质，还含有促进抗病毒药物生成和增加T细胞数的成分，可以起到保肝护肝，调理肝、脾、肾的作用，还能延缓衰老，降血脂预防心血管疾病，有助于胃肠的消化和吸收，抗炎保肝的作用。
牛磺酸：1、有强肝利胆，解热抗炎，降压，强心和抗心律失常，降血糖的作用，是一种特殊的氨基酸，可以平衡健康，研究表明，牛磺酸对肺、肝脏、胃肠等都有保护作用，可以增强免疫力和抗疲劳，能够促进急性肝炎恢复正常，对四氯化碳中毒有保护作用，并能抑制由此所引起的血清谷丙转氨酶的升高，对肾毒性有保护作用；2、肝脏中牛磺酸与胆汁酸结合形成牛黄胆酸，牛磺胆酸对抑制消化道中脂类的吸收有重要作用，牛磺胆酸能增加脂质和胆固醇的溶解性，解除胆汁阻塞，防止胆固醇结石的形成，增加胆汁流量，降低脂类的吸收，减少血脂的形成和浓度等。

维生素B 1 ：可以增强肠胃的蠕动，促进消化，特别是碳水化合物的消化，可以改善精神状况，是人体能量代谢，特别是糖代谢必需的，无副作用；维生素B1还具有改善肝脏代谢，增进食欲与消化，维护神经系统正常的功能，长期饮酒会影响多种B族维生素的摄入、吸收及在体内的代谢过程，因而会增加人体对维生素B1的需要量。
维生素B 6 ：1、可加速肝糖分解成葡萄糖，参与蛋白质合成与分解代谢，参与所有氨基酸的代谢，可以增强免疫力和抗癌，维生素B6，还可促进脂肪代谢，减轻肝脏负担，促进肝脏解毒；而长期饮酒，导致B6缺乏，B族维生素减少，会影响到脂类、胆固醇和乙醇的吸收和排泄，造成酒精肝、脂肪肝和肝硬化的形成，帮助清除肝脏的脂肪，降低胆固醇预防动脉硬化；2、可以增强大脑的单胺基生物合成，促进肝脏内雌激素的代谢，调节情绪和行为，维持大脑的思维功能，维持胃肠道的正常运转功能，有助于激活许多含有维生素B6的酶，这些营养素在体内相辅相成，才能维持身体的健康，不使肝脏和心脏受损，功能减弱。

叶酸：是人体在利用糖分和氨基酸时的必要物质，帮助蛋白质的代谢，并与维生素B12共同促进红细胞的生成和成熟，是制造红血球不可缺少的物质，对细胞的分裂生长及核酸、氨基酸、蛋白质的合成起着重要的作用，预防乳癌，预防心血管疾病，无毒副作用；叶酸和B12与维生素C共同参与红细胞和血红蛋白的生成，促进免疫球蛋白的生成，增强对谷氨酸的利用率，保护肝脏并具有解毒作用等；还可以维持肝脏及脑的正常运作，刺激胃酸分泌，保持正常食欲。
有益效果：本发明配方科学，安全、无毒副作用，能有效的化解酒精毒素，分解乙醇，达到预防和治疗醉酒的目的，并能保护肝脏，排出毒素，使肝脏损伤减到最小，加速肝脏的修复，提高肝脏的再生功能，切实有效的及时解酒护肝排毒，保护人体健康；其整体功效有以下几点：
1、降低转氨酶，维护肝脏健康：本配方有抗自由基的效果，稳定肝细胞膜，促使乙醛脱氧酶释放，减少对酒精的吸收，进而促进肝细胞修复和再生，从而降低人体血液中的转氨酶，减少转氨酶过高对肝脏伤害。
2、解酒排毒，保肝护脑：葛根提取物中的大豆甙，可以分解乙醇（酒的主要成分），减少乙醇对大脑的伤害，减轻酒精对肠胃的刺激，促进新陈代谢，促使血液排掉酒精毒素，减轻肝脏的解毒功能，长期服用可以完全排出肝脏内残留毒素，维持肝脏及脑的正常运作。
3、改善微循环，减少酒精吸收：改善肝脏微循环的保健功能，对饮酒者，由于本品具有生物膜特性，不仅缓解了酒精对胃的刺激，也减少了酒精在胃内的吸收，降低了急性酒精性肝中毒的发生率，解酒作用效果好从而减少了对肝脏的损害。
4、改善微循环，降脂保肝：本配方中中药成分和维生素具有清除自由基和抗氧化作用。通过有效改善肝脏微循环，使肝脏血运增加，改善肝脏缺血缺氧，减少胃肠道对脂类的吸收，减轻肝组织坏死范围及程度，减少炎症细胞浸润，从而达到降低肝细胞损伤的作用。
5、添加B族维生素，预防脂肪肝：长期饮酒，对体内B族维生素的吸收和利用率降低，B族维生素对促进消化，保护肝脏和防治脂肪肝以及酒精对肝脏的损害有重要作用，能辅助降解化学物质酶，促进肝细胞的修复和再生，防止肝脏脂肪变形，增强肝脏对酒精的耐受性，阻止肝细胞组织老化。

