本发明涉及填充母料、使用此母料的聚乙烯改性篷布及生产方法,填充母料,其组分和重量份数为:HDPE:3-7份,LLDPE:3-7份,偶联剂:1-3份,石粉:600-1200份,石蜡:2-10份。本发明的有益效果是:1)本发明的填充母料成本为2500元一吨,聚乙烯原料成本为11000元一吨,本发明大大的降低了聚乙烯改性膜的成本,且未影响其拉伸性能。2)本发明的生产方法简单易操作,整个生产过程没有三废污染,无排放,具有显著的经济和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及填充母料、使用此母料的聚乙烯改性篷布及生产方法,属于农用篷布技术领域。
背景技术
篷布是一类有广泛应用的产品,传统的作为掩盖物的塑料篷布,主要是化纤编织布经过浸或流延复合一层膜作为基材制成的。
在工业产业包括掩盖物体、车用、旅游帐篷、装饰、建筑工地临时设施搭建、土工过程用篷布等方面都有广泛应用。这种单面或双面复膜的编织布复膜篷布有较低的成本,有广阔的用途。但这种篷布因为是塑料编织布为基材复膜后制成的,编织布的生产成本、人力成本及加工费很容易提高很快,致使篷布的使用成本迅速攀升,不得不研发成本更低、性能优异的代替品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种复合填充母料,并将其用于改性聚乙烯,制备拉伸性能优异、具有防静电效果、成本低的塑料篷布。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
填充母料,其组分和重量份数为:HDPE:3-7份,LLDPE:3-7份,偶联剂:1-3份,石粉:600-1200份,石蜡:2-10份。
所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂的至少一种。
所述的石粉为麦饭石粉、重钙粉、滑石粉、白云石粉、腻子粉的至少一种。
本发明还提供了使用填充母料的聚乙烯改性篷布,其组分和重量百分比为:PE:20-60%,PET:1-5%,HDPE再生料:10-50%,填充母料:0-40%,色母料:0-8%。
所述的PE包括10-30份LLDPE和10-30份的HDPE。
本发明提供了聚乙烯改性篷布的生产方法,其步骤为:
1)填充母料:将HDPE3-7份、LLDPE3-7份、偶联剂1-3份、石粉600-1200份、石蜡2-10份进行搅拌,混合后造粒,形成填充母料;
2)造粒:将0-40%的填充母料、20-60%的PE、10-50%的HDPE再生料、1-5%的PET、0-8%的色母料进行搅拌,混合后造粒,
3)拉丝:将造粒后的原料在60-100℃烘干,放入螺杆挤出机中,270-280℃温度下挤出,拉丝,然后经温度80-100℃的延伸板延伸7倍;而后在定型板上定型,确定丝的厚宽和形状,定型板温度60-70℃,制得的连续长丝经收卷机形成纱管备用;
4)编织:将制得的纱管装入喷水织机中,按照经纬比1∶1、2∶1或者1∶2织布,得到编织材料;
5)覆膜:将制得的编织材料进行在60-180℃烘干,然后送入覆膜机,在280~300℃温度下复膜。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明的填充母料成本为2500元一吨,聚乙烯原料成本为11000元一吨,本发明大大的降低了聚乙烯改性膜的成本,且未影响其拉伸性能。
2)本发明的生产方法简单易操作,整个生产过程没有三废污染,无排放,具有显著的经济和社会效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。
对比例:
1)造粒:将20%的LLDPE、30%的HDPE、40%的HDPE再生料、2%的PET、8%的色母料进行搅拌,混合后造粒,
2)拉丝:将造粒后的原料在60-100℃烘干,放入螺杆挤出机中,270-280℃温度下挤出,拉丝,然后经温度80-100℃的延伸板延伸7倍;而后在定型板上定型,确定丝的厚宽和形状,定型板温度60-70℃,制得的连续长丝经收卷机形成纱管备用;
3)编织:将制得的纱管装入喷水织机中,按照经纬比1∶1、2∶1或者1∶2织布,得到编织材料;
4)覆膜:将制得的编织材料进行在60-180℃烘干,然后送入覆膜机,在280~300℃温度下复膜。
产品拉伸强度为33MPa,表面电阻率为1010-1014Ω。
实施例1
