Description

串联驱动轴中润滑油的泵送装置
本发明涉及驱动轴,特别是串联排列的驱动轴,该驱动轴从公用动力输入轴,即传动轴接受动力,并具有一动力分配器,以便将动力从传动轴分配到串联的驱动轴。尤其是,本发明涉及的串联驱动轴由公用的传动轴带动并使用一动力分配器,其中包括一内轴差速器。带有一内轴差速器的串联式驱动轴,广泛地用于重型货车,以便在行车中断断续续的工作。此外,众所周知,在串联驱动轴中使用一内轴差速器,该差速器具有可拆换的机构以便锁定内轴差速器,为主动和从动的串联轴提供可靠的驱动。

以前,人们采用齿轮传送润滑油,润滑油从输入轴通过惰轮传送直接喷向内轴差速器。

本发明的目的在于提供一种装在串联驱动轴的主动箱的箱体内的润滑油泵。
本发明的串联驱动轴中润滑油的泵送装置,包括:具有润滑油供应装置的壳体;用于所述串联轴中的一根轴的动力输入轴;用于所述串联轴中的另一根轴并且其上具有齿轮的动力输出轴;动力分配器;以及泵,用于循环所述的润滑油润滑所述的输入和输出轴及动力分配器,其特征在于,所述动力分配器包括具有十字叉即座架的内轴差速器,与所述的输入轴驱动地连接,而座架上安装的差速器,即差速轮与所述的输出轴齿轮和用于所述的一根轴的驱动齿轮相配合,所述泵具有安装所述壳体上的定子和转子,所述转子相对于所述定子可操作地旋转,还包括连接器,将所述的座架驱动地连接于所述的转子。
本发明的另一方案的串联驱动轴中润滑油的泵送装置,包括:壳体,其内具有润滑油供应装置,其上可旋转地装有所述的串联轴中的一根轴;动力输入轴,可旋转地连接在所述的壳体上并适于驱动所述的串联轴中的一根轴;动力输出轴,可旋转地连接在所述的壳体上并适于驱动所述的串联轴中的另一根轴;动力分配器和润滑泵;其特征在于,所述动力分配器具有驱动地连接于所述输入轴的输入件和驱动地连接于所述输出轴的输出件以及动力分配机构,所述动力分配机构由所述输入件支撑并可操作地连接,以便将分配的动力提供给所述的第一串联轴和输出轴;所述润滑泵包括安装在壳体上的定子和相对于所述定子旋转的转子,以便在所述定子的入口和出口之间泵送润滑油;还包括驱动连接器,连接所述动力分配器输入件和所述泵的转子,以便使其有效地旋转。
该泵是具有壳体的摆线齿轮泵,该壳体同轴地围绕位于内轴差速器的输出端的动力轴安装,该泵还具有由环形件驱动的旋转件,该环形件具有轴向延伸的凸缘与内轴差速器的座架啮合。这样,泵的驱动就与把动力分配在主动串联轴的反转齿轮和从动串联轴的输出轴之间差速器是联锁或者分离无关。因此,本发明的润滑油泵可以最小的轴变形方便地安装在串联驱动轴的主动轴上,并提供可靠的加压的润滑油流动以润滑驱动轴。本发明润滑油泵的安装为它提供便利的结构,它可同轴地安装在内轴差速器的输出轴上,并且可通过与内轴差速器座架连接的联接器方便地驱动该泵。
泵的输出油可以循环通过外过滤器至轴的壳体再重新经过连通输入轴和输出轴的通道的连接口将润滑油供到这些轴的轴颈和内轴差速器。