实施例一：一种护肝解酒排毒的保健品，所述各成分的质量配比为：发酵姜黄粉35份，猴头菇多糖20份，葛根提取物10份，黄精提取物5份，鸡内金粉7份，山药提取物7份，牛磺酸5份，维生素C4份，维生素B10.5份，维生素B60.5份，维生素B120.25份，叶酸0.01份；所述保健品的剂型为粉剂、片剂、胶囊。
本发明的服用方法为：每日1~3次，每次1~2克。
实施例二：一种护肝解酒排毒的保健品，所述各成分的质量配比为：发酵姜黄粉37份，猴头菇多糖19份，葛根提取物11份，黄精提取物4份，鸡内金粉6份，山药提取物8份，牛磺酸4份，维生素C4份，维生素B10.3份，维生素B60.7份，维生素B120.25份，叶酸0.01份；所述保健品的剂型为粉剂、片剂、胶囊。
本发明的服用方法为：每日1~3次，每次1~2克。
实施例三：一种护肝解酒排毒的保健品，所述各成分的质量配比为：发酵姜黄粉35份，猴头菇多糖21份，葛根提取物10份，黄精提取物5份，鸡内金粉8份，山药提取物6份，牛磺酸5份，维生素C3份，维生素B10.6份，维生素B60.4份，维生素B120.25份，叶酸0.01份；所述保健品的剂型为粉剂、片剂、胶囊。
本发明的服用方法为：每日1~3次，每次1~2克。
实施例四：一种护肝解酒排毒的保健品，所述各成分的质量配比为：发酵姜黄粉33份，猴头菇多糖20份，葛根提取物9份，黄精提取物4份，鸡内金粉7份，山药提取物6份，牛磺酸6份，维生素C4份，维生素B10.5份，维生素B60.5份，维生素B120.25份，叶酸0.01份；所述保健品的剂型为粉剂、片剂、胶囊。
本发明的服用方法为：每日1~3次，每次1~2克。
实施例五：一种护肝解酒排毒的保健品，所述各成分的质量配比为：发酵姜黄粉36份，猴头菇多糖19份，葛根提取物11份，黄精提取物5份，鸡内金粉6份，山药提取物7份，牛磺酸4份，维生素C6份，维生素B10.6份，维生素B60.4份，维生素B120.25份，叶酸0.01份；所述保健品的剂型为粉剂、片剂、胶囊。
本发明的服用方法为：每日1~3次，每次1~2克。
本发明的护肝解酒排毒的保健品经过临床验证，取得不同程度的良好的疗效。现列举其中的三个案例：
1.李某，男，35岁，经常性大量饮酒，饮酒后均呈现恶心呕吐，胸闷心悸，情绪烦躁等酒精中毒表现症状并持续半天；服用本发明的护肝解酒排毒的保健品，每次饮酒后服用一剂量，一个小时后，各种酒精中毒症状得到缓解，无不适。
2.陈某，女，40岁，常连续大量酗酒，酗酒后出现呕吐，胃难受，视线模糊，行动迟缓，口齿不清，血压升高等醉酒症状并在醒酒后出现头疼，乏力等后遗症；服用本发明的护肝解酒排毒的保健品后，每次饮酒后服用，一个小时后，各种醉酒症状得到缓解，且在醒酒后无头疼，乏力的后遗症。
3.黄某，男，45岁，经常大量饮酒，醉酒后出现脸发红，精神亢奋，对周围的人群易产生摩擦冲突，心跳加快，胃疼等酒精中毒症状，醒酒后易疲乏，头疼；服用本发明的护肝解酒排毒的保健品后，每次饮酒后服用，一个小时后，各种醉酒症状得到缓解，且无后遗症。
本发明主要以护肝解酒，排除毒素为主。使用本发明保健品于2013~2014年期间曾治疗658人，有效率88.01%，治愈率78.62%。
Claims (2)
1.一种护肝解酒排毒的保健品，其特征是：所述保健品每剂量含有效的保健治疗成分的质量配比为：发酵姜黄粉30~40份，猴头菇多糖15~25份，葛根提取物8~12份，黄精提取物3~7份，鸡内金粉5~9份，山药提取物5~9份，牛磺酸3~7份，维生素C2~6份，维生素B10.3~0.7份，维生素B60.3~0.7份，维生素B120.15~0.35份，叶酸0.005~0.015份；所述保健品的剂型为粉剂、片剂、胶囊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种护肝解酒排毒的保健品，其特征是：所述各成分的最佳质量配比为：发酵姜黄粉35份，猴头菇多糖20份，葛根提取物10份，黄精提取物5份，鸡内金粉7份，山药提取物7份，牛磺酸5份，维生素C4份，维生素B10.5份，维生素B60.5份，维生素B120.25份，叶酸0.01份；所述保健品的剂型为粉剂、片剂、胶囊。