1)填充母料:将HDPE5份、LLDPE5份、硅烷偶联剂2份、滑石粉900份、石蜡5份进行搅拌,混合后造粒,形成填充母料;
2)造粒:将10%的填充母料、10%的LLDPE、30%的HDPE、40%的HDPE再生料、2%的PET、8%的色母料进行搅拌,混合后造粒,
3)拉丝:将造粒后的原料在60-100℃烘干,放入螺杆挤出机中,270-280℃温度下挤出,拉丝,然后经温度80-100℃的延伸板延伸7倍;而后在定型板上定型,确定丝的厚宽和形状,定型板温度60-70℃,制得的连续长丝经收卷机形成纱管备用;
4)编织:将制得的纱管装入喷水织机中,按照经纬比1∶1、2∶1或者1∶2织布,得到编织材料;
5)覆膜:将制得的编织材料进行在60-180℃烘干,然后送入覆膜机,在280~300℃温度下复膜。
产品拉伸强度为31MPa,表面电阻率为109-108Ω。
实施例2
1)填充母料:将HDPE3份、LLDPE7份、钛酸酯偶联剂3份、腻子粉1200份、石蜡10份进行搅拌,混合后造粒,形成填充母料;
2)造粒:将10%的填充母料、30%的LLDPE、30%的HDPE、、21%的HDPE再生料、5%的PET、4%的色母料进行搅拌,混合后造粒,
3)拉丝:将造粒后的原料在60-100℃烘干,放入螺杆挤出机中,270-280℃温度下挤出,拉丝,然后经温度80-100℃的延伸板延伸7倍;而后在定型板上定型,确定丝的厚宽和形状,定型板温度60-70℃,制得的连续长丝经收卷机形成纱管备用;
4)编织:将制得的纱管装入喷水织机中,按照经纬比1∶1、2∶1或者1∶2织布,得到编织材料;
5)覆膜:将制得的编织材料进行在60-180℃烘干,然后送入覆膜机,在280~300℃温度下复膜。
产品拉伸强度为28MPa,表面电阻率为109-108Ω。
实施例3
1)填充母料:将HDPE7份、LLDPE3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1份、白云石粉600份、石蜡2份进行搅拌,混合后造粒,形成填充母料;
2)造粒:将40%的填充母料、30%的的LLDPE、27%的HDPE、10%的HDPE再生料、1%的PET、2%的色母料进行搅拌,混合后造粒,
3)拉丝:将造粒后的原料在60-100℃烘干,放入螺杆挤出机中,270-280℃温度下挤出,拉丝,然后经温度80-100℃的延伸板延伸7倍;而后在定型板上定型,确定丝的厚宽和形状,定型板温度60-70℃,制得的连续长丝经收卷机形成纱管备用;
4)编织:将制得的纱管装入喷水织机中,按照经纬比1∶1、2∶1或者1∶2织布,得到编织材料;
5)覆膜:将制得的编织材料进行在60-180℃烘干,然后送入覆膜机,在280~300℃温度下复膜。

1.填充母料,其特征在于:其组分和重量份数为:HDPE:3-7份,LLDPE:3-7份,偶联剂:1-3份,石粉:600-1200份,石蜡:2-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的填充母料,其特征在于:所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的填充母料,其特征在于:所述的石粉为麦饭石粉、重钙粉、滑石粉、白云石粉、腻子粉的至少一种。
4.使用如权利要求1-3所述的填充母料的聚乙烯改性篷布,其特征在于:其组分和重量百分比为:
PE:20-60%,PET:1-5%,HDPE再生料:10-50%,填充母料:0-40%,色母料:0-8%。
5.如权利要求4所述的聚乙烯改性篷布,其特征在于:所述的PE包括10-30份LLDPE和10-30份的HDPE。
6.聚乙烯改性篷布的生产方法,其特征在于:
1)填充母料:将HDPE3-7份、LLDPE3-7份、偶联剂1-3份、石粉600-1200份、石蜡2-10份进行搅拌,混合后造粒,形成填充母料;
2)造粒:将0-40%的填充母料、20-60%的PE、10-50%的HDPE再生料、1-5%的PET、0-8%的色母料进行搅拌,混合后造粒,
3)拉丝:将造粒后的原料在60-100℃烘干,放入螺杆挤出机中,270-280℃温度下挤出,拉丝,然后经温度80-100℃的延伸板延伸7倍;而后在定型板上定型,确定丝的厚宽和形状,定型板温度60-70℃,制得的连续长丝经收卷机形成纱管备用;
4)编织:将制得的纱管装入喷水织机中,按照经纬比1∶1、2∶1或者1∶2织布,得到编织材料;