参见图1,图1所示是本发明多个串联驱动轴中的一根主动轴的实施例,一般以数字10表示。它具有壳体或箱体12。一根动力输入轴14旋转地支承在轴承16上,并有一叉臂架18与其连接,适于从车辆驱动路线接受动力。
一个动力输出套筒即联接器20的轴颈与第二轴承22连接,该套筒具有装在其中的直径减小的输入轴14的导向部分24。输出套筒20在其上具有多个齿轮齿26,位于侧面,用于接受驱动动力。动力输出套筒20的端部处接受并与输出轴30一端上的很多花键28相啮合,该输出轴的末端与双列座圈轴承32连接。轴30的输出端用花键连接输出叉臂架34,该叉臂架适于连接串联排列的从动驱动轴的输入轴(未示出)。
输入轴14具有若干个花键齿36靠近于导向部分24,一差速器座架即十字叉38连接在它的上面,并与花键驱动啮合,在差速器座架上相对地装有可自由旋转的差速轮40,42,它的一侧与输出齿轮齿26啮合。
在轴14上装有动力传送螺旋齿轮44,它靠近差速轮40,42,螺旋齿轮44具有许多侧齿46,它与差速器的差速轮40,42啮合。螺旋齿轮44通过套筒轴承即轴瓦48与轴14连接,以便在轴上自由旋转。在螺旋齿轮44的输入轴向端面上有许多离合器齿50。离合器环52装在轴14上形成的直径加大的花键54上,在离合器环上具有一组相应设置的离合器——犬齿56,以便与螺旋齿轮44上的犬齿50滑动啮合。离合器环52上具有圆周槽58,利用拨叉60可使环52轴向地在花键56上移动,以便使螺旋齿轮44与轴14啮合和分离。可以理解,当环52与螺旋齿轮44上的犬齿啮合时可避免螺旋齿轮与轴14的相对转动,因此,差速器机构处于联锁状态。
螺旋齿轮44与反转齿轮62啮合,反转齿轮装在并驱动地啮合在小齿轮轴66上的花键64上,小齿轮轴通过双列轴承68连接于壳体12上。在小齿轮轴66上一体地制成一驱动小齿轮70,它与轴环齿轮72啮合,该轴环齿轮用螺栓固定于第二差速器座架74上,利用差速齿轮78和侧齿轮80驱动轴76。
参见图2、3和4,泵组合件82具有壳体形式的定子84,定子形成一外圆筒形内表面86,外转子88与其连接,达到精密装配,并能在其中自由旋转。外转子88的内周边具有许多向内延伸的齿,即叶片,在圆周上等距排列,如图3所示的93。定子84具有从内表面86径向地向内隔开的第二圆筒形表面94,见图3和图4所示。圆筒形表面94的轴线以所要求的量与圆筒形表面86的轴线偏移,从而使表面94与86相互是偏心的。
内转子96的外圆周上有许多沿圆周隔开的径向向外延伸的齿,即叶片,见图3所示的序号98。可以理解,设计外表面叶片98的形状能在内环96围绕表面94旋转时与叶片93交错对插结合,依此,外表面叶片能精密自由——滑动的旋转。
参见图2,3和4,泵组合件82利用螺栓或螺钉100安装在轴的壳体12上,装设螺钉100通过泵定子84上沿圆周间隔分布的凸缘104的小孔102。外转子环88的外圆周上有多个在圆周上间隔相等的凹口或凹槽,见图3所示的序号106,它们用于驱动啮合,下面将详细描述。可以理解,定子具有中心孔108,它具有间隙孔以便容纳联接器20,该联接器穿过壳体12内的泵组合件82。定子中也有一入口槽110,它与转子88,96邻近壳体12的侧面连通。定子84具有一向外延伸的凸台112,见图3,4所示,该凸台中具有出口即排放口114,它也与内转子96和外转子98的侧面连通,以便在内转子和外转子旋转时排放液体。盖即环形盖板116盖在转子上并用螺钉(未示出)固定于定子上,螺钉与定子上的沿圆周间隔分布的多个孔118啮合。在图3中盖已被取走,在图1和图2中盖用实线表示,而在图4上用虚的轮廓线表示。
参见图1和2,成环形圈120形式的驱动联接器具有多个沿圆周间隔分布和轴向延伸的凸缘122,它们各自与在差速器座架38的轴向端面上形成的凹口124相啮合。
相似地,在圈120轴向相对面即相对侧形成了多个沿圆周间隔分布的、轴向延伸的凸缘126,而每个凸缘126与泵的外转子88上的凹口106(见图3所示)相啮合。
因此,环形圈120将旋转动力从差速器座架38直接传到泵的外转子88。
另见图1,3,4和6,泵的出口114从壳体12的外部往流体管道128(如图6中的虚线所示)连接到过滤器130;过滤后的润滑油经管道132(见虚线所示)返回到壳体,并连接至壳体12上的入口通道134。通道134与垂直通道136连通,该通道136通至密封环138与140之间的联接器20的外圆表面上。联接器20上的多个横向通道142、146将润滑油送到联接器的内部。
在压力下流动的润滑油,从联接器20的内部通过在导向部分24和轴14的中心通道148至交叉孔150,从而向套筒轴承48供油。带压润滑油轴向地流过套筒轴承48,并为动力分配差速器上的差速轮40,42和齿轮44上的离合器提供润滑。
参见图2,如果需要,输入轴14的导向部分24上可形成多个平面152,154,以便润滑油流到输出齿轮26。可以理解,泵定子84上的入口即槽110是浸没在壳体12内润滑油液面下,以便为泵82连续供油。如果需要,过滤器130可以直接安装在壳体12的外部,其中导管128,132将包括壳体中的孔,分别直接地与过滤器的进口和出口连通。在实践中,从壳体的外部钻孔形成油的垂直通道136,并用螺旋塞156密封。
因此,本发明提供一种用于润滑带有内轴动力分配差速器的串联驱动轴的输入和输出轴的独特的和低成本的装置。摆线齿轮泵同轴地安装在主动轴的输出轴上。外转子经环形驱动圈连接到内轴差速器座架,以保证泵的全时运转。提供润滑油槽以便润滑油流至外过滤器,并从其流出。

