本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种乌骨鸡枸杞柠檬汁,由以下重量份原料制成:柠檬70-80、蜂蜜200-230、乌骨鸡60-70、黑胡椒5-6、黄酒60-70、腰果仁40-50、红枣肉40-50、苹果醋100-120、枸杞6-7、陈皮5-6、高良姜6-7、草果3-4、桃花6-8、冬瓜子5-6、黄精5-6、茴香籽2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
    食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:蘘荷花苞5-6、关公须3-4、山楂花5-6、荠菜籽3-4、苦瓜汁50-60、石榴100-120、荞麦70-80、啤酒酒花5-7、酒曲1-2、水适量;
    食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将蘘荷花苞、关公须、山楂花、荠菜籽用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
    (2)将石榴洗净,取其果肉与洗净的荞麦一起放入榨汁机中,加适量水榨汁,过滤,得到石榴荞麦汁备用;
    (3)将石榴荞麦汁放入容器中,加啤酒酒花、酒曲,密封发酵5-6天,过滤,得到滤液备用;
(4)将步骤1的提取液、苦瓜汁、步骤3的滤液混合,搅拌均匀即可得到食品添加剂。

食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将蘘荷花苞、关公须、山楂花、荠菜籽用5倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(2)将石榴洗净,取其果肉与洗净的荞麦一起放入榨汁机中,加适量水榨汁,过滤,得到石榴荞麦汁备用; 
(3)将石榴荞麦汁放入容器中,加啤酒酒花、酒曲,密封发酵5-6天,过滤,得到滤液备用;
    (4)将步骤1的提取液、苦瓜汁、步骤3的滤液混合,搅拌均匀即可得到食品添加剂。