Claims (13)

1.串联驱动轴中润滑油的泵送装置,包括:具有润滑油供应装置的壳体(12);用于所述串联轴中的一根轴(76)的动力输入轴(14);用于所述串联轴中的另一根轴并且其上具有齿轮(26)的动力输出轴(30);动力分配器;以及泵(82),用于循环所述的润滑油润滑所述的输入和输出轴及动力分配器,其特征在于,所述动力分配器包括具有十字叉即座架(38)的内轴差速器,与所述的输入轴驱动地连接,而座架上安装的差速器,即差速轮(40,42)与所述的输出轴齿轮和用于所述的一根轴的驱动齿轮(44)相配合,所述泵(82)具有安装所述壳体(12)上的定子(84)和转子(88,96),所述转子相对于所述定子可操作地旋转,还包括连接器(120),将所述的座架驱动地连接于所述的转子。

3.串联驱动轴中润滑油的泵送装置,包括:壳体(12),其内具有润滑油供应装置,其上可旋转地装有所述的串联轴中的一根轴(76);动力输入轴(14),可旋转地连接在所述的壳体上并适于驱动所述的串联轴中的一根轴;动力输出轴(30),可旋转地连接在所述的壳体上并适于驱动所述的串联轴中的另一根轴;动力分配器(38)和润滑泵(82);其特征在于,所述动力分配器(38)具有驱动地连接于所述输入轴的输入件(38)和驱动地连接于所述输出轴的输出件(20)以及动力分配机构(40,42),所述动力分配机构(40,42)由所述输入件支撑并可操作地连接,以便将分配的动力提供给所述的第一串联轴和输出轴;所述润滑泵包括安装在壳体上的定子(84)和相对于所述定子旋转的转子(88),以便在所述定子的入口和出口之间泵送润滑油;还包括驱动连接器(120),连接所述动力分配器输入件和所述泵的转子,以便使其有效地旋转。
